Abstract
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂的制备方法,分子式为:[RO-(CH2CH2O)n-CH2-COO]2M,M为二价金属离子,R为CmH2m+1烷基;其制备方法是:取RO-(CH2CH2O)n-H和等摩尔的氯乙酸在1~150℃下反应,不断加入碱末,完全反应后,保温搅拌3~4小时,去盐并加入足量的水溶性二价金属盐,待形成均匀透明的粘稠体系。其特点是:对助剂无依赖性;具有超强的渗透润湿力、污垢乳化迁移力、钙皂分散力和广谱增效性;易于生物降解等。
Description
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂的制备方法。
目前,在工业和民用洗涤剂主要原料中,主要使用烷基苯磺酸钠和烷基磺酸钠,其缺点是:不耐硬水,不耐低温,去污力差,需要很大的用量才能达到提高去污力的效果,而且必须有纯碱、4A沸石、三聚磷酸钠的帮助才能达到使用要求。另外,非离子表面活性剂,如AEO9、AEO7、TX-10、OP-10等,虽然去污力有所提高,但仍具有明显的不耐硬水的缺点,而且TX-10的生物降解性比较差,不能在无机盐体系中形成均匀的流动浆体,料浆粘度太大,给生产造成了很大的困难。
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述的不足之处而提供一种对助剂无依赖性、去污力强、具有超强的钙皂分散力和广谱增效性、生物降解性能好的醇醚羧酸二价金属盐的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下方案实现的:本发明的分子通式为:[RO-(CH2CH2O)n-CH2-COO]2M,其中,M为二价金属离子,n为1~50,R为CmH2m+1烷基,m为1~30。二价金属离子M选自镁、钙、锌、镧中的一种金属离子。本发明的制备方法,-依次包括如下步骤:
A、取RO-(CH2CH2O)nH和等摩尔的氯乙酸在1~150℃下反应,并在2小时内不断加入0.8~1.2倍摩尔量研细的碳酸钠或碳酸钾粉末,或1.6~2.4倍摩尔量的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾粉末;
B、继续保温搅拌3~4小时;
C、去盐;
D、加入二分之一摩尔量的水溶性二价金属盐,待形成均匀透明的粘稠体系;
本发明的反应温度范围为50~90℃。
本发明采用醇醚羧酸二价金属盐作为洗涤剂的主要原料,具有如下有益效果:
1、醇醚羧酸二价金属盐对五钠、沸石和聚合物等助剂无依赖性;
2、具有超强的渗透润湿力、污垢乳化迁移力;
3、具有超强的钙皂分散力,优良的柔软效果及纤维增艳力;
4、洗涤配方的广谱增效性;
5、能与阳离子表面活性剂复合使用;
6、对纤维损伤性较低,易于生物降解,优于磺酸及TX-10,对环境不造成破坏。
采用上述制备方法工艺简单,设备要求低,易于生产。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步具体描述:
实施例1:
取C14H29O-(CH2CH2O)9-H 610克,投入四口烧瓶中,升温至90℃后,加入氯乙酸94.5克,并逐步将粉末状氢氧化钠80克在2小时内匀速加入烧瓶中,保温反应3~4小时。检测反应物中的氯离子浓度为4.5%时可进行以下步骤:用饱和盐水洗涤,脱去盐分和未反应的氯乙酸,再加入六水合氯化镁102克,升温至90℃,反应约3~4小时,待反应物变为均匀粘稠液后,即可(若粘度过大,可用水稀释)。
实施例2:
取C13H27O-(CH2CH2O)3-H 332克,投入四口烧瓶中,升温至80℃后,加入氯乙酸94.5克,并逐步将粉末状氢氧化钠80克在2小时内匀速加入烧瓶中,保温80℃反应3~4小时。检测反应物中的氯离子浓度为7.0%时可进行以下步骤:用饱和盐水洗涤,脱去盐分和未反应的氯乙酸,再加入四水合硝酸钙120克,升温至80℃,反应3~4小时,待反应物变为均匀粘稠液后,即可(若粘度过大,可用水稀释)。
实施例3:
取C12H25O-(CH2CH2O)7-H494克,投入四口烧瓶中,升温至70℃后,加入氯乙酸94.5克,并逐步将粉末状氢氧化钠80克在2小时内匀速加入烧瓶中,保温85℃反应3~4小时。检测反应物中的氯离子浓度为5.3%时可进行以下步骤:用饱和盐水洗涤,脱去盐分和未反应的氯乙酸,再加入氯化锌68克,升温至75℃,再反应3~4小时,待反应物变为均匀粘稠液后,即可(若粘度过大,可用水稀释)。
实施例4:
取C18H37O-(CH2CH2O)20-H1150克,投入四口烧瓶中,升温至50℃后,加入氯乙酸94.5克,并逐步将粉末状氢氧化钠80克在2小时内匀速加入烧瓶中,保温反应3~4小时。检测反应物中的氯离子浓度为2.6%时可进行以下步骤:用饱和盐水洗涤,脱去盐分和未反应的氯乙酸,再加入七水合硫酸镁125克,升温至55℃,再反应3~4小时,待反应物变为均匀粘稠液后,即可(若粘度过大,可用水稀释)。

1、一种用作洗涤剂原料的醇醚羧酸二价金属盐分子通式为[RO-(CH2CH2O)n-CH2-COO]2M的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法依次包括如下步骤:
A、取RO-(CH2CH2O)nH和等摩尔的氯乙酸在1~150℃下反应,并在2小时内不断加入0.8~1.2倍摩尔量研细的碳酸钠或碳酸钾粉末,或1.6~2.4倍摩尔量的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾粉末;
B、继续保温搅拌3~4小时;
C、去盐;
D、加入二分之一摩尔量的水溶性二价金属盐,待形成均匀透明的粘稠体系;
其中,n为1~50,R为CmH2m+1烷基,m为1~30。
2、根据权利要求1所述醇醚羧酸二价金属盐的制备方法,其特征在于:反应的温度范围为50~90℃。
