The invention gives the public network user the ability of randomly dialing the DMR network access point device/group call in a secondary dialing mode, and reduces the requirement on the routing rule complexity of gateway equipment.

With the development of a multi-Network converged communication market and the increasing maturity of a DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) communication protocol, the communication requirement for establishing a PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) fixed Telephone or 2G/3G/4G Network and a DMR communication system is more and more strong.
At present, a gateway device is generally used as a bridge between a DMR network and these networks, the gateway device is connected to the DMR network through a TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) network, and an SIP (Session Initiation Protocol, or extension based on the SIP) is used as a communication Protocol between the DMR network and the networks. The gateway device provides a limited number of PSTN/2G/3G/4G public network access points, such as a 4-way FXO (foreign Exchange Office) local telephone interface provided by a PSTN gateway. However, the current PSTN/2G/3G/4G public network device can only access the DMR network by dialing the gateway access point number, and cannot directly dial the DMR device number, and the DMR device has a specific number rule, which is difficult to be implemented accurately by configuring the routing rule of the gateway.

(6) the DMR network access point equipment analyzes a dialing sequence from the signal and checks whether the number is a valid DMR network access point equipment/group calling number; if the number is valid, the DMR network access point equipment establishes a call with the DMR equipment, so that the call between the DMR equipment and the public network user is continued; if the number is invalid, the MR network access point equipment informs the public network user to input the number again; if the DMR network access point equipment does not obtain a valid number within the specified time, the input is overtime, the call establishment fails, and the DMR network access point equipment hangs up the call with the public network user.
Further, the secondary dialing mode in the step (5) is a DTMF secondary dialing mode.
