The carbon tool steel and the carburized and quenched steel parts subjected to heat treatment quenching are widely applied to the mechanical manufacturing industry, a large number of regularly arranged cracks, namely grinding cracks, often appear on the surface basically vertical to the grinding direction during grinding, and the grinding cracks not only affect the appearance of the parts, but also directly affect the quality of the parts more importantly.
In the traditional grinding process, the grinding of the surface of a workpiece is usually realized by the rotation of a grinding wheel, but the grinding wheel in the prior art has small diameter, and needs to travel for many times through a movable platform when processing a large-area workpiece, so that the time consumption is long and the working efficiency is low; the diameter of the grinding wheel is increased, the manufacturing cost is greatly increased, and the grinding wheel is not beneficial to actual production and use, so that how to realize the processing of workpieces with convenient large-area sizes, short time consumption and high efficiency becomes one of the problems which need to be solved urgently in a workshop.

The long rods 7 on the driving shafts 5 in the five sliding grooves 3a support a driving ring 8 together, the driving ring 8 is positioned at the lower side of the long rods 7, the driving ring 8 is fixed with a bearing block 9, the bearing block 9 is connected with a vertically arranged lead screw 10, and the lead screw 10 is connected with a motor 11 fixed on the upright post 2.
The driving shaft 5 is provided with synchronous pulleys 12, the synchronous pulleys 12 on the driving shaft 5 in the five chutes 3a are provided with a synchronous belt 13, the left end of the synchronous belt 13 is provided with a driving synchronous pulley 14, the driving synchronous pulley 14 is connected with a driving motor 15, a tension pulley 17 supported on the synchronous belt 13 is arranged between the driving synchronous pulley 14 and the left synchronous pulley 12, and the tension pulley 17 is connected with the bottom plate 1.
The driving ring 8 includes an outer ring 81, an inner ring 82, and a connecting rod 83 having both ends connected to the outer ring 81 and the inner ring 82, respectively, and located at both sides of the long rod 7. When the driving ring 8 moves upwards in use, the outer ring 81 pushes the driving shaft 5 to slide towards the inner side of the mounting disc 3; when the driving ring 8 moves downwards, the inner ring 82 pushes the driving shaft 5 to slide towards the outer side of the mounting disc 3, so that the range of the processing surface formed by the grinding wheel 6 is changed, and the connecting rod 83 is used for limiting the rotation of the long rod 7.
And a guide column 16 which is arranged in parallel with the screw rod 10 and is in sliding fit with the bearing block 9 is fixed on the upright column 2.
When the grinding wheel device is used, a workpiece is placed on the bottom plate 1 after being fixed through external clamping, the driving motor 15 is started to drive the driving synchronous belt wheel 14 to rotate, and the five synchronous belt wheels 12 are driven to rotate together under the action of the synchronous belt 13, so that the driving shaft 5 rotates, and the grinding wheel 6 rotates to grind the surface of the workpiece to be machined.
Meanwhile, the motor 11 is started and drives the screw rod 10 to rotate, the driving ring 8 can vertically slide along the guide post 16, the driving ring 8 pushes the long rod 7, the driving shaft 5 slides on the sliding block 4 along the sliding groove 3a, the radial size of an area formed by surrounding five grinding wheels 6 during working is changed, the tension wheel 17 ensures that the synchronous belt 13 is always in a tension state, the position of a workpiece is manually adjusted, and grinding and machining of the workpiece can be completed.
