the hidden columns (including sleeves) and the hidden beam main bars are uniformly distributed according to the section size, the number of the steel bars, the diameter and the length of the steel bars, the distance between the center of the steel bars and the surface, the distribution position of the center of the steel bars on the section (relative coordinates of the section, an XY relative coordinate method) and the relative initial position of one end (the general lower end) if the steel bars are aligned, and the unit is 0 (such as mm);
the stirrups start from the position of one end (the general lower end or the seat end), relative position, type, mark number, serial number, relative position (length direction), relative placement position (with the main reinforcement), welding point number, welding point serial number and welding point relative coordinate;
forming relative positions of the sleeve and the mantle fiber and main rib information connected with the material information;
forming information of the reinforcing steel bar meshes, such as the grades, the diameters, the mesh specifications, the transverse spacing, the longitudinal spacing and the like of the reinforcing steel bars;
respectively outputting processing information of corresponding steel bar blocks according to the requirement of a wall body list;
and according to the mechanical requirement, the machining information is simply processed and then is butted with the machine.
In the following, the assembled wall rebar data processing device according to the embodiments of the present invention is described, and the assembled wall rebar data processing device described below and the assembled wall rebar data processing method described above may be referred to in correspondence.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an assembled wall rebar data processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the assembled wall rebar data processing device according to fig. 5 may include:
an outer contour model obtaining module 100, configured to obtain an outer contour model of an assembled wall body established based on BIM;
the splitting module 200 is configured to split the outer contour model into virtual geometric blocks, where the geometric blocks include a beam region, a column region, a hidden beam region, and a steel mesh region;
the reinforcement overall distribution map generation module 300 is configured to perform parametric calculation according to a preset reinforcement distribution rule and reinforcement parameters, and draw a reinforcement mesh or a reinforcement cage in the outer contour model to generate a reinforcement overall distribution map;
and the steel reinforcement framework data generation module 400 is configured to perform geometric topological partition on the reinforcement overall distribution map, partition the overall steel reinforcement into corresponding geometric blocks, and generate steel reinforcement framework data.
Optionally, the assembled wall body reinforcing steel bar data processing device provided by the invention may further include:
and the steel bar processing information generation module is used for carrying out classified statistics on the steel bar framework data according to the hidden beams, the hidden columns and the steel bar meshes after the steel bar framework data are generated, and generating the steel bar processing information of each independent steel bar mesh or each steel bar cage.
Optionally, the assembled wall body reinforcing steel bar data processing device provided by the invention may further include:

The assembled wall rebar data processing apparatus of this embodiment is configured to implement the assembled wall rebar data processing method, and therefore specific embodiments of the assembled wall rebar data processing apparatus may be found in the foregoing embodiment parts of the assembled wall rebar data processing method, for example, the outer contour model obtaining module 100, the splitting module 200, the reinforcement overall distribution diagram generating module 300, and the reinforcement framework data generating module 400 are respectively configured to implement steps S101, S102, S103, and S104 in the assembled wall rebar data processing method, so that the specific embodiments thereof may refer to descriptions of corresponding respective part embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The device for processing the steel bar data of the assembled wall body provided by the invention obtains an outline model of the assembled wall body built based on BIM; splitting the outer contour model into virtual geometric body blocks, wherein the geometric body blocks comprise a beam area, a column area, a hidden beam area and a reinforcing mesh area; carrying out parametric calculation according to a preset steel bar distribution rule and steel bar parameters, drawing a steel bar mesh or a steel bar cage in an outer contour model, and generating a whole distribution map of the reinforcing bars; and carrying out geometric topological division on the reinforcement integral distribution map, and dividing the integral reinforcement into corresponding geometric blocks to generate reinforcement cage data. The method and the device for generating the steel reinforcement framework data can rapidly generate the steel reinforcement framework data by adopting a virtual modeling method. Furthermore, the reinforcing steel bars are subjected to collection processing by the geometric topological relation, initial process data meeting the processing requirements of the reinforcing steel bar cage and the mesh can be formed, and a feasible digital modeling method is provided for the large-scale mechanical reinforcing steel bar processing in the building industry.
The embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same or similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The method and the device for processing the data of the assembled wall steel bar provided by the invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A data processing method for steel bars of an assembled wall body is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an outer contour model of the assembled wall body established based on the BIM;
splitting the outer contour model into virtual geometric blocks, wherein the geometric blocks comprise a beam area, a column area, a hidden beam area and a reinforcing mesh area;
carrying out parametric calculation according to a preset steel bar distribution rule and steel bar parameters, drawing a steel bar mesh or a steel bar cage in the outer contour model, and generating a whole distribution map of the reinforcement;
carrying out geometric topological division on the reinforcement integral distribution map, dividing the integral reinforcement into corresponding geometric blocks, and generating reinforcement cage data;
carrying out parametric calculation according to preset steel bar distribution rules and steel bar parameters, drawing a steel bar mesh or a steel bar cage in the outer contour model, and generating a whole distribution map of the reinforcement bar comprises the following steps:
drawing main reinforcements and sleeves corresponding to the beams and the columns according to the industrial design specifications of the reinforcing steel bars, and giving corresponding attribute information; drawing a corresponding reinforcing mesh and giving corresponding attribute information; drawing a mantle fiber connection treatment, setting deep reinforcing steel bars and giving corresponding attribute information to the deep reinforcing steel bars to generate the reinforcing steel bar integral distribution map;
the geometric topological division is carried out on the reinforcement integral distribution diagram, integral reinforcements are divided into corresponding geometric blocks, and the generation of reinforcement cage data comprises the following steps:
dividing the reinforcing steel bars into the geometric blocks according to the geometric inclusion and the interpenetration relation of the reinforcing steel bars to generate attribution information of the reinforcing steel bars;
generating attribute information of the steel bars according to the steel bar parameters;
and generating the steel bar framework data based on the attribution information and the attribute information.
2. An assembled wall rebar data processing method as set forth in claim 1, further comprising, after said generating the rebar skeleton data:
and respectively carrying out classification statistics on the reinforcing steel bar framework data according to the hidden beams, the hidden columns and the reinforcing steel bar meshes to generate reinforcing steel bar processing information of each independent reinforcing steel bar mesh or reinforcing steel bar cage.
3. The method for processing the reinforcing steel bar data of the assembled wall body as claimed in claim 2, wherein the generating the reinforcing steel bar processing information of each independent reinforcing steel bar mesh or reinforcing steel bar cage comprises:
automatically numbering and counting the reinforcing steel bars according to the type, the brand and the geometric shape of the reinforcing steel bars;
and determining the processing list and the shape processing information of each independent reinforcing mesh or reinforcing cage.
4. The method for processing the reinforcing steel bar data of the assembled wall body as claimed in claim 3, wherein after the generating the reinforcing steel bar processing information of each independent reinforcing steel bar mesh or reinforcing steel bar cage, the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending the reinforcing steel bar processing information to reinforcing steel bar forming equipment according to a preset format for data butt joint.
5. An assembled wall rebar data processing method as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, after splitting the outer contour model into virtual geometric blocks:
and giving a unique identification code to the member corresponding to the geometric body block.
6. An assembled wall rebar data processing method as set forth in claim 5, further comprising:
receiving an identification code of a to-be-produced member steel bar input by a user, calling steel bar framework data of the to-be-produced member steel bar, and sending the steel bar framework data to corresponding steel bar forming equipment.
7. An assembled wall body reinforcing bar data processing apparatus characterized by, includes:
the outer contour model acquisition module is used for acquiring an outer contour model of the assembled wall body established based on the BIM;
the splitting module is used for splitting the outer contour model into virtual geometric body blocks, and the geometric body blocks comprise a beam area, a column area, a hidden beam area and a steel mesh area;
the reinforcement integral distribution map generation module is used for carrying out parametric calculation according to a preset reinforcement distribution rule and reinforcement parameters, drawing a reinforcement mesh or a reinforcement cage in the outer contour model and generating a reinforcement integral distribution map;
the reinforcement cage data generation module is used for carrying out geometric topological division on the reinforcement overall distribution map, dividing the overall reinforcement into corresponding geometric blocks and generating reinforcement cage data;
the reinforcement integral distribution map generation module is specifically used for drawing main reinforcements and sleeves of corresponding beams and columns according to the industrial design specifications of the steel bars and giving corresponding attribute information; drawing a corresponding reinforcing mesh and giving corresponding attribute information; drawing a mantle fiber connection treatment, setting deep reinforcing steel bars and giving corresponding attribute information to the deep reinforcing steel bars to generate the reinforcing steel bar integral distribution map;
the reinforcing steel bar skeleton data generation module is specifically used for dividing reinforcing steel bars into geometric blocks according to geometric inclusion and interpenetration relation of the reinforcing steel bars to generate attribution information of the reinforcing steel bars; generating attribute information of the steel bars according to the steel bar parameters; and generating the steel bar framework data based on the attribution information and the attribute information.
8. An assembled wall rebar data processing device as defined in claim 7, further comprising:
and the steel bar processing information generation module is used for carrying out classified statistics on the steel bar framework data according to the hidden beams, the hidden columns and the steel bar meshes after the steel bar framework data are generated, and generating the steel bar processing information of each independent steel bar mesh or each steel bar cage.
9. An assembled wall rebar data processing device as defined in claim 8, further comprising:
and the sending module is used for sending the reinforcing steel bar processing information to reinforcing steel bar forming equipment according to a preset format for data butt joint after the reinforcing steel bar processing information of each independent reinforcing steel bar mesh or reinforcing steel bar cage is generated.
