本发明涉及熔炉发热体材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料。
背景技术
电磁感应工业炉是在感应炉中的感应线圈交变电磁场作用下,发热体内部产生涡流,发热体发热,发热体将热量传输至金属物,从而达到加热或着熔化的效果。
现有的发热体在实际应用中,由于发热体杂质较多,电阻较大,其发热效率非常低,且由于电磁熔炉一般是对金属进行熔融,发热体温度需要特别高,在高温下,现有的发热体在发热的同时,由于不能耐高温,自身也在熔融,强度也不高,造成其使用寿命大大缩短,熔融的金属物也混入杂质。

有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料。
一种电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料,按质量份数其原料组份包括:石墨36-44份,碳化硅28-36份,二氧化硅14-22份,硅酸铝4-9份,氧化铝15-25份,烧结剂8-15份。
优选地,按质量份数其原料组份包括:石墨38-41份,碳化硅31-34份,二氧化硅16-21份,硅酸铝5-8份,氧化铝17-23份,烧结剂9-13份。
优选地,按质量份数其原料组份包括:石墨40份,碳化硅32份,二氧化硅18份,硅酸铝7份,氧化铝21份,烧结剂11份。
优选地,所述石墨为稳晶质石墨。
优选地,所述二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅。
优选地,所述烧结剂为硼酸与硅酸盐水泥中的一种或两种。

本发明的有益效果在于:电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料,将复合材料制成电磁熔炉的发热体,主要以石墨和碳化硅为主体原料,由于石墨和碳化硅的电阻随温度的升高阻值减小,在高温下,其发热效率越高;且与其他材料形成无机复合材料,其强度高,耐高温,使得其使用寿命大大延长。

称取组份量的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸;
将稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝以及氧化铝放入至干燥箱内,干燥箱内温度为135℃,干燥时间为30min;
将干燥后的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸分别加入至球磨机中,球磨55min;
将球磨后的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸粉体加入至高混机中,混合速度为450r/min,混合8min,得到混料a;
将混料a进行300目筛,去大颗粒粉体;
将混料a采用浇注法成型(发热体)坯体;
将成型坯体放置在炉体中,在温度为500℃下,预烧结4h;
将温度升至1600℃,再次进行烧结,烧结时间为8h,冷却至室温,得到复合材料(发热体)。
实施例2
电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料,由如下按质量组分组成:

称取组份量的鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硅酸盐水泥;
将鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝以及氧化铝放入至干燥箱内,干燥箱内温度为132℃,干燥时间为36min;
将干燥后的鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硅酸盐水泥分别加入至球磨机中,球磨52min;
将球磨后的鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硅酸盐水泥粉体加入至高混机中,混合速度为410r/min,混合9min,得到混料a;
将混料a进行280目筛,去大颗粒粉体;
将混料a采用浇注法成型(发热体)坯体;
将成型坯体放置在炉体中,在温度为530℃下,预烧结3h;
将温度升至1720℃,再次进行烧结,烧结时间为6h,冷却至室温,得到复合材料(发热体)。

将干燥后的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸、硅酸盐水泥分别加入至球磨机中,球磨30min;
将球磨后的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸以及硅酸盐水泥粉体加入至高混机中,混合速度为300r/min,混合15min,得到混料a;
将混料a进行200目筛,去大颗粒粉体;
将混料a采用浇注法成型(发热体)坯体;
将成型坯体放置在炉体中,在温度为700℃下,预烧结2h;
将温度升至1750℃,再次进行烧结,烧结时间为5h,冷却至室温,得到复合材料(发热体)。

称取组份量的鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硅酸盐水泥;
将鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝以及氧化铝放入至干燥箱内,干燥箱内温度为126℃,干燥时间为45min;
将干燥后的鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硅酸盐水泥分别加入至球磨机中,球磨34min;
将球磨后的鳞片状石墨、碳化硅、气相二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硅酸盐水泥粉体加入至高混机中,混合速度为330r/min,混合13min,得到混料a;
将混料a进行230目筛,去大颗粒粉体;
将混料a采用浇注法成型(发热体)坯体;
将成型坯体放置在炉体中,在温度为670℃下,预烧结2h;
将温度升至1630℃,再次进行烧结,烧结时间为7h,冷却至室温,得到复合材料(发热体)。
实施例5
电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料,由如下按质量组分组成:
电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料的制备方法:
称取组份量的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸;
将稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝以及氧化铝放入至干燥箱内,干燥箱内温度为128℃,干燥时间为39min;
将干燥后的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸分别加入至球磨机中,球磨44min;
将球磨后的稳晶质石墨、碳化硅、纳米二氧化硅、硅酸铝、氧化铝以及硼酸粉体加入至高混机中,混合速度为380r/min,混合11min,得到混料a;
将混料a进行260目筛,去大颗粒粉体;
将混料a采用浇注法成型(发热体)坯体;
将成型坯体放置在炉体中,在温度为640℃下,预烧结3h;
将温度升至1680℃,再次进行烧结,烧结时间为6h,冷却至室温,得到复合材料(发热体)。
将实施例1-5的复合材料,将复合材料制成电磁熔炉的发热体,分别测试其强度、绝缘性能以及耐高温性能,测试结果如下:
根据性能测试表中的数据可以看出,实施例1-5的复合材料,其抗折强度可以达到45Mpa,常温下,其电阻率约为7×10-6,但是在高温1000℃下,其电阻率可以达到0.32×10-6,且耐火度平均可以达到1750℃。

1.一种电磁熔炉发热体用复合材料,其特征在于,按质量份数其原料组份包括:石墨36-44份,碳化硅28-36份,二氧化硅14-22份,硅酸铝4-9份,氧化铝15-25份,烧结剂8-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,按质量份数其原料组份包括:石墨38-41份,碳化硅31-34份,二氧化硅16-21份,硅酸铝5-8份,氧化铝17-23份,烧结剂9-13份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,按质量份数其原料组份包括:石墨40份,碳化硅32份,二氧化硅18份,硅酸铝7份,氧化铝21份,烧结剂11份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述石墨为稳晶质石墨。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅为纳米二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述烧结剂为硼酸与硅酸盐水泥中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合材料,其特征在于:所述烧结剂为硼酸。
