Background
For polishing of a space curved surface, a polishing head capable of adaptively adjusting the direction of a polishing wheel according to the polishing surface is generally adopted, the polishing head comprises a spring and a head offset structure, the spring is used for pressing the surface of a polishing object, and the head offset structure is used for changing the direction of the polishing wheel to adapt to the current polishing surface, so that the curved surface polishing is realized.
However, the polishing head has low adaptation degree to the protrusions or recesses with large radian, and because of the limitation of straight polishing surfaces of a single polishing wheel, the protrusions or recesses with large radian are difficult to attach, so that the protrusions or recesses need to be polished for multiple times, the problems of long polishing time and uneven polishing easily occur, and the polishing head cannot be well adapted to the protrusions or recesses with complex changes.

Further, the elastic component comprises a spring, a guide cap and a guide shaft penetrating through the spring, the guide cap is connected with one end of the guide shaft and is propped against the floating seat, the other end of the guide shaft vertically penetrates into the base, and the spring, the guide cap and the guide shaft form a guide pillar for enabling the floating seat to float.
Further, the polishing head shell further comprises fastening screws used for fixing connection between the shell and the base, the fastening screws penetrate through the shell and the base, three fastening screws are arranged, and the three fastening screws are arranged around the shell in a delta shape.
Further, the elastic components are arranged in three, and the elastic components are arranged around the center of the floating seat in a delta shape.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the polishing device, the polishing shell and the floating seat are connected through the elastic component, so that the floating seat can deviate according to the polishing surface, the polishing wheel arranged on the floating seat is pressed on the surface of a polished object by the first driving mechanism, the three floating seats are combined with the elastic component to form the polishing surface capable of being adaptively adjusted according to the concave-convex degree of the surface of the polished object, and the polishing surface is automatically recovered when the polishing surface leaves the surface of the polished object, therefore, the polishing device can adapt to polished objects on different surfaces, the processing complexity is high, meanwhile, the polishing component is enabled to move in space through the first driving mechanism, the automation degree is improved, and the injury to personnel caused by traditional manual polishing is avoided.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a floating type three-head curved surface polishing apparatus based on an elastic member includes a polishing member as a robot and a first driving mechanism 1 for driving the polishing member to move in a space.
The first driving mechanism 1 comprises a fixed support 11, an X-axis sliding table, a Y-axis sliding table and a Z-axis sliding table 12, wherein the fixed support 11 is fixed on the Z-axis sliding table 12, the fixed support 11 is used as a sliding rail, the Z-axis sliding table 12 is used as a sliding block, and the X-axis sliding table, the Y-axis sliding table and the Z-axis sliding table 12 form a three-axis moving platform. The fixed support 11 is L-shaped and comprises a supporting platform 13 for mounting the polishing assembly, and the supporting platform 13 is perpendicular to the Z-axis sliding table 12.
The polishing assembly comprises three floating polishing heads 3 and a second driving mechanism 2 for driving the polishing heads 3 to rotate, the polishing heads 3 are arranged in a delta shape on the same plane, the second driving mechanism 2 comprises a driving motor 21 and a planetary gear mechanism assembly 22, the driving motor 21 is fixed on the supporting platform 13 through a mounting frame, the planetary gear mechanism assembly 22 comprises a sun gear, a planet wheel and a gear ring, the planet wheel is connected with the polishing heads 3 through a rotating shaft, the driving motor 21 penetrates through the supporting platform 13 and is connected with the sun gear through a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft of the driving motor 21 and the rotating shaft of the sun gear are connected through a coupler 23, the gear ring coincides with a central shaft of the sun gear, and the planet wheel is arranged between the sun gear and the gear ring and is meshed with the sun gear and the gear ring gear; the planetary gear assembly 22 further includes a planetary gear housing, a planetary gear upper end cap, wear washers, etc., which are components of the planetary gear mechanism that are well known to those skilled in the art and are not described in detail herein and are depicted in the drawings.
The polishing head 3 is integrally cylindrical and comprises three elastic components 31, a floating seat 32 for mounting polishing wheels and a polishing head shell 33 connected with planetary gears in the planetary gear mechanism assembly 22, the three elastic components 31 are arranged in a delta shape around the center of the floating seat 32, the polishing head shell 33 comprises an annular shell 331 and a round base 332, a cavity in the shell 331 accommodates the base 332 and the floating seat 32, the shell 331 is clamped with the floating seat 32 so that the floating seat 32 cannot fall off, the polishing head shell 33 further comprises a fastening screw 333 for fixing the connection between the shell 331 and the base 332, the fastening screw 333 penetrates through the shell 331 and the base 332, and the fastening screw 333 is arranged in a delta shape around the shell 331.
The elastic component 31 is disposed between the floating seat 32 and the base 332, the elastic component 31 includes a spring 311, a guide cap 312 and a guide shaft 313 penetrating through the spring 311, the guide cap 312 is connected with one end of the guide shaft 313 and is pressed against the floating seat 32, the other end of the guide shaft 313 is a T-shaped head and vertically penetrates into the base 332, the base 332 is provided with a limiting hole limiting the movement of the guide shaft 313, the spring 311, the guide cap 312 and the guide shaft 313 form a guide pillar enabling the floating seat 32 to float, and the lengths of the three guide pillars are identical and perpendicular to the base 332 and the floating seat 32.
The floating seat 32 is provided with a protrusion 321 for fixing a polishing wheel, and the polishing wheel center passes through the protrusion 321 and is fixed on the floating seat 32 by a nut. The three floating bases 32 are on the same horizontal plane and form a polishing surface for polishing.
According to the invention, the elastic part 31 supports the three floating seats 32 which are distributed in a delta shape to form a polishing surface, the polishing plane is moved to any position in space by the first driving mechanism 1, when the polishing plane is pressed on the surface of a polishing object, the elastic part 31 is compressed to a corresponding degree due to the uneven surface, and the delta-shaped polishing surface can adapt to continuously-changed curved surfaces aiming at the protrusions or the depressions with larger radian, so that the surface of the polishing object can be attached to the surface of the polishing object for processing, the curved surfaces with different complexity are adapted, the flexibility is high, and meanwhile, the invention belongs to automatic processing, and the potential safety hazard in manual polishing is reduced.
