本发明涉及除草剂领域,具体涉及一种含双草醚和乙草胺的混合除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
双草醚,又名农美利,水杨酸双嘧啶,化学名称为2,6-双(4,6-二甲氧嘧啶基-2-氧基)苯酸钠。属苯氧羧酸类除草剂,主要通过根叶吸收抑制醋乳酸合成而阻碍氨基酸生物合成支链,为选择性除草剂,在水稻直播田中使用,除草范围广泛普及。乙草胺是选择性芽前处理除草剂,主要通过单子叶植物的胚芽鞘或双子叶植物的下胚轴吸收,吸收后向上传导,主要通过阻碍蛋白质合成而抑制细胞生长,使杂草幼芽、幼根生长停止,进而死亡。禾本科杂草吸收乙草胺的能力比阔叶杂草强,所以防除禾本科杂草的效果优于阔叶杂草。甲磺草胺,又名N-(2,4-二氯-5-(4-二氟甲基-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯基)甲磺酰胺,属原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂。通过抑制原卟啉原氧化酶,使植物细胞中产生过量原卟啉IX,导致细胞内产生活性氧,最终导致细胞膜,液胞膜等破裂,细胞内溶物渗出,干枯死亡。
目前,为了提升作物的生长品质,行业内不断致力于研制除草效果高、具有广泛的杀草谱、低毒、低残留、作物选择性优异的除草剂。在作物的生产环境中,长期使用某些除草剂会导致某些杂草对相应的药物产生一定的抗性,迄今为止,许多种化合物已实际用于稻田、菜园等地,通常广泛使用的是组合物制剂形式,制剂中含有两种或多种活性成分及对于防止禾本科杂草有效的各式各样的禾本科杂草杀伤剂。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种含双草醚和乙草胺的混合除草组合物及其应用,具有良好的除草活性,作用杂草持效期长,除草效果显著,具有广泛的杀草谱、低毒、低残留,对人和环境安全无危害。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种含双草醚和乙草胺的混合除草组合物,该除草剂主要有效成分为双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺的质量比为1~20:0.1~5:0.5~10。
优选的,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺的质量比为5~10∶1~5:1~5。
优选的,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺总质量在除草剂中质量百分比为20~50%。
优选的,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺总质量在除草剂中质量百分比为20~30%。
优选的,所述的混合除草剂以双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺为主要有效成分和农药上允许的助剂配制成任意一种剂型。
优选的,所述的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、乳油、悬浮剂。

由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)使用本发明制得的混合除草剂,杂草的根叶吸收抑制醋乳酸合成的双草醚,阻碍杂草的细胞内氨基酸生物合成支链,导致杂草内自身所需营养物质无法正常合成和供给,进一步破坏杂草内各个组织器官以达到除草的作用;单子叶植物的胚芽鞘或双子叶植物的下胚轴在吸收乙草胺后,乙草胺主要起到阻碍杂草的细胞内蛋白质的合成,进一步抑制细胞的生长发育,使杂草幼芽、幼根生长停止,很好的根除杂草;甲磺草胺,有效的作用杂草植物细胞,使其破裂以达到除草的作用。
(2)本发明中混合使用的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺,作用于杂草的胚芽和生长的全过程,作用持效期长,有效抑制杂草的生长,除草效果显著。
(3)本发明不仅有效根除土地中禾本科、莎草科和阔叶杂草,还具有广泛的杀草谱、低毒、低残留、作物选择性优异的除草剂,安全有效,对人和环境均无危害。

按照常规的制剂生产方法,以最终获得的混合除草剂质量百分比计量,取双草醚15%、乙草胺5%、甲磺草胺25%,加入农药助剂:十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5%、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、明胶0.5%,调配混匀,并在搅拌过程中不断加入膨润土使整个混合物质量百分比达到100%,按照常规步骤,形成双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺混合质量百分比为45%的可湿性粉状混合除草剂。

按照常规的制剂生产方法,以最终获得的混合除草剂质量百分比计量,取双草醚5%、乙草胺5%、甲磺草胺10%,加入农药助剂:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚1.5%、阿拉伯胶0.3%在常温下反应,调配混匀,并在搅拌过程中不断加入硅藻土使整个混合物质量百分比达到100%,按照常规步骤,形成双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺混合质量百分比为20%的可湿性粉状混合除草剂。
实施例4:
按照常规的制剂生产方法,以最终获得的混合除草剂质量百分比计量,取双草醚25%、乙草胺10%、甲磺草胺15%,加入农药助剂:烷基苯磺酸钙盐2.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.0%、硫酸铵0.8%、甲基纤维素0.5%,调配混匀,并在搅拌过程中不断加入高岭土使整个混合物质量百分比达到100%,按照常规步骤,形成双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺混合质量百分比为50%的水分散粒状混合除草剂。
实施例5:
按照常规的制剂生产方法,以最终获得的混合除草剂质量百分比计量,取双草醚10%、乙草胺5%、甲磺草胺15%,加入农药助剂:十二烷基硫酸钠3%、聚氧乙烯乙二醇醚1.0%、氯化铝0.4%、黄原胶0.5%,调配混匀,并在搅拌过程中不断加入高岭土使整个混合物质量百分比达到100%,按照常规步骤,形成双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺混合质量百分比为30%的水分散粒状混合除草剂。
实施例6:
按照常规的制剂生产方法,以最终获得的混合除草剂质量百分比计量,取双草醚10%、乙草胺5%、甲磺草胺25%,加入农药助剂:烷基萘磺酸盐3.0%、十二烷基硫酸钠2.5%、丙三醇1.5%、瓜胶0.5%、硅油1.2%,调配混匀,并在搅拌过程中不断加入去离子水使整个混合物质量百分比达到100%,按照常规步骤,形成双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺混合质量百分比为40%的悬浮状混合除草剂。
对比例1-18:
按实施例1-6的配方及步骤,改变混合除草剂的有效成分,做对比例1-18;
对比例1~6:对应与实施例1~6配方及步骤相同,其中仅不添加双草醚;
对比例7~12:对应与实施例1~6配方及步骤相同,其中仅不添加乙草胺;
对比例13~18:对应与实施例1~6配方及步骤相同,其中仅不添加甲磺草胺。
试验实例
试验目的:在温室大棚内考察双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺及其不同混配组合对稗草的除草效果。
试验方法:在温室大棚内将一定量的稗草的种子分别均匀播种于第1~36块15×15cm的稗草地中,每块15×15cm的土地内播种15~20粒中种子,按照常规种植方式下培育稗草,待稗草出芽长至3~8cm,进行除草剂喷洒处理,处理后继续培养,定期观察杂草的根除效果。
药剂喷洒:在第1~6块稗草地上喷洒对应本发明实施例1~6制得的除草剂,在第7~12块稗草地上喷洒对应本发明对比例1~6制得的除草剂,在第13~18块稗草地上喷洒对应本发明对比例7~12制得的除草剂,在第19~24块稗草地上喷洒本发明对比例13~18制得的除草剂,在第25~30块稗草地上喷洒市面上普通的除草剂,在第31~36块稗草地不喷洒任何除草剂作空白组。
现象观察:对第1~36块15×15cm的稗草地均匀喷洒相应除草剂后,分别观察杂草在第15天、25天、30天、40天的实际情况,其中,正常、变浅黄、变黄、枯萎、死亡为稗草逐渐死亡的变化过程。
表1~4分别对应喷洒实施例、对比例以及市售普通除草剂,在第15天、25天、30天、40天除草剂后稗草地变化的数目统计。

综合上表可得,本发明含双草醚和乙草胺的混合除草组合物对禾本科杂草等具有显著的防效作用,与市面上除草剂相比具有显著的除草速度和除草率。

Claims (7)
1.一种含双草醚和乙草胺的混合除草组合物,其特征在于,该除草剂主要有效成分为双草醚、乙草胺、甲磺草胺,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺的质量比为1~20:0.1~5:0.5~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺的质量比为5~10∶1~5:1~5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺总质量在除草剂中质量百分比为20~50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述的双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺总质量在除草剂中质量百分比为20~30%。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述的混合除草剂以双草醚、乙草胺和甲磺草胺为主要有效成分和农药上允许的助剂配制成任意一种剂型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于,所述的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、乳油、悬浮剂。
7.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于,在防菜地、除水稻田禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草中的应用。
