Background
The currently used electronic cigarette atomizer comprises a shell, an atomizer, an oil storage bin, a battery assembly and a control assembly, wherein the atomizer comprises a sheet-shaped heating wire and oil guide cotton, an air inlet hole and an oil inlet hole are formed in the atomizer, the oil inlet hole is communicated with the oil storage bin, the air inlet hole is communicated with the outside, the oil guide cotton adsorbs smoke oil to the heating wire through the oil inlet hole for atomizing the heating wire, the battery assembly is connected to the control assembly, the control assembly is connected to the heating wire, the sheet-shaped heating wire is generally made by etching, the specific mode is that the heating sheet to be manufactured is firstly subjected to drawing, after drawing according to the proportion of 1:1 is finished, a cured drawing is silkscreened on a metal substrate, a protective film (coating) is pre-arranged on the metal substrate, and then the coating on the surface of the metal substrate to be etched is removed by exposure and development, the metal of the part is exposed, the coating on the surface of the metal substrate which does not need to be etched is covered by a drawing, a protective layer (coating) is reserved on the surface of the metal of the part, then the metal is corroded by acid liquor, a film is removed, the metal substrate is cleaned and dried, and the like, because the 1:1 pattern is adopted in the drawing process and is silk-screened on the protective film, the size of the coating reserved on the surface of the metal substrate is equal to the size of the theoretical design of a heating plate, but in the etching process, the acid liquor corrodes the parts without the coating on the upper surface and the lower surface of the metal substrate, the acid liquor can corrode the metal in the upper direction and the lower direction and can enter the metal substrate in the horizontal direction, namely, the metal substrate is corroded transversely, the finally corroded heating wire has smaller width than the theoretical heating wire, the weight is light, and the metal substrate protected by the coating is corroded, this portion of the coated metal substrate is theoretically unearthed, which leads to a larger difference in the actual heater than theoretically produced, and the resistance of the heater does not reach the intended design.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a manufacturing method of a heating sheet with accurate size and controllability, which has the characteristics of large contact surface, long service life and convenient replacement.
The invention is realized by the following steps: a manufacturing method of a heating sheet with an accurately controllable size comprises the following steps:
a. providing a plate body, and performing surface treatment and drying on the plate body, wherein the thickness of the plate body is D;
b. manufacturing a plate, namely manufacturing the plate according to different materials and graphs, wherein the plate is divided into two areas, one area is an area needing to be protected, the other area is an area needing to be removed, the area needing to be protected is equal to the graph of the theoretically corresponding heating sheet, a length delta L is added to the edge of the area needing to be protected, and the length delta L is reduced for the area needing to be removed, wherein the delta L is more than or equal to Dx 1/2;
c. coating the manufactured plates obtained in the step b on the upper side and the lower side of the plate body respectively;
d. exposing;
e. baking;
f. e, etching, namely placing the plate obtained in the step e in an etching machine, wherein the etching machine is provided with a conveyor belt, an upper rotating spray head and a lower rotating spray head, the conveyor belt is positioned between the upper rotating spray head and the lower rotating spray head, and etching liquid sprayed by the upper rotating spray head and the lower rotating spray head is in a mist shape;
g. and (5) cleaning and demoulding.
Further, the surface treatment includes removing an oxide film on the surface of the plate body, washing, and coating protective films on the upper and lower sides of the plate body.

g. and (5) cleaning and demoulding.
