Abstract

本发明公开了一种脚踏式足部按摩器，它包括底板和脚踏板，所述底板和脚踏板在端部通过销轴铰接在一起，所述脚踏板可以绕销轴旋转，所述脚踏板与底板的两相对面通过若干个弹簧连接，所述脚踏板沿横向设有若干根支撑轴，所述支撑轴上套有可转动的按摩棒。由于脚踏板与底板形成铰接，且用弹簧支撑，脚踏板与底板形成一定的角度，既可以站着使用，又可以坐着使用。本发明通过足底按摩棒上设置的按摩凸粒来实现对足底穴位进行全方位的按摩，有效消除了足部疲劳感，健足效果显著。

一种脚踏式足部按摩器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脚踏式足部按摩器，属于保健器材技术领域。
背景技术
对于在办公室工作的人们，由于长期静坐，使得下肢肌肉不能规律收缩，导致静脉血液回流减慢，从而容易导致下肢静脉血栓形成，甚至引起更严重的后果，诸如肢体坏死、肺栓塞，乃至死亡。脚经常得不到按摩会导致血液循环不畅，对身体健康产生不良影响，由于足部神经分布密集，又分别与身体各个部位有着密切的关系，所以足部按摩逐渐被得到重视。目前科研已经证明：人的双脚上存在着与各脏腑器官相对应的反射区和经络分布，当用按摩刺激这些反射区时，能促进人体血液循环，调理内分泌系统，增强人体器官机能，取得防病治病的保健效果，这时就需要一个足部按摩器来对久坐不移动的足部进行按摩。目前市面上销售的一种木质足部按摩器，上面水平设置按摩棒，使用的时候，人坐在沙发上或椅子上，双脚放在上面前后小幅度移动。双脚前后移动容易疲劳，而且足部不能与按摩棒形成有力接触，达不到有效的按摩效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种脚踏式足部按摩器。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
一种脚踏式足部按摩器，包括底板和脚踏板，所述底板和脚踏板在端部通过销轴铰接在一起，所述脚踏板可以绕销轴旋转，所述脚踏板与底板的两相对面通过若干个弹簧连接，所述脚踏板沿横向设有若干根支撑轴，所述支撑轴上套有可转动的按摩棒。
进一步的，所述按摩棒的外径在25-35mm之间变更。
进一步的，所述按摩棒外表面均布有若干个凸粒。
进一步的，相邻两个所述按摩棒之间的间隙在5-10mm之间变更。
本发明的有益效果是：(1)由于脚踏板与底板形成铰接，且用弹簧支撑，脚踏板与底板形成一定的角度，既可以站着使用，又可以坐着使用。站着使用的时候，将一只脚放在脚踏板上，用力踩压脚踏板，这时弹簧受到压力，弹簧对脚踏板有一个反弹力，使脚踏板上的按摩棒与足部形成有力接触；坐着使用时，其脚踏板的坡度与人体坐着时脚掌自然状态相吻合，感觉轻松舒适。双脚反复踩压和抬起，不但可以对足部进行按摩，而且对脚腕和膝关节都有力量的锻炼，促进血液循环，有效防止下肢静脉血栓形成和预防肺栓塞。(2)本发明是在脚踏板上设置按摩棒，无需其它动力，靠自身转动完成按摩。(3)本发明通过足底按摩棒上设置的按摩凸粒来实现对足底穴位进行全方位的按摩，有效消除了足部疲劳感，健足效果显著。(4)本发明体积小巧，便于携带，占用的空间小，即可以方便地置于办公桌下使用，也可以放在任意椅子前使用，特别是在长途旅行时使用。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示，一种脚踏式足部按摩器，包括底板1和脚踏板3，所述底板1和脚踏板3在端部通过销轴2铰接在一起，所述脚踏板3可以绕销轴2旋转，所述脚踏板3与底板1的两相对面通过若干个弹簧6连接，所述脚踏板3沿横向设有若干根支撑轴4，所述支撑轴4上套有可转动的按摩棒5。相邻两个所述按摩棒5之间的间隙在5-10mm之间变更。所述按摩棒5的外径在25-35mm之间变更。所述按摩棒5的数量在4-5根之间变更。所述按摩棒5外表面均布有若干个凸粒。所述按摩棒可由木材或塑料制成。
由于脚踏板3与底板1形成铰接，且用弹簧6支撑，脚踏板3与底板1形成一定的角度，既可以站着使用，又可以坐着使用。站着使用的时候，将一只脚放在脚踏板3上，用力踩压脚踏板3，这时弹簧6受到压力，弹簧6对脚踏板3有一个反弹力，使脚踏板3上的按摩棒5与足部形成有力接触；坐着使用时，其脚踏板3的坡度与人体坐着时脚掌自然状态相吻合，感觉轻松舒适。双脚反复踩压和抬起，不但可以对足部进行按摩，而且对脚腕和膝关节都有力量的锻炼，促进血液循环，有效防止下肢静脉血栓形成和预防肺栓塞。

1.一种脚踏式足部按摩器，包括底板和脚踏板，其特征在于：所述底板和脚踏板在端部通过销轴铰接在一起，所述脚踏板可以绕销轴旋转，所述脚踏板与底板的两相对面通过若干个弹簧连接，所述脚踏板沿横向设有若干根支撑轴，所述支撑轴上套有可转动的按摩棒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚踏式足部按摩器，其特征在于：所述按摩棒的外径在25-35mm之间变更。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种脚踏式足部按摩器，其特征在于：所述按摩棒外表面均布有若干个凸粒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种脚踏式足部按摩器，其特征在于：相邻两个所述按摩棒之间的间隙在5-10mm之间变更。
