本发明涉及计算机设施领域,尤其涉及一种计算机用显示屏支撑架。
背景技术
显示器支架,可以帮助解决人们在家庭或商用办公场所操作电脑时所遇到的各种技术难题,它的人体工学设计,可以预防工作疲劳带来的健康问题,提高工作效率,带了生活和工作的理想空间,传统的显示器支架固定角度,在进行演示的时候,不够方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种计算机用显示屏支撑架,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种计算机用显示屏支撑架,包括升降箱、连杆、固定夹、底座、液压杆、万向球、底板和连接板组成,所述底座顶面一体化成型设有用于连接底板的液压杆,所述液压杆表面安装有弹珠,所述液压杆通过侧面设置的旋钮控制升降,所述底板焊接在液压杆顶面,底板后端螺纹连接用于显示器升降的升降箱,所述升降箱两侧通过齿轮连接有用于连接固定夹的连杆,所述固定夹由夹板和扭转弹簧组成,所述连杆为L型金属杆,连杆外侧焊接有用于放置万向球的球座,所述夹板之间通过扭转弹簧相连接,所述内侧夹板内部一体化成型设有用于连接万向球的连接板,所述连接板内开设连接口,所述连接口四周螺纹连接用于夹紧万向球的加固环,所述升降箱顶部一体化成型设有防止显示器碰坏的防护板。
优选的,所述固定夹数量为两个,固定夹内壁胶接有防止夹坏显示屏的海绵,所述底座底面螺纹连接有用于移动支撑架的转轮。
优选的,所述升降箱、连杆、固定夹、底座、液压杆、底板和连接板材料均为不锈钢。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构简单,设计合理,造价成本低;在使用显示屏支架时,将显示器放在底板上,固定夹夹住显示屏两侧即可,十分方便,当显示屏高度不够时,通过旋转旋钮,调整液压杆高度,还可通过升降箱调整连杆高度,当需要调整显示屏角度时,松开加固环,通过万向球移动,调整显示屏合适的角度,然后将加固环旋紧即可,安全可靠,宜推广使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图所示,一种计算机用显示屏支撑架,包括升降箱1、连杆2、固定夹3、底座5、液压杆8、万向球16、底板7和连接板14组成,所述底座5顶面一体化成型设有用于连接底板7的液压杆8,所述液压杆8表面安装有弹珠4,所述液压杆8通过侧面设置的旋钮9控制升降,所述底板7焊接在液压杆8顶面,底板7后端螺纹连接用于显示器升降的升降箱1,所述升降箱1两侧通过齿轮连接有用于连接固定夹3的连杆2,所述固定夹3由夹板12和扭转弹簧13组成,所述连杆2为L型金属杆,连杆2外侧焊接有用于放置万向球16的球座10,所述夹板12之间通过扭转弹簧13相连接,所述内侧夹板12内部一体化成型设有用于连接万向球16的连接板14,所述连接板14内开设连接口11,所述连接口11四周螺纹连接用于夹紧万向球16的加固环15,所述升降箱1顶部一体化成型设有防止显示器碰坏的防护板6。
本发明工作原理:在使用显示屏支架时,将显示器放在底板7上,固定夹3夹住显示屏两侧即可,十分方便,当显示屏高度不够时,通过旋转旋钮9,调整液压杆8高度,还可通过升降箱1调整连杆2高度,当需要调整显示屏角度时,松开加固环15,通过万向球16移动,调整显示屏合适的角度,然后将加固环15旋紧即可,安全可靠。

1.一种计算机用显示屏支撑架,包括升降箱(1)、连杆(2)、固定夹(3)、底座(5)、液压杆(8)、万向球(16)、底板(7)和连接板(14)组成,其特征在于,所述底座(5)顶面一体化成型设有用于连接底板(7)的液压杆(8),所述液压杆(8)表面安装有弹珠(4),所述液压杆(8)通过侧面设置的旋钮(9)控制升降,所述底板(7)焊接在液压杆(8)顶面,底板(7)后端螺纹连接用于显示器升降的升降箱(1),所述升降箱(1)两侧通过齿轮连接有用于连接固定夹(3)的连杆(2),所述固定夹(3)由夹板(12)和扭转弹簧(13)组成,所述连杆(2)为L型金属杆,连杆(2)外侧焊接有用于放置万向球(16)的球座(10),所述夹板(12)之间通过扭转弹簧(13)相连接,所述内侧夹板(12)内部一体化成型设有用于连接万向球(16)的连接板(14),所述连接板(14)内开设连接口(11),所述连接口(11)四周螺纹连接用于夹紧万向球(16)的加固环(15),所述升降箱(1)顶部一体化成型设有防止显示器碰坏的防护板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机用显示屏支撑架,其特征在于,所述固定夹(3)数量为两个,固定夹(3)内壁胶接有防止夹坏显示屏的海绵,所述底座(5)底面螺纹连接有用于移动支撑架的转轮。
