Abstract
一种组合锁闩,包括横向延伸有放开指销的锁闩凸轮和带有放开指销狭槽的闩挡。闩挡可从第一位置向上转到较高的第二位置,在第一位置,单向锁闩处于前部位置时,闩挡止挡部啮合单向锁闩止挡;在第二位置,单向锁闩在其后部位置处时,锁闩头止挡与闩挡止挡部形成啮合,及随着回缩件从回缩位置向前伸位置位移,在单向锁闩位于后部位置时,闩挡从该较高位置向下转动至最低位置,允许单向锁闩从锁死位置移至回缩位置。
Description
本发明涉及一种单向弹簧锁。
在传统的单向弹簧组合锁闩中,转动操作手把使一个半圆心轴顺时针或逆时针旋转,从而有选择地同一回缩件的支臂啮合以将其推进来操纵一控制锁闩头和单向锁闩的位移的连接机构。美国专利NO.4,427,224,4,516,798,4,664,433和4,844,522中公开了这些常见结构。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有一非常紧凑的连接装置来控制锁闩头和单向锁闩的位移的锁闩机构。
通过提供下述组合锁闩来实现本发明的目的。
一种组合锁闩,包括:
一个锁闩头,它包括一支承着一止挡的轴向延伸的内槽和一带有一后端的轴向延伸的狭槽;
一个带有一止挡的单向锁闩,该止挡有一前面和底面;
一个壳体,它把所述锁闩头支承成在锁闩锁死和回缩两个位置之间移动,而且还把所述单向锁闩支承成相对于所述锁闩头从一前部位置至一后部位置轴向移动,在所述前部位置单向锁闩止挡前面与所述锁闩头止挡相咬合;
一个横向延伸且固定在所述壳体上的枢轴;
一闩挡,在一端由所述枢轴可旋转支承着而在另一端具有一挡部;
一锁闩凸轮,其中部由所述枢轴可旋转地支承着,且包括
一位于所述枢轴一侧的上部,该上部容纳于所述狭槽并啮合着所述轴向狭槽的后端,
一位于所述枢轴另一侧的下部;和
一回缩件,它可在回缩和前伸位置之间轴向移动,且包括
一横向延伸的凸轮驱动部,它同所述凸轮下部咬合,上述回缩件的向前移动将导致所述凸轮驱动部逆时针转动所述锁闩凸轮而把所述锁闩头从所述锁闩锁死位置退回到所述回缩位置,和
一横向延伸的放开指销;
所述闩挡包括一所述放开指销狭槽用于容纳所述放开指销,该放开指销狭槽选择的形状使,
所述闩挡包括用于容纳所述放开指销的放开指销狭槽,该放开指销狭槽以下述方式选择性地构成,使得所述闩挡可从第一位置向上转到较高的第二位置,在所述第一位置,所述单向锁闩处于所述前部位置时,所述闩挡止挡部啮合所述单向锁闩止挡;在所述第二位置,所述单向锁闩在其后部位置处时,所述锁闩头向后移动使所述锁闩头止挡与所述闩挡止挡部形成啮合,及
随着所述回缩件从所述回缩位置向所述前伸位置位移,在所述单向锁闩位于所述后部位置时,所述闩挡从所述较高位置向下转动至一最低位置,而允许所述单向锁闩从所述锁死位置移至所述回缩位置。
本发明的其它目的及优点通过本说明书及附图的下列描述将变得十分清楚,附图根据专利法的规定示明一个体现本发明原理的最佳实施例。

图1表示可调锁闩的组成部件,锁闩壳体10相配地固定在门上的一个孔中,且其盖有一块前面板12。一锁闩头14和一单向锁闩16由相联的第一弹簧18和第二弹簧20向外偏压。当门关闭时,锁闩头14伸出前面板12并穿过撞板(未示出)上的一孔,而进入门边框(未示出)上的一孔,而单向锁闩16(可相对于锁闩头14移动)伸出所述面板而进入顶住撞板的一终止位置。
可调锁闩还有一闩挡22,该闩挡22上有一可容纳一铆钉24的孔23,而铆钉24由锁闩壳体支承。闩挡22相应地可绕该铆钉转动。第一弹簧18压置于闩挡和单向锁闩上的轴向伸出销25、26上。受压缩的第一弹簧因而向前推动单向锁闩16直到要么其前部碰到撞板要么一向里突出的挡部30抵住锁闩头上的一止动面32。铆钉还延伸穿过一锁闩凸轮38上的一个孔36并穿过回缩件41上的一轴向狭槽40。一凸轮驱动部42从回缩件侧向突伸而与锁闩凸轮38的底部咬合,一单向锁闩放开指销44也从该回缩件侧向突出而置入闩挡22中的一单向锁闩放开狭槽45中。回缩件上的顶部轴向伸展的滑部48在锁闩头中的一配合的狭槽内滑动。第二弹簧压置在回缩件上的一弹簧容放端柱46和锁闩头上的一圆孔之间而推动回缩件向后顶住铆钉到达其空档位置。
对6.03cm的偏置量,在全伸展位置(图2)(门打开),锁闩驱动把手(未示出)的半圆形心轴50的相对两侧与回缩件的上滑部48和一下支臂52的位于其最里面位置处的后端相咬合。当回缩件在这个位置时,放开指销44在放开指销狭槽45的后端处,且闩挡22转动到其向上突出的端部54接合着单向锁闩16的挡部30的底面55上的位置。锁闩凸轮38的上端56被容置于锁闩头上的一锁闩凸轮狭槽58中,且第二弹簧20向外推动锁闩直到锁闩凸轮顺时针转动至这样一个方位,
在该位置,锁闩凸轮的上端56与锁闩凸轮狭槽58的后端相接合,而下端60与凸轮驱动部42相接合。单向锁闩由弹簧18向前推动直到其与锁闩头接合并由其挡住。
当门关闭时,锁闩进入门边框中的一孔中且单向锁闩与撞板相接合。图3表示位于该锁死位置的可调锁闩。当单向锁闩与撞板相接合时,其向前的移动停止,因而它相对于锁闩头(和闩挡)轴向移动,以使闩挡的端挡部54离开挡部30的底面55,从而使得第一弹簧18可反时针把闩挡转进锁闩头中的一狭槽70中。该狭槽的前端由止挡73上的止挡面72确定。若有人试图向后移动锁闩头,该止挡面72将碰撞闩挡的向上延伸的挡部54而防止继续移动。
当门打开时,转动把手来转动所述半圆形心轴50至图4所示的其两个完全打开的位置之一。向前移动回缩件导致单向锁闩放开指销44与放开指销狭槽45的底面的倾斜坡道75相接合,从而闩挡顺时针转动使闩挡的挡部54退缩而脱离止挡面72而到达止挡73之下的其最低位置。同时,凸轮驱动部42与锁闩凸轮接合并使其逆时针转动,以使锁闩凸轮38的上端56与锁闩头狭槽58的后端接合而缩回锁闩头。锁闩头14和单向锁闩如图4所示就位于锁闩回缩位置。
图2-4表示偏置量为6.03cm的锁闩。锁闩壳体10具有三个透孔:第一个孔80在最末端,第二个孔82与第一个孔有间隔,使得这些孔可以容纳组合锁闩中的轴杆,而第三个孔84与最前面的孔82向后间隔为0.95cm。图1中所示的塑料盖78在其后端具有一重叠着孔80的孔86,及一环形切口98,其在锁闩设定到6.03cm的偏置量时允许孔82完全暴露。在该盖的中部有一中位孔90,该孔容纳半圆形心轴和一对用来限制其沿任一方向转动的止挡面95。
为把组合锁闩调节到6.98cm的偏置量,该盖向后移动至其另一极端位置(图5)。壳体中间孔84现在露出(盖具有一个使壳体孔84完全暴露的环形切口88),并且因为壳体已移动0.95cm的距离,盖上的孔86以及壳体中间孔84一起成为轴杆容纳孔。宽为0.95cm的偏置量转换隔离件92从其图2所示位置向前移动至其图5所示的位置,半圆形心轴现在与该转换件啮合,后者接着移动回缩件。偏置量转换件有一对向后伸展的支臂94和一在前部的环形面96,所述偏置量转换件可在回缩件和壳体槽的后壁93之间移动,所述支臂94与具有6.98cm偏置量的半圆形心轴的两侧相接合,所述环形面96与具有6.03cm偏置量的半圆形心轴的背面相接合。0.95cm的移位受到精确地控制。塑料盖向右至最右边(6.03cm偏置量位置)的移位通过塑料限位部向上和向下突出的粗糙部98与壳体止挡99相咬合而受控制。一推入壳体10上的一容纳孔中的推销100插配入盖的内壁上的一长槽102之中。该长槽端部把偏置量定位为6.98cm。一透孔104形成于该长槽的另一端而允许该推销的插入和拔出。塑料盖还有顶部和底部滑部106,它们置于壳体止挡内的相配合的槽中,这在图中未清楚地表示。
Claims (4)
1、一种组合锁闩,包括:
一个锁闩头,它包括一支承着一止挡的轴向延伸的内槽和一带有一后端的轴向延伸的狭槽;
一个带有一止挡的单向锁闩,其中,所述止挡有一前面和后面;
一个壳体,它把所述锁闩头支承成在锁闩锁死和回缩两个位置之间移动,而且还把所述单向锁闩支承成相对于所述锁闩头从一前部位置至一后部位置轴向移动,在所述前部位置单向锁闩止挡前面与所述锁闩头止挡相咬合;
一个横向延伸且固定在所述壳体上的枢轴;
一闩挡,在一端由所述枢轴可旋转地支承着而在另一端具有一挡部;
一锁闩凸轮,其中部由所述枢轴可旋转支承着,且包括
一位于所述枢轴一侧的上部,该上部容纳于所述轴向延伸狭槽并啮合着所述狭槽的后端,
一位于所述枢轴另一侧的下部;和
一回缩件,它可在回缩和前伸位置之间轴向移动,且包括
一横向延伸的凸轮驱动部,它同所述凸轮下部咬合,上述回缩件的向前移动将导致所述凸轮驱动部逆时针转动所述锁闩凸轮而把所述锁闩头从所述锁闩锁死位置退回到所述回缩位置,和
一横向延伸的放开指销;

2、根据权利要求1所述的组合锁闩,进一步包括:
一使所述锁闩头移向所述锁死位置的第一弹力装置;和
一使所述单向锁闩移向所述前部位置的第二弹力装置。
3、根据权利要求2所述的组合锁闩,其中,所述回缩件包括一用来容纳所述枢轴的轴向延伸狭槽。
4、根据权利要求3所述的组合锁闩,其中,所述枢轴是一铆钉。
