Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin-care massage essential oil.
Background
Because the skin is the first line of defense of the human body against the invasion of harmful substances, bacteria, viruses and the like, the skin becomes the organ which is most easily attacked by the outside and is most frequently attacked and damaged by the outside. Meanwhile, the skin is also an important component for showing the external aesthetic feeling and characteristics of the human body. Therefore, a good local environment is created for the skin, which is beneficial to the damage repair of the skin, the skin aging is delayed, and the formation of pox and acne is reduced. However, with the aging, the body's ability to scavenge free radicals is continuously reduced, so that free radicals are accumulated in the body, lipid peroxides such as MDA and the like are crosslinked with proteins, nucleic acids or lipids to form insoluble substances, the abnormal crosslinking causes the living environment of skin cells to be changed, the structure of the skin cells is destroyed and killed, and the skin shows aging and inflammation phenomena such as dryness, roughness, looseness and the like. In the aging process of the skin, the epidermis of the skin is deteriorated with the aging of keratinocytes, and wrinkles are also generated.
The essential oil is volatile aromatic substance extracted from flower, leaf, stem, root or fruit of plant by steam distillation, extrusion, cold soaking or solvent extraction. The essential oil is divided into diluted (compound essential oil) and undiluted (single essential oil). Not all plants produce essential oils, only plants containing the sebaceous glands are likely to produce essential oils. The sebaceous glands of different plants are distributed differently, some are petals, leaves, rhizomes or trunks. The sachet is extracted to obtain the plant essential oil. Essential oils contain many different components, and some essential oils, such as roses, can be made up of more than 250 different molecules. Essential oils are lipophilic and very soluble in oils and fats, because the molecular chains of essential oils are usually relatively short, which makes them very permeable to the skin and enter the body via the abundant capillaries under the subcutaneous fat. The essential oil is composed of a plurality of very small molecules, and the high volatile substances can be absorbed by nasal mucosa tissues to enter the body, so that messages are directly sent to the brain, and the emotion and the physiological function of the body are regulated through the peripheral system of the brain. Therefore, in aromatherapy, the essential oils can strengthen physiological and psychological functions.
The traditional skin care essential oil contains a large amount of chemical compounds and solvents, has high irritation to the skin and is easy to damage the skin. With the increasing living standard of people, the skin care concept of pursuing green environmental protection and returning to nature is also enhanced, so that the pursuing of natural products without toxicity and side effects as active additives and cosmetic raw materials becomes a hot point of the skin care essential oil industry. The traditional essential oil also has the problems of high volatility, short fragrance retention time, large volatilization loss of functional components, high waste rate and reduced efficacy. In addition, the existing essential oil in the market at present has single effect, and people often need to buy various essential oils to meet various requirements.

Testing the acne treatment effect:
(I) inclusion criteria
640 acne patients meeting the conditions (the standard for curative effect of diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine diseases (ZY/T001.8-94)) are randomly divided into 8 groups, and 80 patients in each group have no significant difference in sex, age and acne symptoms and are comparable.
(II) treatment methods
Groups 1-8 patients were treated with the skin-care massage essential oils of examples 1-8, respectively. The treatment method comprises the following steps: the skin care massage essential oil is uniformly applied to acne part before sleep every day, and the application amount is 0.05mL/cm2The treatment is continued for 30 days.
(III) therapeutic efficacy judgment criteria
The basic cure is as follows: the pimple disappears, the flushing completely fades, new acne does not grow any more, and no recurrence is observed for one year; the effect is shown: the pimple basically disappears, and new acne does not grow in half a year; the method has the following advantages: the pimple obviously disappears, but new acne occasionally grows out; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms are not improved. The test results are shown in Table 1.

Improving sleep effect test:
(I) case data: all cases were volunteers with insomnia symptoms, 180 men aged 62-74 years and with course of 1-2 years, 180 women aged 64-74 years and with course of 2-3 years. The treatment groups were randomized into 8 treatment groups and 1 control group, each group containing 40 patients (20 men and 20 women). The sex, age and insomnia symptom scores of 9 groups of patients have no significant difference (P is more than 0.05), and are comparable.
(II) inclusion standard: has typical symptoms of insomnia, lasts for more than one month, and meets the syndrome differentiation standard of traditional Chinese medicine. The medical diagnosis standard refers to the guiding principle of clinical research on new Chinese medicines issued by Ministry of health (1993) and has the following typical symptoms of insomnia: difficulty in falling asleep, frequent wakefulness, instability in sleep or inability to sleep again after waking up; early morning waking, no sleep at night, drowsiness in the daytime, sleep less than 5 hours, and recurrent attack history.
(III) exclusion criteria: eliminating general diseases such as pain, fever, cough, operation, etc., patients caused by external interference factors, mental patients, and patients with EKG, liver and kidney function, blood, urine, and stool abnormality.
(IV) a treatment method: the treatment groups 1 to 8 respectively use the skin-care massage essential oil of the examples 1 to 8, 0.5mL of the skin-care massage essential oil is taken before sleeping every day, and the skin-care massage essential oil is uniformly applied to temples, earlobes, behind ears and necks, massaged for 30 minutes and continuously used for 30 days. The control group was massaged for 30 minutes without using the skin care massage essential oil and continuously massaged for 30 days.
(V) observation of curative effect: and calculating the improvement rate and the curative effect judgment of obvious effect, effective effect and ineffective effect according to the clinical symptom scoring standard with the application number of 201110313259.8. The post-compress score P <0.05 for each group comparison. Has statistical significance.
The test results are shown in Table 2.
