本发明提供一种抗挥发喷雾助剂,按照质量百分比计所述喷雾助剂的组成包括:植物油20~48%、表面活性剂8~40%、抗挥发剂8~40%、促沉降剂3~15%和溶剂0~61%。所述抗挥发喷雾助剂可以解决无人机植保或大型机械喷雾雾滴沉降、药液吸收过程中药液易挥发的问题,并改善喷雾过程中沉降速率低、喷出药液易漂移等问题。

随着我国农业现代化进程逐步加快,农村劳动力逐渐减少,人力成本不断上升,传统人工植保方式已不能适应逐渐集约化的大规模农业生产,相比之下具有高效、成本低等优势的无人机或大型机械植保越来越受到人们的重视,尤其是在水田施药、特殊地形施药、集中统防统治施药领域。但是由于现代化机械喷雾设备用水量是传统机械喷雾的50%~10%或更少,因此对喷雾药液要求高,即易雾化、抗漂移、抗挥发、易沉降等特性,而现有的农药制剂产品不能够满足市场需求,因此如何更好解决现代化机械喷雾设备作业过程中挥发快,易漂移,难吸收的问题是本领域的重中之重。现有的解决方法往往是将常规喷雾助剂简单的挪用过来,如有机硅、非离子桶混增效助剂等,以期提高雾化效果、减少药液挥发或蒸发来改善无人机或大型机械喷雾作业效果,提高药效。但是这种方法并不能解决无人机或大型机械施药易漂移、易挥发、防效差等问题。
现有一些农用助剂公司或研究机构推出或发明一些飞防专用喷雾助剂产品,通过添加植物油、矿物油活化农药活性成分提高药效,或者添加有机硅助剂提高喷雾液的雾化效果,或者添加尿素作为沉降剂加快液滴的沉降速度,或者添加高分子聚合物、脂肪醇烷氧基化物类、粘弹性的两性表面活性剂、多糖及其衍生物来改善喷雾液的粘度,提高雾滴的附着力减少漂移,再添加一些表面活性剂提高喷雾助剂的稳定性及产品稀释稳定性。从现有飞防或大型机械喷雾助剂产品类型或组成来看,还没有专一、高效的飞防或大型机械喷雾作业抗挥发性喷雾助剂。
2017年诺普信公司在CN 107251895 A中公布了一种喷雾助剂的制备方法,提供了一种以油性和亲油性溶剂为主,其余成分为表面活性剂的喷雾助剂。该组合物中不含有任何抗挥发的组分,飞防作业时,该组合物与农药无须加水稀释直接使用,缓解溶剂易挥发、雾滴分散不均匀、雾滴沉降穿透性差及雾滴易漂移等技术问题。
2015年诺普信公司在CN 105010314 A中公布了以亲水性溶剂和水为主,剩余组分为表面活性剂和保湿剂的农药稀释剂的制备方法,解决低容量或超低容量农药稀释液发生的沉淀、絮凝、结晶、易挥发、漂移等问题,改善现有农药稀释剂的毒性大和被稀释后农药溶液体系不稳定等问题。该组合物以亲水性溶剂和水为主要成分,使本发明农药稀释剂不但与水完全互溶、比重大于1,而且对大多数农药以及叶面肥具有较高溶解度,沸点高,安全。组合物中的表面活性剂和保湿剂具有增效作用,使得被稀释的农药或叶面肥溶液具有高的稳定性能,超过1小时不会沉淀、结晶、絮凝、堵喷头等现象。组合物本身还具有保湿、抗挥发、抗漂移、雾滴沉降快、粒度均匀、稳定性等优点,组合物中不含有植物油或亲油性的组分,选用的保湿剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇中的人一种或两种以上的混合物。
2016年江苏钟山化工在CN 106665569 A中公布了一种主要以蓖麻油烷氧基化合物作为防漂移剂的飞防助剂,并添加了润湿剂、粘度调节剂、防冻剂、沉积剂等组分。该组合物中不含任何抗挥发组分,在应用于飞防作业时可适用于多种剂型的农药制剂,可减少农药使用量,且具有防漂移、增润湿、促沉淀、提高施药效果的作用。
2015年徐光春等在CN 103355288 A中公布了一种杀虫农药制剂用防光氧化的植物油喷雾助剂,添加了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、润湿剂、抗氧化剂、渗透剂等成分。该组合物中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的聚合度n确定为10,且其并未规定其碳链结构和碳链中碳的数目,也没有提及其在组合物中发挥的作用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种抗挥发喷雾助剂,所述喷雾助剂的挥发性低、铺展性好、漂移率低、沉降率高,提高了喷雾效果,适用于无人机或机械等低容量喷雾。
为达到上述技术效果,本发明采用一下技术方案:

作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述抗挥发剂包括长链脂肪醇环氧基化物、乳酸钠、聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400、羧乙基尿素或木糖醇中的任意一种或至少两种的组合,所述组合典型但非限制性实例有:长链脂肪醇环氧基化物和乳酸钠的组合、乳酸钠和聚乙二醇200的组合、聚乙二醇200和聚乙二醇400的组合、聚乙二醇400和羧乙基尿素的组合、羧乙基尿素和木糖醇的组合、木糖醇和长链脂肪醇环氧基化物的组合或长链脂肪醇环氧基化物、乳酸钠和聚乙二醇200的组合等,优选为长链脂肪醇环氧基化物。

本发明选用了抗挥发剂包括传统的保湿剂和其它具有抗挥发功能的组分,选用的传统保湿剂是通过添加乙二醇、甘油等成分达到保湿效果,这是因为该类物质中含有羟基,可以与水分子中的氢结合形成氢键进而持有水分,也就可以通过稀释等方式营造水分子氛围而保持表面湿度。但它必须在一定湿度环境下才对作物表面有保湿作用,一旦湿度下降,空气中水分减少,不足以满足甘油的持水分子,反而会吸收作物内部水分,导致作物表面更加缺水。其它具有抗挥发功能的组分如长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、长链脂肪醇聚丙烯醚、长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物等抗挥发剂,通过增强溶液中分子间的相互吸引力,减小农药溶液的蒸气压来达到抗挥发的效果。
本发明选用促沉降剂能够明显增加药液比重,进而减少药液在喷雾过程中的滞空时间,同时其能够减缓气化效果,有效防止雾滴粒径变小。本发明选用植物油成分也具有增加大液滴数目,减少小液滴出现的能力,其与促沉降剂共同发生协同作用进而达到抗漂移的效果。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述植物油包括大豆油、大豆甲酯油、亚麻油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、棉籽油、油酸甲酯或油酸乙酯中任意一种或至少两种的组合,所述组合典型但非限制性实例有:大豆油和大豆甲酯油的组合、大豆油和亚麻油的组合、亚麻油和菜籽油的组合、菜籽油和蓖麻油的组合、蓖麻油和棉籽油的组合、棉籽油和油酸甲酯的组合、油酸甲酯和油酸乙酯的组合或大豆油、亚麻油和菜籽油的组合等。

本发明目的之二在于提供一种上述喷雾助剂的制备方法,所述方法为:将所述喷雾助剂的组成按照比例混合,得到均一稳定的液体即为所述抗挥发喷雾助剂。
本发明目的之三在于提供一种上述喷雾助剂的应用,所述喷雾助剂用于无人机植保喷雾或大型机械喷雾。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述喷雾助剂的添加量为喷雾液质量的0.05~1%,如0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%、0.8%、0.9%或1%等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的抗挥发助剂各组分互相之间发生协同促进作用,相比于单一组分的功能有大幅度的提高。解决了常规农用喷雾助剂易挥发、铺展性差、漂移率高,沉降率低的特点,提高了喷雾效果,适用于无人机或机械等低容量喷雾;
(2)本发明提供的抗挥发助剂可减少小雾滴数量,小于等于100μm雾滴数量控制在5%以内;
(3)本发明提供的抗挥发助剂可减少喷雾液挥发,单位时间挥发率≤25%;
(4)本发明的提供的抗挥发助剂性能稳定,与多种农药混用均无异常。除此之外,闪点比较高,也便于贮藏和运输,可以在室温下贮藏三年及三年以上;
(5)本发明提供的抗挥发助剂在使用过程中简单方便,与农药制剂产品兼容性好,可以按任意比例混合,同时通过混溶也能提高农药活性成分,降低用药成本;
(6)本发明的提供的抗挥发助剂使用绿色环保溶剂,不含苯类,在生产和使用过程中对作业者和环境安全。

将实施例以及对比例中的抗挥发喷雾助剂与不同类型农药产品混用后,对其进行雾滴粒径的测试,结果如表1所示。

如表1所示,本发明组合物与农药助剂产品混合使用后均为均一稳定乳状液,且长时间保持稳定,其次,在比较添加本发明组合物和未添加发明组合物的雾滴粒径时,添加本发明组合物的混合液小雾滴粒径占比明显减小,说明本发明组合物有显著的抗漂移性能。
首先,配制喷雾液。将农药产品参照喷雾浓度用水稀释,待搅拌均匀后,按比例添加一定量本发明的组合物,搅拌均匀待用。用微量进样器取4μL待测样品滴加在金属圈上,记录天平读数为初始重量,打开天平玻璃窗并开启风扇,90s后关闭风扇并记录此时天平重量,两次重量的差值为损失重量。每个样品重复5次,去掉最高值最低值后取平均值。实验过程中严格控制温度湿度以及风速,并保持风扇与金属圈水平,测试结果表2所示。
其挥发率=损失重量/初始重量。

如表2数据所示,本发明组合物与农药助剂产品混合使用后的挥发时间比未添加本发明组合物的大大提高,说明本发明组合物能够有效提高药液抗挥发能力。
根据GB/T17980.3-2000中所述方法对杀虫剂进行田间试验,其杀虫性能如表3所示。

从表3可以看出,在添加本发明提供的喷雾助剂后,杀虫剂的杀虫效果有所提升,且如果喷雾助剂中不添加抗挥发剂,则杀虫效果提高不明显。
根据GB/T17980.20-2000中所述方法对杀菌剂进行田间实验,其杀菌效果如表4所示。
从表4可以看出,在添加本发明提供的喷雾助剂后,杀菌剂的杀菌效果有所提升,且如果喷雾助剂中不添加抗挥发剂,则杀菌效果提高不明显。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细工艺设备和工艺流程,但本发明并不局限于上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细工艺设备和工艺流程才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗挥发喷雾助剂,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计所述喷雾助剂的组成包括:
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾助剂,其特征在于,所述抗挥发剂包括长链脂肪醇环氧基化物、乳酸钠、聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇400、羧乙基尿素或木糖醇中的任意一种或至少两种的组合,优选为长链脂肪醇环氧基化物;
优选地,所述长链脂肪醇环氧基化物包括长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、长链脂肪醇聚丙烯醚或长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述长链脂肪醇环氧基化物中的碳链为直链;
优选地,所述长链脂肪醇环氧基化物中的碳链为C12~C18;
优选地,所述长链脂肪醇环氧基化物的聚合度为7~12。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的喷雾助剂,其特征在于,所述植物油包括大豆油、大豆甲酯油、亚麻油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、棉籽油、油酸甲酯或油酸乙酯中任意一种或至少两种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的喷雾助剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酰胺甜菜碱、聚氧乙烯醚失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、牛脂胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、磺化琥珀酸酯或椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中任意一种或至少两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的喷雾助剂,其特征在于,所述促沉降剂包括尿素、聚硅酸铝铁、柠檬酸铁、聚丙烯酰胺或氯化镁中任意一种或至少两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的喷雾助剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括水、乙醇、乙二醇、甘油、异丁醇、异戊醇或矿物油中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的喷雾助剂,其特征在于,所述喷雾助剂的组成包括有机硅助剂、稳定剂、pH调节剂、增稠剂、增效剂或生物刺激素中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述有机硅助剂包括聚醚改性硅油、甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油、乙基含氢硅油、羟基含氢硅油、含氰硅油或聚乙氧基改性三氧硅烷中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述有机硅助剂在所述喷雾助剂的组成中的质量百分比为0~15%;
优选地,所述稳定剂包括腐殖酸钠和/或聚马来酸;
优选地,所述稳定剂在所述喷雾助剂的组成中的质量百分比为0~10%;
优选地,所述pH调节剂的组成包括柠檬酸、酒石酸、乙酸、草酸、己二酸、氨水、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述pH调节剂在所述喷雾助剂的组成中的质量百分比为0~10%;
优选地,所述增稠剂包括硅酸铝镁、硅酸钠镁锂、硅酸镁锂、硅酸镁钠、硅酸铝钠、硅酸铝钾、吡咯烷酮羧酸锌或黄原胶中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述增稠剂在所述喷雾助剂的组成中的质量百分比为0~20%;
优选地,所述增效剂包括脂肪酸甲酯、己二酸单甲酯、己二酸氢甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯和肉豆蔻酸甲酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述增效剂在所述喷雾助剂的组成中的质量百分比为0~20%;
优选地,所述生物刺激素在所述喷雾助剂的组成中的质量百分比为0~20%。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的喷雾助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法为:将所述喷雾助剂的组成按照比例混合,得到均一稳定的液体即为所述抗挥发喷雾助剂。
9.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的喷雾助剂的应用,其特征在于,所述喷雾助剂用于无人机植保喷雾或大型机械喷雾。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述喷雾助剂的添加量为喷雾液质量的0.05~1%。
