随着人们对环保的认知度提高,使溶剂在涂料中的使用日益减少,发展以水作为介质代替有机溶剂的水性涂料是涂料低污染化的发展方向,同时水性涂料在内外墙中装修的应用比例的提高。但是目前水性涂料普遍存在着稳定性不好,相间容易混溶等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种水晶纳米釉环保净味水性涂料。
本发明的技术方案是按以下方式实现的,本发明的一种水晶纳米釉环保净味水性涂料的成分包含有纳米釉,水晶釉,硅藻土、光触媒。
该100份总重的涂料的成分包含有纳米釉3~5份,水晶釉5~8份,硅藻土2~18份、光触媒0.1~5份。
该涂料的重量份的配比成分包含有纳米釉3~5份,水晶釉5~8份,硅藻土2~18份、光触媒0.1~5份、去离子水100~500份、润湿剂2~30份、分散剂2~30份、丙二醇2~30份、增稠剂5~20份、消泡剂2~30份、二氧化钛2~30份,高岭土30~60份、滑石粉20~50份、钙粉10~60份、PH调节剂2~20份、乳液1~20份。
乳液采用巴斯夫502净味乳液。
该涂料的重量份的配比成分还包含有触变剂 0.2~3份。
一种水晶纳米釉净环保味水性涂料的制备方法,包括下述步骤 :
1) 将硅藻土加入搅拌缸中,加入光触媒、纳米釉、水晶釉,搅拌均匀 ;
2) 向搅拌缸均匀加入巴斯夫502净味乳液,高速搅拌分散 ;
3) 均匀加入高岭土,搅拌均匀 ;
4) 倒入所给质量份数的水,加热 30 分钟 ;
5) 过滤,滤液静置,即可。
本发明与现有技术相比所产生的有益效果是:
本发明的一种水晶纳米釉环保净味水性涂料的纳米釉和水晶釉是杀菌、抑菌作用,硅藻土和光触媒是去甲醛、去有害物质。该水晶纳米釉净味水性涂料的优势是不添加成膜助剂(因为容易挥发),做到零/低OVC,无气味,环保、安全可靠、使用方便、具有很好的推广使用价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的一种水晶纳米釉环保净味水性涂料作以下详细说明。
本发明的一种水晶纳米釉环保净味水性涂料的成分包含有纳米釉,水晶釉,硅藻土、光触媒。
该100份总重的涂料的成分包含有纳米釉3~5份,水晶釉5~8份,硅藻土2~18份、光触媒0.1~5份。
该涂料的重量份的配比成分包含有纳米釉3~5份,水晶釉5~8份,硅藻土2~18份、光触媒0.1~5份、去离子水100~500份、润湿剂2~30份、分散剂2~30份、丙二醇2~30份、增稠剂5~20份、消泡剂2~30份、二氧化钛2~30份,高岭土30~60份、滑石粉20~50份、钙粉10~60份、PH调节剂2~20份、乳液1~20份。乳液采用巴斯夫502净味乳液。该涂料的重量份的配比成分还包含有触变剂 0.2~3份。
具体制备方法:
1) 将硅藻土加入搅拌缸中,加入光触媒、纳米釉、水晶釉,搅拌均匀 ;
2) 向搅拌缸均匀加入巴斯夫502净味乳液,高速搅拌分散 ;
3) 均匀加入高岭土,搅拌均匀 ;
4) 倒入所给质量份数的水,加热 30 分钟 ;
5) 过滤,滤液静置,即可。

3.一种水晶纳米釉环保净味水性涂料,其特征在于该涂料的重量份的配比成分包含有纳米釉3~5份,水晶釉5~8份,硅藻土2~18份、光触媒0.1~5份、去离子水100~500份、润湿剂2~30份、分散剂2~30份、丙二醇2~30份、增稠剂5~20份、消泡剂2~30份、二氧化钛2~30份,高岭土30~60份、滑石粉20~50份、钙粉10~60份、PH调节剂2~20份、乳液1~20份、甲醛吸收剂5~10份。

6.一种水晶纳米釉净环保味水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤 :
1) 将硅藻土加入搅拌缸中,加入光触媒、纳米釉、水晶釉,搅拌均匀 ;
2) 向搅拌缸均匀加入巴斯夫502净味乳液,高速搅拌分散 ;
3) 均匀加入高岭土,搅拌均匀 ;
4) 倒入所给质量份数的水,加热 30 分钟 ;
5) 过滤,滤液静置,即可。
