步骤五:加入香精进行增香后进行包装得到目标产品。
制备1吨(1000Kg)本发明品。
制备步骤:十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱:40Kg、十八酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯:90Kg、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘:15Kg、ABS:60Kg、平平加O:70Kg、香精:10Kg、食盐:10Kg、蒸馏水:660Kg、橙皮提取液:15Kg,烷基多糖苷:30Kg。 (其中15Kg聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘由2175g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和1603.12g碘化钾、1474.88gOP-10、9747g碘络合而成)。
混合后得到目标产物:广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液。用目标产物清洗过的布料表面污渍及细菌、真菌、病毒均有明显去除和杀死。
与现有技术相比,可解决了清洁过程中不能有效杀死被清洁物体上的有害细菌、真菌、原虫和病毒的问题。而且本发明的技术方案具有实质性的特点和显著进步在于:
(1)本发明所得产物PH值为中性。
(2)所选用的原料,易获得且成本低,生产工艺简单产量大,所产产品有较大附加值。
(3)本发明使用碘伏具有广谱杀菌作用,可杀灭细菌繁殖体、真菌、原虫和部分病毒。
以上对本发明的一个实例进行了详细说明,但内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应仍归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液,其特征在于包括以下组分,质量份数为100份,各组分质量份数如下:十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱:2~4份、十八酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯:2~9份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘:0.5~1.5份、ABS:2~6份、平平加O:2~7份、香精:0.5~1份、食盐:0.5~1份、余量为蒸馏水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液,其特征在于ABS4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液,其特征在于十八酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯4份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液,其特征在于还包括橙皮提取液1-2份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液,其特征在于还包括烷基多糖苷2-3.3份。
6.广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:碘、碘化钾、OP-10发生聚合反应得到聚合产物;
步骤二:聚合产物中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘发生络合反应得到聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘;
步骤三:将十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、十八酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘、平平加O、蒸馏水混合微乳化;
步骤四:加入食盐、ABS进行增稠;
步骤五:加入香精进行增香后包装得到目标产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于还投入橙皮提取液和烷基多糖苷。
8.根据权利要求6所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于各组分质量份数如下:十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱:2~4份、十八酰胺丙基二甲胺乙内酯:2~9份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘:0.5~1.5份、ABS:2~6份、平平加O:2~7份、香精:0.5~1份、食盐:0.5~1份、余量为蒸馏水。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的广谱灭菌型手洗专用洗衣液的制造方法,其特征在于所述香精为椰油提取液,所述烷基多糖普为氯化氢。
