The invention provides a plastic intelligent cabinet which comprises at least one row of cabinets, a control box and a central control system. The cabinet is formed by stacking and splicing a plurality of cabinet bodies in the vertical direction, wherein each cabinet body comprises a base, a rear plate, a first side plate, a second side plate, a top plate and a cabinet door. The second side plate is provided with an electronic lock, and the cabinet door is provided with a lock catch matched with the electronic lock. Referring to fig. 1-6, a plastic intelligent cabinet comprises at least one row of cabinets 10, a control box 30 and a central control system 20, wherein the cabinets 10 are formed by stacking and splicing a plurality of cabinets 11 in the vertical direction, and the cabinets 11 are made of plastic. Each of the cabinet bodies 11 includes a base 111, a rear panel 112, a first side panel 113, a second side panel 114, a top panel 115, and a cabinet door 116. The fixed shaft 115-B is provided, so that the rotation of the cabinet door 116 is more stable, and the problem that the cabinet door 116 is abnormal in function due to the base 111 being blocked when being opened or closed due to downward deflection of the cabinet door 116 under the action of gravity is avoided.
Referring to fig. 11-16, in the embodiment, the base 111 and the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 114 are all connected by a second fixing component, the second fixing component includes at least one fixing unit 51, the fixing unit 51 includes a mating plugging portion 511 and a clamping portion 512, the lower surfaces of the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 114 are both provided with the plugging portion 511, the base 111 is provided with an installation groove for accommodating the second fixing component, the clamping portion 512 is disposed on the bottom surface of the installation groove, and the plugging portion 511 is slidably inserted into the clamping portion 512 to fix the first side plate 113, the second side plate 114 and the base 111.
The plugging portion 511 has an L-shaped structure, the clamping portion 512 is provided with a groove for accommodating the plugging portion 511, and when the assembly is performed, the plugging portion 511 is placed in the mounting groove in advance, and then the plugging portion 511 is slid into the groove of the clamping portion 512 to be clamped and fixed. By the above arrangement, the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 114 are more firmly connected with the base 111. Further, the number of the fixing units 51 is three.
In order to prevent the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 114 from shaking when being connected with the base 111, the second fixing assembly further comprises at least one anti-shake unit 52, the anti-shake unit 52 comprises an anti-shake block 521 and a fastening block 522, the anti-shake blocks 521 are respectively arranged on the lower surfaces of the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 114, the fastening blocks 522 are symmetrically arranged on the inner side walls of the mounting grooves, and the anti-shake blocks 521 are slidably inserted between the two fastening blocks 522.
When the plug-in portion 511 slides to the groove of the clamping portion 512 during assembly, the anti-shake block 521 also slides between the two fastening blocks 522, the size of the anti-shake block 521 is matched with the distance between the fastening blocks 522, and when the anti-shake block 521 slides between the two fastening blocks 522, the shaking of the first side plate 113 and the second side plate 114 in the horizontal direction can be prevented, so that the stability of the cabinet 11 is ensured.
Further, a guide part is provided on the anti-shake block 521. The guide portion is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, a smaller side of the anti-shake block 521 is arranged towards the fastening block 522, and the anti-shake block 521 can conveniently enter between the two fastening blocks 522 during sliding, so that the installation efficiency of the cabinet 10 is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A plastic intelligent cabinet, comprising:
The cabinet is formed by stacking and splicing a plurality of cabinet bodies in the vertical direction, and the cabinet bodies are made of plastics;
The cabinet body comprises a base, a rear plate, a first side plate, a second side plate, a top plate and a cabinet door; in the two adjacent cabinet bodies in the vertical direction, the top plate of the lower cabinet body is used as a base of the upper cabinet body; the first side plate and the second side plate are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the base, and two ends of the rear plate are detachably connected with one ends of the first side plate and the second side plate respectively; the cabinet door is hinged with the other end of the first side plate; the top plate covers the rear plate, the first side plate and the second side plate to form a storage cavity; an electronic lock is arranged on the second side plate, and a lock catch matched with the electronic lock is arranged on the cabinet door; the rear plate is connected with the first side plate and the second side plate through a first fixing assembly, the first fixing assembly comprises a fixing block and a fixing groove, and the fixing block is matched with the fixing groove; the fixing block is arranged at the end part of the rear plate and protrudes towards the direction of the first side plate/the second side plate, and the connecting ends of the first side plate, the second side plate and the rear plate are respectively provided with the fixing groove; the fixing block comprises a first fixing part and a second fixing part, one end of the first fixing part is connected with the rear plate, the other end of the first fixing part is connected with the second fixing part, the first fixing part is perpendicular to the second fixing part, and the whole fixing block is L-shaped; the base is connected with the first side plate and the second side plate through a second fixing assembly, the second fixing assembly comprises at least one fixing unit, the fixing unit comprises a matched inserting part and a clamping part, the inserting part is arranged on the lower surfaces of the first side plate and the second side plate, an installation groove for accommodating the second fixing assembly is formed in the base, the clamping part is arranged on the bottom surface of the installation groove, and the inserting part is slidably inserted into the clamping part; the second fixing assembly further comprises at least one anti-shake unit, the anti-shake unit comprises an anti-shake block and a fastening block which are matched, the anti-shake blocks are arranged on the lower surfaces of the first side plate and the second side plate, and the fastening blocks are symmetrically arranged on the inner side wall of the mounting groove;
The control box is arranged at the top of the cabinet, a serializer is arranged in the control box, a first wire through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the control box, a second wire through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first wire through hole, of the top plate of the cabinet, a first wire groove which is vertically arranged is formed in the inner side wall of each first side plate, and a signal transmission wire of the serializer sequentially penetrates through the first wire through hole and the second wire through hole and is arranged in the first wire groove;
The central control system is electrically connected with the serializer, and a control signal of the central control system is transmitted to the serializer and then transmitted to the cabinet body through the serializer so as to control the electronic lock to be opened and closed.

The intelligent cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent cabinet comprises a plurality of rows of cabinets, wherein the control box of any row of cabinets is further provided with a hub, the central control system is electrically connected with the hub, a third line port is formed in the side wall of the control box, signal transmission lines of the hub are respectively electrically connected with a plurality of serializers on the plurality of rows of cabinets through the third line port, and control signals of the central control system are transmitted to the serializers through the hub.

The intelligent cabinet of claim 1, wherein the electronic lock comprises a driving member and a ratchet-shaped lock tongue, wherein the driving member drives the lock tongue to rotate; the lock catch comprises a fixed frame and a fixed rod arranged on the fixed frame, the fixed rod is perpendicular to the ratchet wheel of the lock tongue, and the lock tongue rotates so that the fixed rod is clamped in or separated from the ratchet wheel of the lock tongue.
4. The intelligent cabinet of claim 1, wherein the second side plate is provided with a wireless charging seat, and the wireless charging seat is provided with a bending part bending upwards.
5. The intelligent cabinet of claim 4, wherein a second wiring slot is provided in the second side panel, the second wiring slot extending from the first wiring slot to below the wireless charging dock.
6. The intelligent cabinet of claim 5, wherein the first wiring trough and/or the second wiring trough are covered with a sealing plate.
7. The intelligent cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a top cover is arranged at the top of the cabinet, the control box is accommodated in an accommodating space formed by the top cover and the top of the cabinet, and the upper surface of the top cover is an inclined surface.
8. The intelligent cabinet of claim 1, wherein the electronic lock is provided with a USB interface and the electronic lock is provided with a lighting device.
9. The intelligent cabinet of claim 1, wherein a voltage regulator is further disposed within the control box, the voltage regulator being electrically connected to a power source of the central control system.
10. The intelligent cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a card reading area is arranged on the cabinet door and is electrically connected with the electronic lock, and the card reading area is used for reading user information and controlling the electronic lock to be opened and closed according to the user information.
