Abstract

本发明公开了一种模块化蜂窝状墙板及墙体,墙板包括连体钢板;连体钢板的两侧处分别折弯成U形凹槽,连体钢板上设有均匀布置的若干通孔;连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口朝向的一面上设有墙面面板,墙面面板的上下两端与加强钢板的上下两端之间留有连接部;连体钢板的另一面上设有蜂窝状背板。本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板结构简单,采用模具筑造成型,成本低;本发明具有强度高,质量轻的优点;而且本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板,其连体钢板的两侧设有U形凹槽,模块化蜂窝状墙板组成墙体时,U形凹槽竖直设置,能够将建筑物的承重力均匀分散,提高了墙体的抗压和抗冲击力的性能。

一种模块化蜂窝状墙板及墙体
技术领域
本发明属于建筑墙板技术领域,具体是涉及一种模块化蜂窝状墙板及用该结构的墙板生产的墙体。
背景技术
随着现代技术的发展,房屋墙体的材料种类越来越多,如木板墙、水泥墙、钢板墙以及复合板墙等等。现有的墙板材料各有优缺点,例如木板墙虽质量轻但防火性能差,且易腐蚀,水泥墙结构牢固但质量重,蜂窝式水泥墙质量轻,但是支撑强度差,隔音保温效果差;钢板墙保温隔热性能差,一些复合墙板带有放射性有害物质、不环保等等。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单、轻便,且具有较高的支撑强度,隔音保温效果好的模块化蜂窝状墙板及墙体。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种模块化蜂窝状墙板,包括连体钢板;连体钢板的两侧处分别折弯成U形凹槽,连体钢板上设有均匀布置的若干通孔;连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口朝向的一面上设有墙面面板,墙面面板的上下两端与加强钢板的上下两端之间留有连接部;连体钢板的另一面上设有蜂窝状背板。
上述的模块化蜂窝状墙板中,墙面面板和蜂窝状背板采用混凝土或磷石膏制成。
上述的模块化蜂窝状墙板中,连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口与连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口朝向的一面平齐;所述的连体钢板上的通孔呈方形,方形通孔采用冲孔工艺加工,其中方形通孔的三边冲开,一边与连体钢板连接,冲出的孔板垂直于连体钢板;相邻的两方形通孔的孔板垂直,且分别位于连体钢板的两个面上。
上述的模块化蜂窝状墙板中,所述的连体钢板高3m,长465mm,U形凹槽的深度为40mm,宽度为40mm,两凹槽之间的距离为345mm。
上述的模块化蜂窝状墙板中,所述的蜂窝状背板的厚度为40mm,蜂窝孔的深度为30mm,所述的墙面面板的厚度为15mm,高度为2920mm,墙面面板上端到连体钢板上端的距离为40mm。
一种利用上述的模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,包括两组模块化蜂窝状墙板及保温隔音板;所述的每组模块化蜂窝状墙板包括若干并排设置的模块化蜂窝状墙板,相邻的两模块化蜂窝状墙板的连体钢板的相对一侧的U形凹槽通过螺栓连接在一起,然后将U形凹槽处通过水泥填充;两组模块化蜂窝状墙板平行设置,模块化蜂窝状墙板的蜂窝状背板相对设置;两组模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有保温隔音板;两组模块化蜂窝状墙板中相对应的模块化蜂窝状墙板通过上横梁和下横梁连接。
上述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体中,所述的上横梁和下横梁采用的是U型钢,相对应的模块化蜂窝状墙板的上端和下端嵌装在上横梁和下横梁的凹槽内,通过螺栓连接。
上述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体中,所述的墙体拐角处,位于内侧的一组模块化蜂窝状墙板中相邻的两模块化蜂窝状墙板采用C字钢连接,连接后,拐角处灌注水泥。
上述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体中,所述的C字钢的相邻的两侧面分别与模块化蜂窝状墙板通过螺栓链接,C字钢的较窄的侧壁与模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有方形快;另两个侧面处包裹有加强板,加强板上设有通孔,通孔呈方形,方形通孔采用冲孔工艺加工,其中方形通孔的三边冲开,一边与连体钢板连接,冲出的孔板垂直于连体钢板向外设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1. 本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板结构简单,采用模具筑造成型,成本低。
2. 本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板,其连体钢板上设有方形通孔,方形通孔采用冲孔工艺加工,其中三边冲开,一边与连体钢板连接,冲出的孔板垂直于连体钢板;相邻的两方形通孔的孔板垂直,且分别位于连体钢板的两个面上,这样使得连体钢板与连体钢板两面上的墙面面板连接强度提高,而且,连体钢板一侧的墙面面板呈蜂窝状,具有强度高,质量轻的优点。
3. 本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板,其连体钢板的两侧设有U形凹槽,模块化蜂窝状墙板组成墙体时,U形凹槽竖直设置,能够将建筑物的承重力均匀分散,提高了墙体的抗压和抗冲击力的性能。
4. 本发明的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,两组模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有保温隔音板,具有较好的保温和隔音效果。
5. 本发明的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体采用若干U型钢和c字钢将多块模块化蜂窝状墙板连接而成,结构简单,操作方便,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板,包括连体钢板1;如图3、4所示,连体钢板1的两侧处分别折弯成U形凹槽11,连体钢板1的U形凹槽11的槽口与连体钢板1的U形凹槽11的槽口朝向的一面平齐。高3m,长465mm,U形凹槽11的深度为40mm,宽度为40mm,两U形凹槽之间11的距离为345mm。连体钢板11上设有均匀布置的若干通孔12;通孔12呈方形,方形通孔12采用冲孔工艺加工,其中方形通孔的三边冲开,一边与连体钢板1连接,冲出的孔板13垂直于连体钢板1;相邻的两方形通孔12的孔板13垂直,且分别位于连体钢板1的两个面上。连体钢板1的U形凹槽11的槽口朝向的一面上设有墙面面板2,墙面面板2的上下两端与加强钢板1的上下两端之间留有连接部,用于通过上横梁及下横梁与另一模块化蜂窝状墙板连接,墙面面板2高2920mm,连接部的高度为40mm。连体钢板1的另一面上设有蜂窝状背板3,所述的蜂窝状背板覆盖连接钢板1两U形凹槽11之间的部分,其厚度为40mm,蜂窝孔的深度为30mm。墙面面板2和蜂窝状背板3采用混凝土或磷石膏制成。
本发明的模块化蜂窝状墙板,其连体钢板1上设有方形通孔12,方形通孔12采用冲孔工艺加工,其中三边冲开,一边与连体钢板1连接,冲出的孔板13垂直于连体钢板1;相邻的两方形通孔的孔板13垂直,且分别位于连体钢板1的两个面上,连体钢板1所起作用与王庄钢筋一样,有利于混凝土的附着,提高附着力,而且提高了与墙面面板2和蜂窝状背板3连接强度,连体钢板1一侧的蜂窝状背板3呈蜂窝状,具有强度高,质量轻的优点。连体钢板1的两侧设有U形凹槽11,模块化蜂窝状墙板组成墙体时,U形凹槽11竖直设置,能够将建筑物的承重力均匀分散,提高了墙体的抗压和抗冲击力的性能。
如图5、6所示,本发明的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,包括两组模块化蜂窝状墙板及保温隔音板5;所述的每组模块化蜂窝状墙板包括若干并排设置的模块化蜂窝状墙板,相邻的两模块化蜂窝状墙板的连体钢板1的相对一侧的U形凹槽11通过螺栓连接在一起,然后将U形凹槽处通过水泥填充。两组模块化蜂窝状墙板平行设置,模块化蜂窝状墙板的蜂窝状背板3相对设置,两组模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有保温隔音板5。两组模块化蜂窝状墙板中相对应的模块化蜂窝状墙板通过上横梁6和下横梁7连接。上横梁6和下横梁7采用的是U型钢,相对应的模块化蜂窝状墙板的上端和下端嵌装在上横梁6和下横梁7的凹槽内,通过螺栓连接。如图6所示,所述的墙体拐角处,位于内侧的一组模块化蜂窝状墙板中相邻的两模块化蜂窝状墙板采用C字钢8连接,连接后,拐角处灌注水泥形成直角外墙角或平面墙板。
所述的C字钢8的相邻的两侧面分别与模块化蜂窝状墙板通过螺栓链接,C字钢8的侧壁与模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有方形快9,并通过螺栓连接。另两个侧面处包裹有加强板,加强板上设有通孔,通孔呈方形,方形通孔采用冲孔工艺加工,其中方形通孔的三边冲开,一边与连体钢板连接,冲出的孔板垂直于连体钢板向外设置,便于浇注混凝土时提高混凝土的附着力。

Claims (6)

1.一种利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,其特征是:包括两组模块化蜂窝状墙板及保温隔音板;所述的每组模块化蜂窝状墙板包括若干并排设置的模块化蜂窝状墙板,相邻的两模块化蜂窝状墙板的连体钢板的相对一侧的U形凹槽通过螺栓连接在一起,然后将U形凹槽处通过水泥填充;两组模块化蜂窝状墙板平行设置,模块化蜂窝状墙板的蜂窝状背板相对设置;两组模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有保温隔音板;两组模块化蜂窝状墙板中相对应的模块化蜂窝状墙板通过上横梁和下横梁连接;
模块化蜂窝状墙板包括连体钢板;连体钢板的两侧处分别折弯成U形凹槽,连体钢板上设有均匀布置的若干通孔;连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口朝向的一面上设有墙面面板,墙面面板的上下两端与加强钢板的上下两端之间留有连接部;连体钢板的另一面上设有蜂窝状背板;
墙面面板和蜂窝状背板采用混凝土或磷石膏制成;
连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口与连体钢板的U形凹槽槽口朝向的一面平齐;所述的连体钢板上的通孔呈方形,方形通孔采用冲孔工艺加工,其中方形通孔的三边冲开,一边与连体钢板连接,冲出的孔板垂直于连体钢板;相邻的两方形通孔的孔板垂直,且分别位于连体钢板的两个面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,其特征是:所述的连体钢板高3m,长465mm,U形凹槽的深度为40mm,宽度为40mm,两凹槽之间的距离为345mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,其特征是:所述的蜂窝状背板的厚度为40mm,蜂窝孔的深度为30mm,所述的墙面面板的厚度为15mm,高度为2920mm,墙面面板上端到连体钢板上端的距离为40mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,其特征是:所述的上横梁和下横梁采用的是U型钢,相对应的模块化蜂窝状墙板的上端和下端嵌装在上横梁和下横梁的凹槽内,通过螺栓连接。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,其特征是:所述的墙体拐角处,位于内侧的一组模块化蜂窝状墙板中相邻的两模块化蜂窝状墙板采用C字钢连接,连接后,拐角处灌注水泥。
6.根据权利要求5所述的利用模块化蜂窝状墙板建筑而成的墙体,其特征是:所述的C字钢的相邻的两侧面分别与模块化蜂窝状墙板通过螺栓链接,C字钢的较窄的侧壁与模块化蜂窝状墙板之间设有方形快;另两个侧面处包裹有加强板,加强板上设有通孔,通孔呈方形,方形通孔采用冲孔工艺加工,其中方形通孔的三边冲开,一边与连体钢板连接,冲出的孔板垂直于连体钢板向外设置。
