Abstract
本发明涉及一种水稻专用防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物1‑5份,大蒜素1‑3份,甲基异噻唑琳酮1‑3份。通过将除虫菊提取物、大蒜素和甲基异噻唑琳酮制成水稻防病害组合物并添加到水稻种植用生态肥料中,在水稻种植中施用能够显著降低水稻三化螟病、卷叶虫病、稻曲病等病害的发病率,从而显著提高水稻亩产量。

本发明属于农业种植肥料领域,尤其涉一种水稻专用防病害组合物。
背景技术
土壤中的常量营养元素氮、磷、钾通常不能满足作物生长的需求,需要施用含氮、磷、钾的化肥来补足。而微量营养元素中除氯在土壤中不缺外,另外几种营养元素则需施用微量元素肥料。化肥一般多是无机化合物,仅尿素是有机化合物。凡只含一种可标明含量的营养元素的化肥称为单元肥料,如氮肥、磷肥、钾肥等。凡含有氮、磷、钾三种营养元素中的两种或两种以上且可标明其含量的化肥称为复合肥料或混合肥料。施放的肥料中含有较多的有害病菌,即使能全面满足水稻生长所需的养分,也会容易导致水稻生理性病害的发生,使产量普遍下降。
除虫菊(Chryaanthemum cinerariaefotiumvis.)全草入药制粉,可用于人体外治疥癣。也用作切花、花境供观赏,花晒干磨粉,可作杀虫药。除虫菊在其花朵中含有0.6-1.3%的除虫菊素和灰菊素,除虫菊素又称除虫菊酯,是一种无色的粘稠的油状液体,当蚊虫接触之后,就会神经麻痹,中毒而死亡。除虫菊不仅可以除灭蚊虫,而且可杀灭农作物和林木、果树的害虫。它和烟草、毒鱼藤合称为“三大植物性农药”。
大蒜素(大蒜新素、garlicin)为三硫代烯丙醚类化合物,天然存在于百合科植物大蒜的鳞茎中。对多种革兰氏阳性和阴性菌均有抗菌作用,对杆菌(痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、百日咳杆菌)、真菌(白色念珠菌、隐球菌、烟曲霉菌)、病毒(巨细胞病毒)、阿米巴原虫、阴道滴虫、蛲虫等均有抑制杀灭作用,尤其对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌等肠道细菌作用强。临床研究发现,本品对骨髓移植者并发巨细胞病毒感染有明显防治作用。尚有降低血胆固醇、甘油三酯和脂蛋白以及抗血小板凝集、抗肿瘤作用。
甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT)是一种广普的杀菌防腐剂,中文名称:2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,英文名:2-Methyl-4-Isothiazoline-3-one。甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT)能有效杀灭藻类、细菌和真菌。其有效用量少,无毒无污染,极易混合在各类配方中,PH使用范围广,稀释使用浓度后,很容易被生物降解为无毒无污染物质,毒性低,排放无残留,与各种乳化剂、表面活性剂及蛋白质成份配伍性好。MIT在低浓度下能有效杀灭多种细菌,适用的pH范围为2.0-12.0,与水混溶,可以在任何工序加入,容易操作。
目前,尚未发现有通过除虫菊提取物、大蒜素与甲基异噻唑啉酮一起制备水稻专用抗病害组合物用于水稻专用肥中来防止水稻相关病害发生的相关成果或报道。

进一步地,所述除虫菊提取物的制备方法是将除虫菊烘干粉碎,按照每1重量份除虫菊加入3-4重量份的质量浓度为50-70%的乙醇溶液,在60-80摄氏度下水浴提取1-3小时,过滤,将滤液浓缩至初始体积的1/2-1/3后即得。
同时,本发明提供一种水稻专用防病害组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将除虫菊烘干粉碎,按照每1重量份除虫菊加入3-4重量份的质量浓度为50-70%的乙醇溶液,在60-80摄氏度下水浴提取1-3小时,过滤,将滤液浓缩至初始体积的1/2-1/3,向其中加入大蒜素,然后搅匀得物料1;
(2)将甲基异噻唑琳酮加入2-3倍重量比例的蒸馏水中配制成溶液,然后将该溶液加入到物料1中,利用高速剪切机剪切成混合溶液,从而制得水稻专用防病害组合物。
本发明还提供一种水稻专用生态肥料,其原料按重量计包括:玉米秸10-20份、稻草10-15份、棉籽壳15-30份、菜籽饼10-20份、甘蔗渣12-18份、猪粪20-30份、复合菌0.5-2份,水稻防病害组合物1-2份;所述水稻防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物1-5份,大蒜素1-3份,甲基异噻唑琳酮1-3份。
进一步地,所述水稻专用生态肥料的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将玉米秸、稻草、菜籽饼破碎成40目的碎屑,然后与棉籽壳、甘蔗渣、猪粪混合均匀;(2)向上述混合物中加入适量的水调节混合物的湿度,是混合物含水量保持在30-40%,然后加入复合菌并与上述原料混合均匀,密封发酵30-40天,然后加入水稻防病害组合物,混合均匀后即得水稻专用生态肥料;所述复合菌由枯草芽孢杆菌、白地霉与假丝酵母按照3:1:1的比例制得;所述水稻防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物1-5份,大蒜素1-3份,甲基异噻唑琳酮1-3份。
此外,本发明还提供一种水稻专用生态肥料在水稻种植中的应用,其特征在于,将上述的水稻专用生态肥料用于水稻种植中,分别在水稻分蘖期、灌浆期撒施或者填埋使用,按照每亩200-400kg的用量进行施肥。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果在于:
本申请中通过将除虫菊提取物、大蒜素和甲基异噻唑琳酮组合在一起形成水稻抗病害组合物,并添加到有机肥中制成水稻专用生态肥料,在水稻种植中施用能显著降低水稻多种病害的发病率,并显著增加水稻产量。同时,与单一添加除虫菊提取物、大蒜素和甲基异噻唑琳酮的生态肥料组相比,三者合用的组也显示出显著降低水稻三化螟病、卷叶虫病、稻曲病等病害的发病率,这可能与所述组分具有协同增效作用有关,三者合用能够取得显著降低水稻病害的发病率并提高亩产量的效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但以下具体实施例不用于限制本发明。凡在本发明精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种水稻专用防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物3份,大蒜素2份,甲基异噻唑琳酮2份。
所述水稻专用防病害组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将除虫菊烘干粉碎,按照每重量份除虫菊加入3重量份的质量浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,在70摄氏度下水浴提取2小时,过滤,将滤液浓缩至初始体积的1/2,向其中加入大蒜素,然后搅匀得物料1;
(2)将甲基异噻唑琳酮加入2倍重量比例的蒸馏水中配制成溶液,然后将该溶液加入到物料1中,利用高速剪切机剪切成混合溶液,从而制得水稻专用防病害组合物。
一种水稻专用生态肥料,其原料按重量计包括:玉米秸15份、稻草12份、棉籽壳20份、菜籽饼15份、甘蔗渣15份、猪粪25份、复合菌1份,水稻防病害组合物1份;所述复合菌由枯草芽孢杆菌、白地霉与假丝酵母按照3:1:1的比例制得;所述生态肥料的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将玉米秸、稻草、菜籽饼破碎成40目的碎屑,然后与棉籽壳、甘蔗渣、猪粪混合均匀;(2)向上述混合物中加入适量的水调节混合物的湿度,是混合物含水量保持在35%,然后加入复合菌并与上述原料混合均匀,密封发酵35天,然后加入水稻防病害组合物,混合均匀后即得水稻专用生态肥料。
实施例2
一种水稻专用防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物5份,大蒜素1份,甲基异噻唑琳酮1份。
其他同于实施例1。
实施例3
一种水稻专用防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物1份,大蒜素3份,甲基异噻唑琳酮3份。
其他同于实施例1。
实施例4
一种水稻专用防病害组合物,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物3份,大蒜素2份。
其他同于实施例1。
实施例5
一种水稻专用防病害组合物,其原料组成仅为甲基异噻唑琳酮。
其他同于实施例1。
实施例6
一种水稻防病害组合物为市售某水稻防病害生态农药,主要成分有:鱼腥草、马齿苋、菖蒲根等。
其他同于实施例1。
实施例7
将实施例1-6所制得的水稻专用生态肥料分别施用于同样品种、同样条件种植的水稻田中,分别在水稻分蘖期、灌浆期撒施或者填埋使用,按照每亩300kg的用量进行施肥。在水稻整个种植期间统计各组发病株数,计算出各组发病率,在收获期后计算出各组的亩产量,具体数据参见下表1。

由表1中的数据可以看出,本申请中通过将除虫菊提取物、大蒜素和甲基异噻唑琳酮制成水稻专用防病害组合物并添加于水稻专用生态肥料中,在水稻种植中施用能显著降低水稻多种疾病的发病率,而且还可使产量显著增加5-10%。同时,与分别添加除虫菊提取物、大蒜素和甲基异噻唑琳酮的组相比,三者合用的组也显示出显著降低水稻多种疾病发病率并提高亩产量的效果,这可能与除虫菊提取物、大蒜素中的杀菌成分能够同甲基异噻唑琳酮发挥协同增效作用有关,合用后对多种水稻病菌的防治作用也带来了水稻亩产量的提高,具有良好的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。

2.如权利要求1所述的水稻专用防病害组合物,其特征在于,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物3-5份,大蒜素2-3份,甲基异噻唑琳酮2-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的水稻专用防病害组合物,其特征在于,其原料组成及重量份数为:除虫菊提取物3份,大蒜素2份,甲基异噻唑琳酮2份。
4.如权利要求1所述的水稻专用防病害组合物,其特征在于,所述除虫菊提取物的制备方法是将除虫菊烘干粉碎,按照每1重量份除虫菊加入3-4重量份的质量浓度为50-70%的乙醇溶液,在60-80摄氏度下水浴提取1-3小时,过滤,将滤液浓缩至初始体积的1/2-1/3后即得。
