Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for processing an incoming call according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, when an incoming call event is received, judging whether the incoming call number is a first-class mark number stored in the mobile terminal;
in this embodiment, the mobile terminal is described by taking a mobile phone as an example. In specific implementation, the telephone numbers in the mobile phone address book may be labeled in advance, the telephone numbers considered to be important by the user and not expected to be mistakenly hung are labeled as first-class labeled numbers, for example, the telephone numbers of the company boss and the telephone numbers of parents are labeled as first-class labeled numbers, the labeling mode may be implemented by editing the telephone numbers, and the mobile phone address book stores the edited telephone numbers and stores the edited telephone numbers as first-class labeled numbers. After editing and storing, when receiving an incoming call event, judging whether the telephone number of the incoming call is a first-class mark number or not.
In addition, as a specific example, in implementation, a learning model may be established through an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technique, telephone behaviors of a user are counted, analyzed and learned, some numbers are automatically marked as first-class mark numbers, for example, a telephone number of a contact with a call frequency exceeding a preset number within a certain time period by the user may be marked as a first-class mark number, and for example, a telephone number of a contact with a call frequency exceeding 5 times within a week may be marked as a first-class mark number and stored. Or, the telephone number of the contact whose call time exceeds the preset time by the user may be marked as the first-class mark number, for example, the telephone number of the contact whose call time exceeds 30 minutes may be marked as the first-class mark number and stored.
S102, if the incoming call number is the first-class mark number, judging whether the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction or an incoming call answering instruction when the operation instruction responding to the incoming call event is received;
for example, when a call is made from a company boss, a user can firstly respond to the call according to a conventional operation mode, for example, a sliding call receiving or a sliding hang-up circuit, and the mobile phone can judge an operation instruction responding to the call event, and judge whether the operation instruction is a call hanging-up instruction or a call receiving instruction.
S103, if the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction, popping up a first interactive interface, wherein the first interactive interface is used for a user to select whether to execute an incoming call hang-up function or an incoming call answering function;
if the user selects the sliding hang-up circuit according to a conventional operation mode, the telephone cannot be hung up directly, namely, the mobile phone does not interact with the mobile communication network, the active calling party does not receive the communication result that the called telephone is hung up, but a first interaction interface is popped up at the moment, so that the user can select whether to execute the incoming call hang-up function or the incoming call answering function, namely, the opportunity of secondary selection is provided, and the user can select whether to determine to hang up the telephone. As an optional implementation, an option of "answer" or "hang up" may be provided in the first interactive interface for selection by the user.
S104, executing corresponding functions according to the received interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface;
when a user presses an answer option in a first interactive interface, the mobile phone executes an incoming call answer function after receiving the interactive operation instruction, and at the moment, the mobile phone interacts with a mobile communication network, so that an active calling party can receive a communication result that an outgoing call is answered; on the contrary, if the user presses the "hang-up" option in the first interactive interface, the mobile phone executes the incoming call hang-up function after receiving the interactive operation instruction, and at the moment, the mobile phone interacts with the mobile communication network, so that the active calling party can receive the communication result that the outgoing call is hung up for answering.
And S105, if the operation instruction is an incoming call answering instruction, directly executing an incoming call answering function.
If the operation instruction responding to the incoming call event is determined to be the incoming call answering instruction in step S102, the incoming call answering function is directly executed.
Therefore, according to the incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, for incoming calls belonging to the first-class label number, such as company employers, family members and the like, if the user selects answering, the incoming call answering function is directly executed, and if the user selects hanging up, the incoming call hanging up function cannot be directly executed, but a first interactive interface for the user to perform secondary selection is popped up, so that the mistaken hanging up of the incoming call is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for processing an incoming call according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, when an incoming call event is received, judging whether the incoming call number is a first-class mark number stored in the mobile terminal;
s202, if the incoming call number is the first-class mark number, when an operation instruction responding to the incoming call event is received, judging whether the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction or an incoming call answering instruction;
s203, if the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction, popping up a first interactive interface, and starting timing when popping up the first interactive interface, wherein the first interactive interface is used for a user to select whether to execute an incoming call hang-up function or an incoming call answering function;
s204, judging whether an interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface is received within a first preset time;
if the first preset time is 5s, for example, timing is started when the first interactive interface is popped up, whether an interactive operation instruction is generated on the first interactive interface by a user within 5s is judged, and a dynamic countdown display interface can be provided in the first interactive interface or other interfaces of the mobile phone to prompt the user how long the user needs to operate.
S205, if the interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface is received within a first preset time, executing a corresponding function according to the received interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface;
if the interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface is received within 5S, executing a corresponding function according to the received interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface, which is the same as step S104 in fig. 1 and is not described herein again.
And S206, if the interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface is not received within the first preset time, executing the incoming call hang-up function.
If the interactive operation instruction generated in response to the first interactive interface is not received within 5s, namely the user does not operate the first interactive interface, the incoming call hang-up function is automatically executed, at the moment, the mobile phone interacts with the mobile communication network, and the active calling party can receive the communication result that the outgoing call is hung up and answered.
On the basis of the first embodiment, the method provided by the embodiment can limit the time when the user operates the first interactive interface, and automatically hang up the phone when any operation is not generated on the first interactive interface after the first preset time is exceeded, so that the interactive capability is improved.
It should be noted that the present embodiment focuses on differences from the previous embodiment, and the same and similar parts between the embodiments are not described repeatedly, and may be referred to each other.
In addition, normally, the communication base station sets a maximum incoming call duration, and if the user still does not answer the call beyond the maximum incoming call duration, the communication base station automatically hangs up the call, for example, the maximum incoming call duration is 55 seconds, so that if the user still does not select to answer the call beyond 55 seconds, the communication base station automatically hangs up the incoming call. Therefore, in specific implementation, the method provided in this embodiment may further include: starting timing when an incoming call event is received, and recording the duration time when an incoming call hang-up instruction is received; and dynamically adjusting the first preset time according to the difference between the duration and the maximum incoming call duration, so that the first preset time is smaller than the difference. For example, if the maximum incoming call duration is 55s, and the user has performed the first hanging up after receiving the incoming call event for 51s, for this case, if the first preset time is still set to 5s, the user may not have time to operate the first interactive interface, and the communication base station has automatically hung up the call. Therefore, the first preset time can be dynamically adjusted according to the difference (i.e. 4s) between the duration and the maximum incoming call duration, so as to ensure that the first preset time is smaller than the difference, for example, the first preset time can be set to be half of the difference, i.e. 2s, so that the user can operate the first interactive interface for a certain time, thereby ensuring the user experience.
Referring to fig. 3, a method for processing an incoming call according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes:
s301, when receiving an incoming call event, judging whether the incoming call number is a first-class mark number stored in the mobile terminal;
s302, if the incoming call number is the first-class mark number, when an operation instruction responding to the incoming call event is received, judging whether the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction or an incoming call answering instruction;
s303, if the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction, popping up a first interactive interface, and starting timing when popping up the first interactive interface, wherein the first interactive interface is used for a user to select whether to execute an incoming call hang-up function or an incoming call answering function;
s304, judging whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state within second preset time;
the second preset time is also 5s, for example, it should be noted that the second preset time in this embodiment and the first preset time in the second embodiment may be the same or different, and the user sets the specific duration according to his preference.
In addition, in the specific implementation, whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state may be determined in the following manner:
judging whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state or not through data collected by an optical sensor on the mobile terminal within the second preset time; or;
and judging whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state or not according to data collected by a distance sensor on the mobile terminal within the second preset time.
S305, if the mobile terminal is in a shielded state within a second preset time, executing an incoming call answering function.
When a user wants to answer a call, the user does not need to operate the first interactive interface, only needs to take the mobile terminal up, puts the mobile terminal beside the ear according to a normal call answering mode, can detect that the face of the user is close to the sensor or the light sensor, judges that the mobile terminal is in a shielded state, and then automatically executes a call answering function.
Based on the first embodiment, the method provided by this embodiment, in addition to having the effects of the first embodiment, can simplify the operation of answering a call when the user makes a secondary selection, and further improves the interaction capability.
It should be noted that the present embodiment focuses on differences from the previous embodiment, and the same and similar parts between the embodiments are not described repeatedly, and may be referred to each other.
In addition, as an optional implementation manner, when the application environment is that the user needs to hang up the phone, rather than avoiding a false hang-up, that is, for the phone made by the first type of tag number, the user also wants to hang up the incoming call, for this application scenario, it may still be determined whether the mobile terminal is in a blocked state within the second preset time, but if the mobile terminal is in a blocked state within the second preset time, the incoming call hang-up function is executed. For example, when a call is made from a first type of tag number or other numbers, the user firstly hangs down the call, but does not really hang down the call, but pops up the first interactive interface, and at the moment, the user does not want to answer the call, so that the mobile phone can be directly put into a pocket, the mobile phone can be in a shielded state, and when the mobile phone is detected to be in the shielded state, the call hang-up function is directly executed, and the operation convenience of the user is improved. It should be noted that, in the specific implementation, a setting option can be provided for the user in the mobile terminal, and the user can preset whether to execute the incoming call answering function or the incoming call hanging-up function when the mobile terminal is blocked, so that the interactivity is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a method for processing an incoming call according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes:
s401, when an incoming call event is received, judging whether the incoming call number is a first-class mark number stored in the mobile terminal;
s402, if the incoming call number is not the first-class mark number, popping up a second interactive interface when a communication operation instruction responding to the incoming call event is received, wherein the second interactive interface is used for a user to select whether to execute a communication function corresponding to the communication operation instruction;
if the incoming call number is not the first-type tag number, that is, the incoming call number is not a telephone number that the user considers to be important and does not want to hang up the call by mistake, such as an unknown number or a telephone number of a general friend, for this situation, the user can still first perform incoming call response according to a conventional operation mode, for example, a sliding answering call or a sliding hanging up circuit, and the communication operation instruction may include an incoming call answering instruction and an incoming call hanging up instruction. The mobile phone judges the operation instruction responding to the incoming call event, and judges whether the operation instruction is an incoming call hang-up instruction or an incoming call answering instruction, but the mobile phone does not interact with the mobile communication network at the moment, so that the operation of answering the call or hanging up the call by the user can not be fed back to the active calling party. No matter the user selects to answer the call or hang up the call, a second interactive interface is popped up for the user to select whether to execute the call hanging up function or the call answering function, namely, the opportunity of secondary selection is provided. As an optional implementation, an option of "answer" or "hang up" may be provided in the second interactive interface for selection by the user.
And S403, executing corresponding functions according to the received interactive operation instruction generated in response to the second interactive interface.
When the user presses the answer option in the second interactive interface, the mobile phone executes the incoming call answer function after receiving the interactive operation instruction, and at the moment, the mobile phone interacts with the mobile communication network, so that the active calling party can receive the communication result of the called call; on the contrary, if the user presses the "hang-up" option in the second interactive interface, the mobile phone executes the incoming call hang-up function after receiving the interactive operation instruction, and at the moment, the mobile phone interacts with the mobile communication network, so that the active calling party can receive the communication result that the outgoing call is hung up for answering. That is, the interoperation command generated by the user at the second interactive interface is the final communication selection command.
According to the incoming call processing method provided by the embodiment, a second interactive interface can be generated for the incoming call of the non-first-class mark number, so that the user can select the incoming call for the second time, the user can be prevented from answering the incoming call by mistake or hanging up the incoming call by mistake, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Furthermore, as a specific example, it is also possible to start timing when the second interactive interface is popped up in step S402; then judging whether an interactive operation instruction generated in response to the second interactive interface is received within third preset time; the third preset time is, for example, 5s, and if the interactive operation instruction generated in response to the second interactive interface is not received within 5s, the communication function corresponding to the communication operation instruction is executed, that is, if the user does not perform any operation on the second interactive interface within 5s, the function that the user performs the operation on the incoming call response for the first time is directly executed, for example, if the user selects to answer the call at the beginning, and after popping up the second interactive interface for more than 5s, the user does not perform any operation on the second interactive interface, the incoming call answering function is executed. On the contrary, if the user selects to hang up the phone at the beginning, and after the second interactive interface is popped up for more than 5s, the user does not perform any operation on the second interactive interface, the incoming call hang-up function is executed.
Furthermore, as a specific example, it is also possible to start timing when the second interactive interface is popped up in step S402; then judging whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state within fourth preset time; and if the mobile terminal is in a shielded state within the fourth preset time, executing an incoming call answering function to simplify the operation steps of answering the incoming call and improve the use experience of the user. The judgment that the mobile terminal is in the shielded state can be realized by the following modes: judging whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state or not through data collected by an optical sensor on the mobile terminal within the fourth preset time; or; and judging whether the mobile terminal is in a shielded state or not according to data collected by a distance sensor on the mobile terminal within the fourth preset time.
In addition, as a specific example, whether to start the incoming call secondary selection function for the non-first-type tag number may be set in the mobile terminal in advance, and if the user sets the incoming call secondary selection function for the non-first-type tag number in the mobile terminal, the second interactive interface may be popped up. Specifically, if the incoming call number is not the first-class tag number, when a communication operation instruction responding to the incoming call event is received, whether the mobile terminal starts a secondary incoming call selection function is judged; if the mobile terminal starts the incoming call secondary selection function, popping up the second interactive interface; and executing corresponding functions according to the received interactive operation instruction generated in response to the second interactive interface. On the contrary, if the user sets the function of not starting the secondary selection of the incoming call for the non-first-class mark number in the mobile terminal, the second interactive interface cannot be popped up, and the incoming call processing can be performed only according to the conventional incoming call processing mode, so that multiple selection modes are provided for the user, and the interactive effect and the user experience are further improved.
Referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment of the present invention provides an incoming call processing apparatus, including:
