Technical Field
The invention relates to a control box of a mechanical seal, in particular to a digital measuring element control box with high reliable waterproof and dustproof performances.
Background
The invention designs a control box of equipment or instrument working in deep sea, which can isolate oxygen and moisture in the deep sea environment and achieve good waterproof and dustproof sealing effects. Some existing seal boxes have a box body opening wrapped by a seal cover with an airtight edge, and then the seal cover is secured by a strap or buckle. Both the two methods have the problems of complicated use, insufficient waterproof performance and inapplicability to deep water environments. The existing sealing boxes with waterproof performance are mostly provided with only one sealing rubber ring, and the upper cover and the base are connected by sealing screws, so that the sealing performance is not ideal in a deep sea environment.
The control box needs a display screen for viewing the displayed measured values. Here, good sealing properties are required. The contact portion between the upper cover and the base of the control box also needs a better sealing structure.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the digital measuring element control box with high reliability, water resistance and dust resistance, has better sealing effect, and can be used in low-pressure, high-humidity and corrosive environments.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the invention comprises an upper cover and a base which is matched and installed with the upper cover, wherein the inside of the base is used for installing a digital measuring element, the inner edge of the top end surface of the base is provided with an upward protruding seat annular boss, the top of the seat annular boss is provided with an outer flange, the outer edge of the bottom end surface of the upper cover is provided with a downward protruding cover annular boss, the upper cover is fixedly sleeved on the top end of the base, the cover annular boss of the upper cover is connected with the outer edge of the top end of the base and provided with a first sealing ring, the outer flange of the seat annular boss of the base is connected with the inner top surface of the upper cover and provided with a second sealing ring, and a buckle structure is formed;
a window is arranged in the middle of the upper cover, a display screen of a bowl-shaped structure is arranged at the window of the upper cover, the display screen is positioned between the upper cover and the annular pressing block, the annular pressing block is fixed on a boss on the inner top surface of the upper cover, a third sealing ring is arranged between the edge of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen and the upper cover, and a fourth sealing ring is arranged between the upper surface in the middle of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen and the upper cover.
The upper cover inner top surface be equipped with a plurality of bosss along circumference interval, the boss is located the window periphery, annular briquetting passes through the fix with screw in the boss.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, because the upper cover is thinner, if the annular pressing block for fixing the display screen is directly connected with the lower surface of the upper cover when being connected with the upper cover, penetration can be caused, and the strength is insufficient. Therefore, a boss with a threaded hole is lifted out of the place connected with the annular pressing block, and the annular pressing block is fixed through screw connection, so that the problem can be effectively avoided.
The end face of the cover annular boss of the upper cover is matched and contacted with the outer edge surface of the top end of the base, and a sealing ring groove arranged on the end face of the cover annular boss is matched with a sealing ring groove arranged on the outer edge surface of the top end and forms a first sealing ring groove for installing a first sealing ring together;
the upper surface of the outer flange of the annular boss of the base seat is matched and contacted with the inner top surface of the upper cover, and the sealing ring groove arranged on the upper surface of the outer flange is matched with the sealing ring groove arranged on the inner top surface and forms a second sealing ring groove for installing a second sealing ring together.
The two sealing rings, namely the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, between the upper cover and the base are respectively arranged at two sides of the buckle-shaped structure. As an improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the sealing parts of the control box base and the upper cover are as follows: the folding of the edge of the base and the design of the flange of the upper cover are combined with two sealing rings, so that good sealing performance can be obtained.
The upper surface of the annular pressing block is provided with a bowl-shaped surface shape identical to the lower surface of the display screen bowl-shaped structure, wherein an annular inclined plane and an annular plane of the annular pressing block bowl-shaped surface shape are respectively matched with the outer side wall surface and the bottom surface of the display screen bowl-shaped structure.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the edge structure of the annular pressing block for fixing the display screen is the same as that of the display screen, so that the sealing performance is better.
The inner top surface at the edge of the window of the upper cover is provided with a downward extending screen annular boss, the end surface of the screen annular boss is matched with the upper surface in the middle of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen, the end surface of the screen annular boss is provided with a sealing ring groove for installing a fourth sealing ring, and a third sealing ring is installed between the outer periphery of the end surface of the screen annular boss and the edge of the upper surface of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen; the edge end face of the display screen bowl-shaped structure is matched with the inner surface of the upper cover.
As an improvement of the technical scheme of the invention, the display screen is bowl-like, and the edge of the display screen is folded and folded to enable the display screen to be matched with the upper cover of the control box, and then the display screen and the upper cover of the control box are combined with two sealing rings to achieve good waterproof and dustproof sealing effects.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the sealing structure at the display screen of the sealing box, two sealing rings are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the flanges of the display screen and the upper cover and at the contact positions of the flanges and the display screen, and after the display screen is matched with the upper cover of the control box through the bowl-shaped edge turnover structure, the sealing rings are combined to achieve good waterproof and dustproof sealing effects.
In the sealing part of the upper cover and the base, the edge of the base is turned over and the flange of the upper cover is designed, two sealing rings are arranged between the upper cover and the base, and the two sealing rings are respectively arranged on two sides of the buckle-shaped structure and combined with the sealing rings to obtain good sealing performance.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the invention comprises an upper cover 1 and a base 4 which is matched with the upper cover 1, wherein the inside of the base 4 is used for installing a digital measuring element. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of bosses 9 are circumferentially arranged on the inner top surface of the upper cover 1 at intervals, the bosses 9 are positioned at the periphery of the window, and the annular pressing block 8 is fixed on the bosses 9 through screws 30.
As shown in fig. 5, the cover annular boss end surface 15 of the upper cover 1 is in mating contact with the top end outer edge surface 14 of the base 4, and the seal ring groove 16 provided on the cover annular boss end surface 15 and the seal ring groove 13 provided on the top end outer edge surface 14 are in mating contact and together form a first seal ring groove for mounting the first seal ring 2; the upper surface 17 of the outer flange of the annular boss of the base 4 is in matched contact with the inner top surface 18 of the upper cover 1, and a sealing ring groove 19 arranged on the upper surface 17 of the outer flange is matched with a sealing ring groove 20 arranged on the inner top surface 18 and forms a second sealing ring groove for installing the second sealing ring 3 together.
In particular, the bowl-shaped structure of the display 7 includes a planar portion as a main body and an annular flange portion connected to the outer edge of the planar portion and folded upward, forming a U-shaped structure as a whole.
The upper surface of the annular pressing block 8 is provided with a bowl-shaped surface shape which is the same as the lower surface of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen 7, wherein an annular inclined surface 24 and an annular plane 25 of the bowl-shaped surface shape of the annular pressing block 8 are respectively matched with an outer side wall surface 21 and a bottom surface 26 of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen 7.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner top surface 18 at the window edge of the upper cover 1 is provided with a downward extending screen annular boss, the end surface 28 of the screen annular boss is matched with the upper surface 29 in the middle of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen 7, a seal ring groove 27 for installing the fourth seal ring 6 is formed on the end surface 28 of the screen annular boss, a third seal ring 5 is installed between the periphery of the end surface 28 of the screen annular boss and the edge of the upper surface of the bowl-shaped structure of the display screen 7, and the third seal ring 5 is clamped at an inner angle formed between the screen annular boss and the inner top surface 18 of the upper cover 1; the peripheral end surface 22 of the bowl-like structure of the display 7 cooperates with the inner surface 23 of the upper cover 1.
The sealing structure of the control box upper cover 1 and the display screen 7 is provided with two sealing rings 5 and 6 between the upper cover 1 and the display screen 7, an annular pressing block 8 is arranged in the control box, the structure of the annular pressing block is consistent with that of the display screen 7, the upper cover 1, the display screen 7 and the pressing block 8 are matched with each other, and good waterproof and dustproof sealing effects can be achieved by combining the sealing rings 5 and 6. The sealing rings 5 and 6 are U-shaped or V-shaped sealing rings, the sealing surfaces are mutually at a certain angle, and the structure is convenient to install and has certain self-locking property.
In view of corrosion resistance, the materials of the upper cover, the base, the display screen, the pressing block and the bracket in the concrete implementation of the invention are aluminum alloy, organic glass and the like.
The bottom surface of the inside of the base 4 is fixed with a small bracket 11 for placing a measuring element and a circuit board, and the outer side wall of the base 4 is provided with a plug 10 and a fixing plate 12.
For convenient wiring and water and dust prevention, the side surface of the base adopts a watertight connecting plug 10, the inner part and the outer part of the plug are connected by adopting a connecting nut, and the sealing is realized by combining a sealing ring and a sealing ring.
A fixing plate 12 with a threaded hole is provided for fixing the control box. Of course, the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these equivalent modifications and substitutions are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims.
