本发明涉及建材装饰材料领域,提供了一种板材结构,所述板材结构包括夹层、设置在夹层两侧的粘接胶层以及设置在所述粘接胶层两侧的板材层,所述板材层通过所述粘接胶层与所述夹层连接,所述夹层为树脂条,且所述夹层表面设有花纹;其中,所述板材层包括面板和底板,所述面板为透明或有色透明板材。本发明将夹层设置成有花纹的树脂条,将面板设置成透明或者有色透明的板材,利用透明材料的导光性能和光反射性能和花纹的多样性配合,在光线照射时,可向四周折射和反射,各个方向均有不同的光线色彩,使板材表面出现光彩斑斓的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材装饰材料领域,特别涉及一种板材结构。
背景技术
目前的夹层玻璃正反面为透明玻璃,中间为胶层和夹层物,其花色单一,无折光,导光等效果,易碎,重量大,需要定制等。因此,需对现有技术加以改进。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的缺陷,现提供一种板材结构,能够在光线照射时,可向四周折射和反射,各个方向均有不同的光线色彩,使板材表面出现光彩斑斓的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种板材结构,所述板材结构包括夹层、设置在夹层两侧的粘接胶层以及设置在所述粘接胶层两侧的板材层,所述板材层通过所述粘接胶层与所述夹层连接,所述夹层为树脂条,且所述夹层表面设有花纹;
其中,所述板材层包括面板和底板,所述面板为透明或有色透明板材。
进一步地,所述底板为不透明或者具有镜面效果的板材。
进一步地,所述花纹的角度多样且无序排列,且所述花纹从正面观看时有多处反射点。
本发明由于采用以上技术方案,使其具有的有益效果是:
本发明将夹层设置成有花纹的树脂条,将面板设置成透明或者有色透明的板材,利用透明材料的导光性能和光反射性能和花纹的多样性配合,在光线照射时,可向四周折射和反射,各个方向均有不同的光线色彩,使板材表面出现光彩斑斓的效果。

本发明的第一实施例提供了一种板材结构,如图1所示,包括夹层1、设置在夹层1两侧的粘接胶层2以及设置在粘接胶层2两侧的板材层3,板材层3通过粘接胶层2与夹层1连接,夹层1为树脂条,且夹层1表面切割出花纹11,如图2与图3所示,花纹11的角度多样且无序排列,花纹11从正面观看时有多处反射点,花纹11的多样性使板材更具装饰效果,并无序的排列在粘接胶层2中间;
其中,板材层3包括面板31和底板32,面板31为透明或有色透明板材,可以用玻璃、亚克力板、树脂板或塑料板制作,底板32可以选择与面板31相同的透明材料,也可为不透明或者具有镜面效果的板材。
在具体使用中,将已切割出花纹11的树脂条两侧黏贴粘接胶层2,然后在粘接胶层2的两侧分别设置面板31与底板32,并且使连接后的板材结构表面平整、光滑。
本发明的结构简单,连接快捷,利用透明材料的导光性能和光反射性能以及花纹11的多样性配合,在光线照射时,可向四周折射和反射,各个方向均有不同的光线色彩,使板材表面出现光彩斑斓的效果。

1.一种板材结构,其特征在于:所述板材结构包括夹层、设置在夹层两侧的粘接胶层以及设置在所述粘接胶层两侧的板材层,所述板材层通过所述粘接胶层与所述夹层连接,所述夹层为树脂条,且所述夹层表面设有花纹;
其中,所述板材层包括面板和底板,所述面板为透明或有色透明板材。
2.如权利要求1所述的板材机构,其特征在于:所述底板为不透明或者具有镜面效果的板材。
3.如权利要求1所述的板材机构,其特征在于:所述花纹的角度多样且无序排列,且所述花纹从正面观看时有多处反射点。
