清水混凝土是一种一次浇筑成型、不作任何装饰,可以减少装饰材料中释放的甲醛对人体健康的伤害的新型混凝土制品,这种混凝土表达形式对外观质量、表面光洁度、线条顺畅及色泽均匀提出了更高的要求。为了加快工程中混凝土制品的模板周转速度,保护模板免遭腐蚀,且要求脱模后的外观效果更加光滑平整、表面完整无气泡、质感卓越,脱模剂对清水混凝土的制备具有重要意义。
一般使用纯油类脱模剂(矿物质油、动物油或植物油等),但其仅使混凝土和模具顺利分开的作用,难以改善混凝土表面马蜂窝的状况,影响脱模完整性,且油类脱模剂本身的黄色也影响混凝土表面颜色。油性脱模剂需要跟二氯甲烷、石油醚、120#汽油等溶剂调兑后使用,它相对水性脱模剂成本较高、存在安全隐患、且不够环保。油性脱模剂挥发快,不用升高模具温度使其蒸发。但是残留物比较多,相对不容易清洗,气味比较大。
公开号CN 103409218 A公开的一种混凝土脱模剂及其制备方法,是以猪油、松香、氢氧化钠、乳化剂、磷酸三丁酯、甲醛、十二烷基甜菜碱及适量有机蒙脱土在水溶液中制备而成,该法需要在95℃~105℃下皂化反应,工艺条件苛刻,且含有甲醛,不利于环保要求。公开号CN103789074B公开的一种环保型混凝土构件脱模剂及其制备方法,是一种水性乳液脱模剂,有良好的脱模效果,但水性脱模剂水分挥发较慢,吸潮不均一导致色差脱模后容易出现斑纹,需要后期修补。
氨基硅烷是一种具有特殊结构的物质,其分子链两端一般都带有活性基团,在极少量水分的条件下就能够水解形成硅羟基,添加氨基硅烷的涂层与底材之间有化学键作用,能够显著提高涂层与底材的附着力。涂层的附着机理主要包括机械附着和化学附着,机械附着取决于涂料的润湿性能和基材表面的粗糙度等;化学附着则是涂料中的极性基团与基材表面的极性基团间的化学作用。一般认为化学附着更为牢固。氨基硅烷的附着力仅限于其机械附着,作用有限,作为脱模剂使用脱模后效果不佳,混凝土表面容易出现不均一的附着现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在公开一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂及其制备方法,使清水混凝土达到结构表面颜色一致、外观平整光洁的目的。
对氨基硅烷进行化学改性后可以改变其化学附着作用,达到脱模剂所需的技术要求。基于上述研究,申请人提出了一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,其特征在于包含如下质量百分含量的组分:
作为优选,所述脂肪酸甘油酯为单硬脂酸甘油酯、单月桂酸甘油酯、单油酸甘油酯中的至少一种;
作为优选,所述非离子纤维素醚为羟乙基纤维素醚或羟丙基纤维素醚中的至少一种;
作为优选,所述吐温为吐温20、吐温40、吐温60中的至少一种;
作为优选,所述改性有机胺中的有机胺为三亚乙基二胺、二亚乙基三胺或六亚甲基四胺中的至少一种;
所述清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,具体制备步骤包括如下:将白炭黑和非离子纤维素醚溶于水中在30℃~90℃中超声30min~90min,然后边搅拌边加入有机改性氨基硅烷和改性有机胺反应1h~6h,最后加入吐温、脂肪酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
其中,有机改性氨基硅烷制备方法为:氨基硅烷84%~95.3%,3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷:3.5%~15%,碳酸二甲酯0.05%~1.2%;将碳酸二甲酯加入到3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应1min~10min后,在氮气保护下,60℃~130℃反应1h~6h得到有机改性氨基硅烷。
改性有机胺制备方法为:有机胺70%~90%,羟基乙酸10%~30%;将有机胺溶于羟基乙酸中,40℃~60℃超声反应1h~3h得到改性有机胺。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明在清水混凝土制品中使用改性油性脱模剂,利用油性脱模剂的低粘度、隔离润滑及消除混凝土表面气泡的作用,从而使清水混凝土达到结构表面颜色一致、外观平整光洁的目的。
(2)对氨基硅烷进行改性处理,与改性后的有机胺进一步反应后结构具有多氨基活性结构和乙氧基基团,在白炭黑和非离子纤维素醚交联反应后,脱模剂形成比表面积巨大的网状结构,极大的降低了油性脱模剂的粘度,增强了其涂覆润滑性能,使得成膜均匀,并且迅速消除了清水混凝土表面的气泡,最后吐温和脂肪酸甘油酯在网状表面处理后进一步改善了清水混凝土制品的表明美观度。
(3)储存时间长达24个月,性能无变化,不会出现分层现象,制备工艺简单、原料环保无污染,适合大规模推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明技术方案进一步详细说明。
实施例1
(1)首先将0.05份碳酸二甲酯加入到11.5份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和88.45份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应1min后,在氮气保护下,130℃反应3h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将75份三亚乙基二胺溶于25份羟基乙酸中,60℃超声反应1h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将3份白炭黑和0.05份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于14.75份水中在60℃中超声30min,边搅拌边加入66份有机改性氨基硅烷和6份改性有机胺反应2h,最后加入0.2份吐温60、10份单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例2
(1)首先将1.0份碳酸二甲酯加入到15份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和84份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应5min后,在氮气保护下,65℃反应1h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将90份二亚乙基三胺溶于10份羟基乙酸中,40℃超声反应3h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将1份白炭黑和0.99份羟丙基纤维素醚溶于44份水中在90℃中超声90min,边搅拌边加入42份有机改性氨基硅烷和5份改性有机胺反应6h,最后加入0.01份吐温40、7份单月桂酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例3
(1)首先将1.2份碳酸二甲酯加入到3.5份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和95.3份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应10min后,在氮气保护下,80℃反应6h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将70份六亚甲基四胺溶于30份羟基乙酸中,45℃超声反应2h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将2份白炭黑和0.5份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于28份水中在30℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入49.4份有机改性氨基硅烷和8份改性有机胺反应1h,最后加入0.1份吐温20、12份单油酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例4
(1)首先将0.09份碳酸二甲酯加入到7份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和92.91份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应8min后,在氮气保护下,100℃反应5h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将80份三亚乙基二胺溶于20份羟基乙酸中,50℃超声反应3h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将3份白炭黑和0.35份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于21.55份水中在80℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入60份有机改性氨基硅烷和7份改性有机胺反应4h,最后加入0.1份吐温60、8份单油酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例5
(1)首先将0.05份碳酸二甲酯加入到11.5份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和88.45份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应1min后,在氮气保护下,130℃反应3h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将75份三亚乙基二胺溶于25份羟基乙酸中,60℃超声反应1h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将1份白炭黑和0.99份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于44份水中在60℃中超声30min,边搅拌边加入42份有机改性氨基硅烷和5份改性有机胺反应2h,最后加入0.01份吐温60、7份单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例6
(1)首先将1.0份碳酸二甲酯加入到15份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和84份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应5min后,在氮气保护下,65℃反应1h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将90份二亚乙基三胺溶于10份羟基乙酸中,40℃超声反应3h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将3份白炭黑和0.05份羟丙基纤维素醚溶于14.75份水中在90℃中超声90min,边搅拌边加入66份有机改性氨基硅烷和6份改性有机胺反应6h,最后加入0.2份吐温40、10份单月桂酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例7
(1)首先将0.09份碳酸二甲酯加入到7份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和92.91份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应10min后,在氮气保护下,80℃反应6h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将70份六亚甲基四胺溶于30份羟基乙酸中,45℃超声反应2h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将2份白炭黑和0.5份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于28份水中在30℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入49.4份有机改性氨基硅烷和8份改性有机胺反应1h,最后加入0.1份吐温20、12份单油酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例8
(1)首先将1.2份碳酸二甲酯加入到3.5份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和95.3份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应8min后,在氮气保护下,100℃反应5h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将80份三亚乙基二胺溶于20份羟基乙酸中,50℃超声反应3h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将3份白炭黑和0.35份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于21.55份水中在80℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入60份有机改性氨基硅烷和7份改性有机胺反应4h,最后加入0.1份吐温60、8份单油酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
实施例9
(1)首先将0.07份碳酸二甲酯加入到5份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和94.93份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应10min后,在氮气保护下,80℃反应2h得到有机改性氨基硅烷;
(2)将76份三亚乙基二胺溶于24份羟基乙酸中,55℃超声反应2h得到改性有机胺;
(3)将2.3份白炭黑和0.3份羟丙基纤维素醚溶于34.35份水中在40℃中超声120min,边搅拌边加入46份有机改性氨基硅烷和8份改性有机胺反应2h,最后加入0.05份吐温60、9份单油酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
对照例1
(1)首先将0.06份碳酸二甲酯加入到15份3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和84.94份氨基硅烷的反应釜中,在氮气保护下,130℃反应3h;
(2)将2份白炭黑和0.5份羟乙基纤维素醚溶于28份水中在30℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入49.4份有机改性氨基硅烷和8份六亚甲基四胺反应1h,最后加入0.1份吐温20、12份单油酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
对照例2
将3份白炭黑和0.1份羟丙基纤维素醚溶于36.7份水中在80℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入48份氨基硅烷和5份二亚乙基三胺反应6h,最后加入0.2份吐温40、7份单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土油性脱模剂。
对照例3
(1)将82份三亚乙基二胺溶于18份羟基乙酸中,50℃超声反应3h得到改性有机胺;
(2)将3份白炭黑和0.1份羟丙基纤维素醚溶于36.7份水中在80℃中超声60min,边搅拌边加入48份氨基硅烷和5份改性有机胺反应6h,最后加入0.2份吐温40、7份单硬脂酸甘油酯搅拌均匀即可,待自然冷却即得到一种清水混凝土油性脱模剂。
所得脱模剂参考JC/T 949-2005《混凝土制品用脱模剂》标准测试脱模性能,粘度采用旋转粘度计测定,结果如下:
虽然本发明通过实施例进行了描述,但实施例并非用来限定本发明。本领域技术人员可在本发明的精神的范围内,各种变形和改进,例如成分比例或时间范围的调整,这种调整后的效果是可预测的,所以其同样在本发明的保护范围之内。因此本发明的保护范围应当以本申请的权利要求相同或等同的技术特征所界定的保护范围为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,其特征在于:其原料组分及组分占原料总量的质量百分比分别为:
有机改性氨基硅烷 42%~66%;有机改性氨基硅烷由以下原料按照质量比制备:氨基硅烷84%~95.3%,3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷:3.5%~15%,碳酸二甲酯0.05%~1.2%;将碳酸二甲酯加入到3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷和氨基硅烷的反应釜中,微波辐射反应1min~10min后,在氮气保护下,60℃~130℃反应1h~6h;
改性有机胺 5%~8%;改性有机胺由以下原料比例制备而成:有机胺70%~90%,羟基乙酸10%~30%;将有机胺溶于羟基乙酸中,40℃~60℃超声反应1h~3h;
脂肪酸甘油酯 7%~12%;
白炭黑 0.5%~3%;
吐温 0.01%~0.2%;
非离子纤维素醚 0.05%~0.99%;
水 14.75%~44%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸甘油酯为单硬脂酸甘油酯、单月桂酸甘油酯、单油酸甘油酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,其特征在于:所述非离子纤维素醚为羟乙基纤维素醚或羟丙基纤维素醚中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,其特征在于:所述吐温为吐温20、吐温40、吐温60中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂,其特征在于:所述有机胺为三亚乙基二胺、二亚乙基三胺或六亚甲基四胺中的至少一种。
6.一种如权利要求1至5之一所述清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:首先将白炭黑和非离子纤维素醚溶于水中在30℃~90℃中超声30min~90min,然后边搅拌边加入有机改性氨基硅烷和改性有机胺反应1h~6h,最后加入吐温、脂肪酸甘油酯搅拌均匀,自然冷却得到清水混凝土用改性油性脱模剂。
