Abstract

本发明涉及一种冷成形用的,并提供优良耐磨性的钢。
国际专利申请公开WO91/00371A公开了一种具有下述组成的钢,按重量百分比计:C 0.35-1.2,Mn 0.3-3,Si 0.3-2,Cr 5.0-11.5,Mo 0.3-5.0,Nb 0.4-5.0,V 0.3-3.0,任选的Ta 0.01-0.2,Ti 0.01-0.2,Ni 0-3,其余为铁和不可避免杂质。
本发明目的是将5%铬钢的优点和12%莱氏体铬钢的优点结合在一起。本发明提供了一种新型钢种,它具有以下性能的组合:最佳耐磨性,优良韧性,维持良好渗氮硬度,因此尤其适用于要求尺寸稳定性的硬表面。
这种钢是通过将钢熔化和精炼而得到的,其特征在于该合金的成分(重量%)如下:

Ti或Zr 500-1000ppm 500-1500ppm其余为Fe及生产此金属时特有的杂质。
此钢是经电熔化,接着在加热的钢包中精炼,真空脱气及重熔过程而加工成的。
在此钢中,C和Nb形成铌的碳化物,而Ti或Zr便于获得自形的铌的碳化物。形成铌的碳化物的化学计算关系是约1%的Nb对0.12%的C。过量的C被钢中的Cr、Mo和V含量平衡。
本发明的钢的硬度大于60Hrc。它显示出以下性能的组合:耐磨性、机加工性和以前从来得到过的韧性。
通过按Charpy测试法测定韧性。在1050℃下处理7×10×55mm参考试样、止于油中,接着是2小时、560℃的退火。就超过或等于60Hrc的硬度而言,它显示出等于或大于40焦耳的断裂功。
本发明的冷成形钢改善了耐磨性,它包括以下三种形式:
—明显改善的磨耗。
—由于该钢优良的韧性而明显改善的去皮损耗,
—也明显改善的粘附损耗。
本发明不只限于所述的和所述的实施方案,而覆盖所有可能的变化。

1、一种用于冷成形及经合金熔化及精炼而得到的钢,其特征在于此合金的成分(重量%)如下:
C 0.80-1.50%
Mn <1%
Si <1%
P ≤0.030%
S ≤0.005%
Cr 6.25-9%
Ni <0.50%
Mo 1.80-3%
Al <0.15%
V 0.20-0.40%
Nb 0.60-1.5%
N <150ppm
O <50ppm
Zr 500-1500ppm余为Fe及生产此金属时特有的杂质。
