Abstract
本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种胃癌营养食品及其制备方法。所述的胃癌营养食品中含有蛋白、脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质、氨基酸、EPA、银杏黄酮、核苷酸营养元素。本发明的营养食品除了能为机体提供充足、全面的营养外,更重要的是增强了胃黏膜的屏障功能,更符合代谢生理状态,有利于机体蛋白质合成与代谢调节,促进胃功能和形态恢复,防止细菌和毒素易位,明显减少胃源性感染的发生,是改善化疗患者营养状况的有效手段。对中晚期胃癌化疗患者的营养状况能够起到一定的改善作用,降低患者不良反应,能有效提高患者的免疫力。

本发明属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种胃癌营养食品及其制备方法。
技术背景
根据世界卫生组织的统计及2012年中国肿瘤登记年报数据显示,胃癌作为消化系统发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,其发病率位居第2位,死亡率为第3位。2012年,我国胃癌死亡病例32.5万人,死亡率为21.9/10万。
胃癌患者多伴有不同程度的营养不良或免疫功能障碍,尤其是实施胃癌根治术的患者,其术后受禁食、胃肠减压等因素影响极易导致营养缺乏。而饮食营养是维持生命、保持健康的物质基础,在很大程度上饮食对机体的机能和状态有重要的影响。据有关资料报告,女性50%以上癌症死亡率、男性30%以上癌症死亡率均与营养素有关;美国妇女癌症60%及男性癌症40%,病因均与饮食有关;在我国与饮食直接有关的肿瘤有胃癌、肝癌、食道癌、肠癌、乳腺癌,以上各种癌症死亡率约占全部恶性肿瘤的45%。肿瘤化疗患者饮食护理的目的,就是通过合理调配饮食,来改善患者的营养状况,使其更好的接受化疗,改善身体状况,对预防感染,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者生存质量和延长生存时间有重要意义。低收入者或经济状况欠佳者因经济能力有限,在无法采用更高效的治疗手段和药物情况下,更需要充足的营养保障来应对长期的治疗或康复。而目前,尚无针对经济状况不佳的病患者的营养合理、价格优惠的全营养配方食品。
化疗是晚期胃癌病人主要的治疗手段。化疗期间的饮食护理化学药物治疗中最常见的副作用:造血功能下降,白细胞减少,使患者免疫功能下降:消化功能的紊乱,导致厌食、恶心、呕吐、胃部不适和食欲大减:肝功能损害。为患者选择适宜的饮食,可起到减低药物副作用和协助治疗的作用。而这方面饮食搭配的研究报道甚少,特别是与特医配方食品有关的,针对不同年龄阶段或不同治疗阶段的饮食搭配或特医食品鲜有报道。
研究表明诸多消化系统恶性肿瘤的发生、发展与氧化应激密切相关。近年来,消化系统恶性肿瘤与氧化应激的关系以及通过抗氧化抑制肿瘤发生、发展已成为研究热点。当机体受到内外环境刺激后,氧化还原稳态失衡,导致ROS浓度升高,过多的ROS能激活核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf 2)、核因子-KB (N F-KB )、促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK )等,从而调节诸多氧化物质和抗氧化物质相关基因的表达。蛋白质和DNA亦是ROS的攻击目标。ROS能造成蛋白质结构突变或丧失生物活性,改变细胞代谢途径,引起脂质过氧化,产生炎性介质(白三烯、前列腺素等)活化炎症反应,增加黏膜通透性,并进一步加强吞噬细胞活性,产生更多ROS。过量ROS能诱导线粒体内的细胞色素C通过线粒体外膜孔蛋白(电位依赖型阴离子通道)释放增加,导致呼吸电子传递链阻断,ATP合成解耦联,诱导细胞凋亡,损伤机体组织。大量ROS持续产生会进一步引起DNA损伤,致使DNA链断裂、位点突变、双链畸变、原癌基因与抑癌基因突变,导致信号转导和基因表达持久性变化,引起癌症等疾病。研究显示DNA损伤亦可诱导ROS产生,且在细胞死亡过程中发挥重要作用,可能与ROS调节抑癌基因p53活性相关。由此可见,ROS可引起DNA损伤,而DNA损伤亦可诱导ROS产生,氧化应激与DNA损伤间存在密切联系。
研究表明,氧化应激状态失衡参与了胃癌的发生、发展。对比胃癌患者和健康志愿者血浆中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、GSH、PX、SOD、晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPP)、硫氧还蛋白(Trx)的表达水平,以及胃癌组织和癌周正常组织中Trx mRNA的表达水平,发现胃癌组血浆ADA、AOPP表达水平显著高于对照组,而 GSH-PX表达水平显著低于对照组,SOD在两组间无明显差异;胃癌组血浆Trx表达水平显著高于对照组,且与远处转移相关,胃癌与癌周组织Trxm RNA水平差异有统计学意义,推断胃癌患者存在过高的氧化应激水平,Trx表达升高与肿瘤远处转移有关。比较胃腺癌患者和健康对照者血浆CAT、SOD、丙二醛(MDA)表达水平,以及胃腺癌组织和正常组织中抑癌基因PTEN和FOXO3a的表达水平,发现胃腺癌组CAT、SOD表达低于对照组,MDA表达高于对照组;胃癌组织PTEN和FOXO 3a表达低于正常组织,PTEN与CAT、SOD表达呈正相关,与MDA表达呈负相关,提示胃腺癌患者存在过高的氧化应激水平以及过低的抗氧化水平,机体抗氧化能力降低可降低抑癌基因PTEN、FOXO3a的表达。
对于特殊医学用途食品,在美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家都有相应的规定和开发应用;我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国家标准中全营养食品明确规定糖尿病全营养配方食品是指可作为单一营养来源满足糖尿病患者营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品。目前市场上尚无针对胃癌患者化疗期间的特殊医学用途食品,而此类食品市场潜力巨大,经济效益高,具有重大的社会效益,因此开发此类食品,具有重大的经济效益和社会意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种胃癌营养食品,能够为机体提供充足、全面的营养外,更重要的是能够增强胃黏膜的屏障功能,有利于机体蛋白质合成与代谢调节,促进胃功能和形态恢复,防止细菌和毒素易位,明显减少胃源性感染的发生;本发明同时提供其制备方法。

本发明豌豆肽的制备方法为:将含水量25wt.%的豌豆蛋白进行挤压,挤压后,将挤出物冷却、干燥、粉碎,再用中性蛋白酶进行酶解反应。
其中:挤压时的温度为60℃,螺杆转速为165r/min,模孔孔径为12mm。
酶解反应温度为38℃,酶解反应的pH值为7,酶解反应中豌豆蛋白浓度为8.1g/mL,中性蛋白酶的用量为豌豆蛋白用量的12%。
酶解反应后,豌豆肽的DPPH清除率、.OH清除率、O2 .-清除率分别为95%、88%、45%。
本发明所述的胃癌营养食品的制备方法如下:以胃癌营养食品质量100克计,将蛋白、碳水化合物、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K1、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、维生素C、生物素、钠、钾、铜、镁、铁、锌、锰、钙、磷、碘、硒、铬、谷氨酰胺、支链氨基酸、EPA、银杏黄酮、核苷酸营养成分的原料灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成功能袋。
脂肪营养成分的原料灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成能量袋。
其中:灭菌功率为425-500W,灭菌时间为100-120s。
本发明所述的胃癌营养食品的食用方法如下:
目标人群的年龄为18-64岁,不包括孕妇和哺乳期妇女;
用量为:0.4袋/(kg·d),总量不超过27袋。
按照以下两种方法之一食用:
(1)用100-200mL的开水降温至40-60℃,加入功能袋和能量袋中的营养物质,搅拌、摇匀后,直接饮用或经管饲摄入;
(2)将功能袋中的营养物质添加到不含有食盐的日常饮食中食用,日常饮食中含有的脂肪与能量袋中的脂肪含量一致。
本发明产品的销售方式为直接销售给消费者,不通过医院、超市或药店等场所或途径,减少中间环节,降低费用,实现低价薄利销售的特点,消费者可以更经济、更实惠的食用,满足消费者长期食用的要求。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明胃癌营养食品的效果取决于营养成分的各自作用和彼此间的协同作用。
本发明中,豌豆蛋白或豌豆肽具有显著高效的清除各种自由基的功效,其DPPH清除率、.OH清除率、O2 .-清除率分别为95%、88%、45%,还具有抗炎症、免疫调节、抑制肾素和ACE酶活性的作用,特别是具有防治癌症引起的与氧化应激有关的并发症作用;另外,豌豆蛋白或豌豆肽具有选择性清除引起胃癌的ROS物质DPPH和.OH,而对于能杀死胃癌细胞的O2 .-具有较低清除率,从而保证了O2 .-的高存在率和高杀癌细胞效果。同时,豌豆商业品种尚无转基因品种,致敏性低,无饲喂不耐受性;豌豆蛋白肽可以针对性清除肾小球肾炎的氧自由基和MDA,来提高患者身体状态,此外与其他蛋白质或肽相比较,它还富含支链氨基酸,降低了额外补充支链氨基酸的量。
乳清蛋白是优质蛋白质,含有β-乳球蛋白、α-乳白蛋白、免疫球蛋白等多种活性成分,脂肪、乳糖含量低,较其他动物性蛋白质中的过量饱和脂肪、胆固醇等有害物质少,必需氨基酸种类和含量齐全,营养价值高,易被消化吸收,能增强免疫,能防止血脂和胆固醇升高,对心血管疾病有益;配方中采用豌豆蛋白和乳清蛋白的混合物的形式,结合了植物蛋白和动物蛋白两者优势,避免了单一蛋白的不足,更重要的是可以改善胃癌患者的负氮身体状态。
脂肪的原料选自以富含不饱和脂肪酸为主的大豆油、菜籽油、花生油、玉米籽油、红花油、紫苏油等的一种或多种,辅以ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸、EPA等,这种搭配能够充分发挥ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸改善细胞膜结构,改善细胞膜运输和免疫功能,促进T淋巴细胞免疫成熟;添加核苷酸参与体内细胞的所有活动,增加血液中淋巴细胞数目,增强淋巴细胞功能,提高食用者的机体免疫能力。此外,这些油价格便宜、易得,脂肪酸组成符合特医食品要求。谷氨酰胺对胃癌化疗患者有显著的辅助治疗作用,同时可减少化疗的副作用。通过强抗氧化性可以从根源上选择性清除自由基,保留对胃癌细胞有杀死作用的超氧离子自由基,此外,氧化应激状态得到调整,也可以对改善胃癌患者血浆中ADA、GSH、PX、CAT、SOD、MDA的表达水平,从而调节患者的身体状态,有利于患者的康复、避免疾病的恶化或复发。
与其他功能性低聚糖相比较,低聚木糖具有良好的理化特性和双歧杆菌增殖特性。另外,低聚木糖还有抗氧化性、促进钙吸收、增强机体免疫力、降低胃癌等作用。赤藓糖醇、低聚半乳糖等可以改善饮食的口感,提高患者的胃口,降低化疗对患者的厌食影响,食用后可以改善患者的抑郁心情,同时与豌豆膳食纤维、抗性淀粉相结合调节肠胃,降低化疗带来的排便不畅等问题。羟丙基淀粉是良好的助悬剂,助悬效果好,不粘壁,易分散,絮凝颗粒细腻。麦芽糊精具有良好的溶解性,可改善产品的流动性。
EPA增强的肠胃外营养改善晚期胃癌化疗患者的免疫功能,保护胃黏膜的免疫屏障,效果明显;支链氨基酸有利于维持患者的营养状况、降低并发症发生率、提高患者的治疗顺应性,与未补充的患者相比可提高其生活质量。
本发明高蛋白、低脂肪配方适合胃癌食用者身体特点,有利于身体处康复。本发明的营养食品除了能为机体提供充足、全面的营养外,更重要的是增强了胃黏膜的屏障功能,更符合代谢生理状态,有利于机体蛋白质合成与代谢调节,促进胃功能和形态恢复,防止细菌和毒素易位,明显减少胃源性感染的发生,是改善化疗患者营养状况的有效手段。对中晚期胃癌化疗患者的营养状况能够起到一定的改善作用,降低患者不良反应,能有效提高患者的免疫力。

实施例 1
每百克胃癌营养食品中营养成分如下:蛋白42g、脂肪4g、碳水化合物51.5g、维生素A240.79μg、维生素D 5μg、维生素E 1.6mg、维生素K1 19μg、维生素B1 0.4mg、维生素B2 0.5mg、维生素B6 0.6mg、维生素B12 1μg、烟酸0.95mg、叶酸325μg、泛酸10.8mg、维生素C 3mg、生物素85μg、钠53.07mg、钾99.41mg、铜200μg、镁73.2mg、铁4.28mg、锌5.2mg、锰0.65mg、钙200mg、磷160.01mg、碘29.67μg、硒24.2μg、铬7.82μg、谷氨酰胺18mg、支链氨基酸70mg、EPA 20mg、银杏黄酮25mg、核苷酸100mg。
制备每百克营养食品中的原料如下:
豌豆肽20g、乳清蛋白22g、大豆油1g、红花油3g、果糖30g、豌豆膳食纤维10g、羟丙基淀粉10g、赤藓糖醇1.5g、醋酸视黄酯251μg、维生素D2 5μg、D-α-生育三烯酚6.4mg、维生素K1 19μg、盐酸硫胺素400μg、核黄素500μg、盐酸吡哆醇600μg、氰钴胺1μg、烟酸950μg、叶酸325μg、D-泛酸钙12mg、L-抗坏血酸3mg、D-生物素85μg、氯化钠135mg、柠檬酸钾260mg、硫酸铜500μg、氧化镁122mg、富马酸亚铁13mg、氧化锌6.5mg、硫酸锰1.1mg、柠檬酸钙1146mg、磷酸二氢钾702mg、碘酸钾50μg、亚硒酸钠53μg、氯化铬40μg、谷氨酰胺18mg、支链氨基酸70mg、EPA20mg、银杏黄酮25mg、核苷酸100mg。
制备方法如下:
将豌豆肽、乳清蛋白、果糖、豌豆膳食纤维、羟丙基淀粉、赤藓糖醇、醋酸视黄酯、维生素D2、D-α-醋酸生育三烯酚、维生素K1、盐酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酸、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、L-抗坏血酸、D-生物素、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸铜、氧化镁、富马酸亚铁、氧化锌、硫酸锰、柠檬酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、碘酸钾、亚硒酸钠、氯化铬、谷氨酰胺、支链氨基酸、EPA、银杏黄酮、核苷酸,于500W的灭菌器中灭菌100s,灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成功能袋。
将大豆油、红花油于500W的灭菌器中灭菌100s,灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成能量袋。
豌豆肽的制备方法为:将含水量25wt.%的豌豆蛋白进行挤压,挤压后,将挤出物冷却、干燥、粉碎,再用中性蛋白酶进行酶解反应,酶解反应后,豌豆肽的DPPH清除率、.OH清除率、O2 .-清除率分别为95%、88%、45%。
其中挤压时的温度为60℃,螺杆转速为165r/min,模孔孔径为12mm;酶解反应温度为38℃,酶解反应的pH值为7,酶解反应中豌豆蛋白浓度为8.1g/mL,中性蛋白酶的用量为豌豆蛋白用量的12%。
实施例 2
每百克营养食品中营养成分如下:蛋白40g、脂肪2g、碳水化合物55g、维生素A 287.79μg、维生素D 10μg、维生素E 1.5mg、维生素K1 25μg、维生素B1 0.45mg、维生素B2 0.6mg、维生素B6 0.6mg、维生素B12 0.5μg、烟酸1mg、叶酸200μg、泛酸2.52mg、维生素C 5mg、生物素19μg、钠56.61mg、钾108.6mg、铜190.31μg、镁80mg、铁4.28mg、锌7.43mg、锰100.13mg、钙200mg、磷160.01mg、碘35.604μg、硒45.7μg、铬16.42μg、谷氨酰胺65mg、支链氨基酸156mg、EPA 50mg、银杏黄酮35mg、核苷酸160mg。
制备每百克营养食品中的原料如下:
豌豆蛋白20g、乳清蛋白20g、紫苏籽油1g、玉米油1g、果糖10g、豌豆膳食纤维10g、海带多糖5g、羟丙基淀粉10g、豌豆抗性淀粉10g、赤藓糖醇10g、棕榈酸视黄酯300μg、维生素D310μg、dl-α-醋酸生育三烯酚6mg、维生素K1 25μg、硝酸硫胺素450μg、核黄素600μg、盐酸吡哆醇600μg、氰钴胺0.5μg、烟酸1000μg、叶酸200μg、D-泛酸钙2.8mg、L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯5mg、D-生物素19μg、氯化钠144mg、柠檬酸钾284mg、葡萄糖酸铜1.35mg、硫酸镁400mg、富马酸亚铁13mg、乳酸锌22mg、硫酸锰170μg、L-乳酸钙1540mg、磷酸二氢钾702mg、碘酸钾60μg、亚硒酸钠100μg、氯化铬84μg、谷氨酰胺65mg、支链氨基酸156mg、EPA 50mg、银杏黄酮35mg、核苷酸160mg。
制备方法如下:
将豌豆肽、乳清蛋白、果糖、豌豆膳食纤维、海带多糖、羟丙基淀粉、豌豆抗性淀粉、赤藓糖醇、棕榈酸视黄酯、维生素D3、dl-α-醋酸生育三烯酚、维生素K1、硝酸硫胺素、核黄素、盐酸吡哆醇、氰钴胺、烟酸、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、D-生物素、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、葡萄糖酸铜、碳酸镁、乳酸亚铁、乳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锰、葡萄糖酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、碘酸钾、亚硒酸钠、氯化铬、谷氨酰胺、支链氨基酸、EPA、银杏黄酮、核苷酸,于500W的灭菌器中灭菌100s,灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成功能袋;
将紫苏油、玉米油于500W的灭菌器中灭菌100s,灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成能量袋;

1.一种胃癌全营养食品,其特征在于每百克营养食品中营养成分如下:蛋白33.5g-58.3g、脂肪1.3g-4g、碳水化合物34.4g-60.4g、维生素A 168μg-800μg、维生素D 5μg-13μg、维生素E 1.5mg-5mg、维生素K1 18μg-185μg、维生素B1 330μg-1mg、维生素B2 350μg-1mg、维生素B6 360μg-1mg、维生素B12 0.5μg-20μg、烟酸0.83mg-8.9mg、叶酸88μg-938μg、泛酸1.16mg-20mg、维生素C 2mg-7mg、生物素8.3μg-85μg、钠45mg-60mg、钾85mg-145mg、铜182μg-230μg、镁73mg-100mg、铁3.3mg-9.4mg、锌1.7mg-8.5mg、锰99μg-1.2mg、钙215mg-222mg、磷159mg-164mg、碘25μg-50μg、硒13μg-91μg、铬7μg-28μg、谷氨酰胺18mg-65mg、支链氨基酸70mg-156mg、EPA 20mg-50mg、银杏黄酮25mg-35mg、核苷酸100mg-160mg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胃癌营养食品,其特征在于:
蛋白的原料选自豌豆蛋白与乳清蛋白,或豌豆肽与乳清蛋白;
脂肪的原料选自食用植物油的一种或多种;
碳水化合物的原料选自果糖、赤藓糖醇、海带多糖、麦芽糊精、羟丙基淀粉、膳食纤维或抗性淀粉中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胃癌营养食品,其特征在于:
维生素A的原料选自醋酸视黄酯、棕榈酸视黄酯或β-胡萝卜素中的一种或多种;
维生素D的原料选自维生素D2、维生素D3中的一种或两种;
维生素E的原料选自D-α-生育三烯酚、dl -α-生育三烯酚、维生素E琥珀酸钙中的一种或多种;
维生素B1的原料选自盐酸硫胺素、硝酸硫胺素中的一种或两种;
维生素B2的原料选自核黄素或核黄素5’-磷酸钠中的一种或两种;
维生素B6的原料选自盐酸吡哆醇;
维生素B12的原料选自氰钴胺;
烟酸的添加形式为烟酸或烟酰胺中的一种或两种;
泛酸的原料选自D-泛酸钙;
维生素C的原料选自L-抗坏血酸、L-抗坏血酸钠、L-抗坏血酸钙或抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯中的一种或多种;
生物素的原料选自D-生物素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胃癌营养食品,其特征在于:
钠的原料选自氯化钠;
钾的原料选自磷酸氢二钾、磷酸二氢钾、氯化钾或柠檬酸钾中的一种或多种;
铜的原料选自硫酸铜或葡萄糖酸铜中的一种或两种;
镁的原料选自碳酸镁、硫酸镁、氧化镁、氯化镁或L-苏糖酸镁中的一种或多种;
铁的原料选自葡萄糖酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、硫酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁或琥珀酸亚铁中的一种或多种;
锌的原料选自硫酸锌、柠檬酸锌、柠檬酸锌(三水)、葡萄糖酸锌、氧化锌或乳酸锌中的一种或多种;
锰的原料选自硫酸锰或葡萄糖酸锰中的一种或两种;
钙的原料选自碳酸钙、醋酸钙、氯化钙、柠檬酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸二氢钙、磷酸三钙(磷酸钙)、硫酸钙、L-乳酸钙或甘油磷酸钙中的一种或多种;
磷的原料选自磷酸二氢钾;
碘的原料选自碘酸钾;
硒的原料选自亚硒酸钠、富硒酵母或L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸中的一种或多种;
铬的原料选自氯化铬。
5.根据权利要求2所述的胃癌营养食品,其特征在于:豌豆肽的制备方法为:将含水量25wt.%的豌豆蛋白进行挤压,挤压后,将挤出物冷却、干燥、粉碎,再用中性蛋白酶进行酶解反应。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胃癌营养食品,其特征在于:酶解反应温度为38℃,酶解反应的pH值为7,酶解反应中豌豆蛋白浓度为8.1g/mL,中性蛋白酶的用量为豌豆蛋白用量的12%;酶解反应后,豌豆肽的DPPH清除率、.OH清除率、O2 .-清除率分别为95%、88%、45%。
7.一种权利要求1所述的胃癌营养食品的制备方法,其特征在于:以胃癌营养食品质量100克计,将蛋白、碳水化合物、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K1、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、维生素C、生物素、钠、钾、铜、镁、铁、锌、锰、钙、磷、碘、硒、铬、谷氨酰胺、支链氨基酸、EPA、银杏黄酮、核苷酸营养成分的原料灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成功能袋;
脂肪营养成分的原料灭菌后,平均分成5份,形成能量袋。
8.根据权利要求7所述的胃癌营养食品的制备方法,其特征在于:灭菌功率为425-500W,灭菌时间为100-120s。
9.一种权利要求1所述的胃癌营养食品的食用方法,其特征在于:
目标人群的年龄为18-64岁,不包括孕妇和哺乳期妇女;
用量为:0.4袋/(kg·d),总量不超过27袋;
按照以下两种方法之一食用:
(1)用100-200mL的开水降温至40-60℃,加入功能袋和能量袋中的营养物质,搅拌、摇匀后,直接饮用或经管饲摄入;
(2)将功能袋中的营养物质添加到不含有食盐的日常饮食中食用,日常饮食中含有的脂肪与能量袋中的脂肪含量一致。
10.一种权利要求1所述的胃癌营养食品的销售方式,其特征在于:销售方式为不通过医院、超市或药店,直接销售给消费者。
