Abstract
一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其重量份数组成为:阳离子染料10.00~40.00;封闭剂5.00~25.00;分散剂5.00~27.00;pH缓冲剂0.50~2.50;杀菌剂0.10~1.00;去离子水4.5~79.40;其中所述阳离子染料包括水溶性阳离子染料和分散型阳离子染料。其制备方法为按重量份数计,加入去离子水、pH缓冲剂、杀菌剂、封闭剂、分散剂,搅拌均匀后加入阳离子染料,再添加0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨1‑10小时,调整转速为600‑2000r/min,直到粒径<250nm,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料水性色浆。本发明制成的分散型阳离子水性色浆具有色彩浓艳、储存稳定性好、相容性好等特点,广泛用于纺织品数码印花及喷墨打印墨水和其他着色领域的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
阳离子染料(cationic dyes)是纺织染料的一种,又称碱性染料和盐基染料。阳离子染料可溶于水,在水溶液中电离,生成带正电荷的有色离子的染料。传统阳离子染料主要用于腈纶、酸改性涤纶等合成纤维的染色和印花,色泽浓艳,染色性能优良,各项牢度好,尤其是耐日晒牢度高,为其他类型染料所不及。阳离子染料带正电荷,而腈纶、酸改性涤纶等合成纤维有磺酸基、羧酸基等酸性基团,当温度超过合成纤维的玻璃化温度时,吸附在纤维表面的染料很快向纤维内扩散,染料在合成纤维内的扩散模型符合自由体积模型,即阳离子染料从一个染座上解吸下来,再吸附到另一个染座,并逐渐向纤维内部扩散,在各染座间呈跳跃式的传递,最后主要以离子键固着。分散型阳离子染料是通过阳离子基团封闭剂,将阳离子染料中的阴离子基团置换成相对分子质量较大的基团,使其溶解度下降到几乎不溶,再加工成为高度分散的染料。分散型阳离子染料的有色基团被封闭剂松弛的封闭起来,在30℃以下时染料主要呈非离子分散状态,对pH的敏感度小,在80℃以上时封闭基团脱落,解离了的阳离子基团被纤维吸收,并与纤维上酸性基团以离子键结合。
喷墨印花作为一种新型的印花技术,具有印花精度高、可满足小批量多品种生产要求等优点。目前市面上未看到具有实际应用价值的阳离子染料的色浆和喷墨墨水。大部分阳离子染料需在酸性条件下显色,酸性条件会腐蚀打印机喷头,碱性条件下可能会使染料色浆出现沉淀或色光变化等情况,因此直接用阳离子染料制作喷墨印花用色浆和墨水存在很多问题。而用封闭阳离子基团的水溶性阳离子染料以及采用分散型阳离子染料制作的水性色浆则能在中性或弱碱性条件下稳定储存,符合打印机的工作要求。
中国专利CN1276036提出了一种以阳离子染料为原料的数字印花墨水,该专利将其应用到纺织品数字印花,但其为水溶性阳离子染料墨水,系采用水溶性阳离子染料直接溶解于水制成,准确来讲属于水溶液而非纳米粒子分散体。该水溶液为强酸性,为了适应喷头打印所需要的pH范围,若添加pH调整剂,体系会非常不稳定,储存短期内会再形成强酸性环境;若不添加pH调整剂,酸性的墨水会很快腐蚀打印机喷头,因而不具备实用价值。
中国专利CN102102303提出了一种阳离子型分散墨水,是将分散染料墨水用阳离子体系的分散剂制作,该专利解决的是分散染料墨水具有“阳离子性”从而具有某些功能,该专利本质的着色剂是分散染料,应用方向为涤纶或者聚酯纤维纺织品的热熔式印花,不能解决腈纶和阳离子改性纤维的数码印花应用。而本发明所用的阳离子染料,以及本发明应用方向为腈纶印花和染色、阳离子可染变性涤纶的染色和印花。两类染料属于不同化学类型的染料,物理化学特性不同、上染机理不同,应用的纺织品纤维领域不同。
中国专利CN105062223提出了一种阳离子型有机黄色水性色浆,该专利着色剂为有机黄色颜料,而非本发明所涉及的阳离子染料和分散型阳离子染料,其内容有本质不同。其在数码印花织物上的应用未知,不能解决腈纶和阳离子改性纤维的数码印花应用。
目前,尚未有具备实用价值的阳离子染料色浆和墨水应用于纺织品数码印花工业化大生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能在中性或碱性条件下稳定的阳离子染料分散体色浆,为制造诸如化学稳定的分散型阳离子染料墨水做准备,可以应用于包括数码印花和染色在内的,用于文化用品和印刷水性油墨等领域,并不排除用于造纸色浆等领域;
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆的制备方法。由于色浆制备过程中可能会对分散阳离子染料的解离平衡产生影响,因此本发明不依赖于市售分散阳离子染料的封端,而是不论采用水溶性阳离子染料或者市售分散型阳离子染料,在研磨时继续添加封闭剂,防止封闭基团发生解封,从而进一步巩固分散型阳离子染料水性色浆的化学稳定性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

阳离子染料10.00~40.00;
封闭剂5.00~25.00;
分散剂5.00~27.00;
pH缓冲剂0.50~2.50;
杀菌剂0.10~1.00;

其中所述阳离子染料包括水溶性阳离子染料和分散型阳离子染料。
优选的是,所述封闭剂为有机磺酸化合物,包括苯系萘磺酸衍生物、萘系磺酸衍生物、脂肪族磺酸衍生物中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述苯系萘磺酸衍生物包括二硝基苯磺酸,4,4’-联苯二磺酸钠,4-硝基-2-磺酸甲苯衍生物,对硝基甲苯磺酸钠,对硝基苯磺酸钠和对氯苯磺酸钠;所述萘系磺酸衍生物包括1-萘磺酸,1,3,6-萘三磺酸钠,1,5-萘二磺酸钠,木质素磺酸钠,α-萘磺酸钠,β-萘磺酸钠;所述脂肪族磺酸衍生物包括脂肪醇硫酸钠。
优选的是,所述分散剂为无机分散剂、有机小分子分散剂和超分散剂(又称高分子分散剂)中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述的无机分散剂包括聚磷酸盐、碳酸盐、硅酸盐;所述有机小分子分散剂包括月桂酰二乙醇胺、失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯非离子型表面活性剂;所述阴离子型表面活性剂包括苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物、磺化木质素类、亚甲基萘磺酸类、木质素磺酸盐类。所述超分散剂包括聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸衍生物、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物、水性聚氨酯型类分散剂。
优选的是,所述的pH缓冲剂为有机碱性物质一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇中的一种或多种;或无机碱性物质碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸一氢钠中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述的杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂,包括杀菌剂Preventol D7、杀菌剂Proxel GXL等广谱杀菌剂中的一种。
本发明还提供了一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法为按重量组成称取去离子水、pH缓冲剂、杀菌剂、封闭剂、分散剂,混合并搅拌均匀后加入阳离子染料,再添加0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨1-10小时,调整转速为600-2000r/min,直到粒径<250nm,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料水性色浆。
优选的是,研磨方式还包括高压均质机研磨、超声波分散、摇摆机研磨。
本发明还提供了一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其重量份数组成为:
阳离子染料10.00~40.00;
封闭剂5.00~25.00;
分散剂5.00~27.00;
pH缓冲剂0.50~2.50;
杀菌剂0.10~1.00;
去离子水4.5~79.40;
按上述组成称取去离子水、pH缓冲剂、杀菌剂、封闭剂、分散剂,混合搅拌均匀后加入阳离子染料,再添加0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨1-10小时,调整转速为600-2000r/min,直到粒径<250nm,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料水性色浆。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明制备的分散型阳离子染料水性色浆具有极高的稳定性,在60℃高温下存储一个月可保持粒径、色彩不变。可广泛用于腈纶、酸改性涤纶等合成纤维的染色、印花等。
本发明申请所用水溶性阳离子染料,在研磨封闭剂作用下成为不溶性色淀,并且由于阳离子基团被封闭,从而成为一种变性阳离子染料,即分散型阳离子染料,保证了阳离子染料以一种化学稳定的状态存在,通过大量实验发现,色浆pH值可以稳定地维持在中性或者弱碱性条件下,从而保证了喷头安全,解决了水溶性阳离子染料未经封闭,造成的不稳定和喷头腐蚀性问题。也可以选用已经经过封闭的分散型阳离子染料,经过试验发现,同样能够在过量封闭剂存在下,保持色浆稳定,为进一步制造数码印花喷墨墨水提供了实用性条件。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的阐述说明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明所要保护的范围。
本发明提供一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其按重量份数由以下组分组成:
阳离子染料10.00~40.00;
封闭剂5.00~25.00;
分散剂5.00~27.00;
pH缓冲剂0.50~2.50;
杀菌剂0.10~1.00;
去离子水4.5~79.40。

在本发明的实施例中,所述封闭剂可选择克拉玛尔公司生产的1,3,6-萘三磺酸钠、对硝基苯磺酸钠,加拿大天柏公司生产的ARBO N22;所述分散剂可选择英国路博润公司生产的SOLSPERSE 44000、美德维实伟克公司生产的Reax 85A、英国迪高公司生产的TEGODispers 760W;所述pH缓冲剂可选择德国巴斯夫公司生产的三乙醇胺、北京伊诺凯科技有限公司生产的磷酸一氢钠;所述杀菌剂可选择瑞士龙沙公司生产的Proxel GXL、德国朗盛化学公司生产的Preventol D7。
实施例1:
一种分散型阳离子染料红水性色浆,其按重量份数包括以下组分:分散阳离子红SD-FG 20.00、1,3,6-萘三磺酸钠9.00、SOLSPERSE 44000 19.50、三乙醇胺0.90、ProxelGXL 0.20、去离子水50.40。将上述组分按比例混合均匀后加入0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨8小时,调整转速为1700r/min,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料红水性色浆DM-001S。
实施例2:
一种分散型阳离子染料黄水性色浆,其按重量份数包括以下组分:分散阳离子黄SD-3RL 12.00、对硝基苯磺酸钠6.50、Reax 85A 12.00、三乙醇胺1.00、Preventol D70.20、去离子水68.30。将上述组分按比例混合均匀后加入0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨6小时,调整转速为950r/min,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料黄水性色浆DY-001S。
实施例3:
一种分散型阳离子染料蓝水性色浆,其按重量份数包括以下组分:分散阳离子蓝GSL-ED 15.00、ARBO N22 8.00、TEGO Dispers 760W 17.50、磷酸一氢钠1.25、Proxel GXL0.20、去离子水58.05。将上述组分按比例混合均匀后加入0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨9小时,调整转速为1900r/min,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料蓝水性色浆DC-001S。
实施例4:
一种分散型阳离子染料黑水性色浆,其按重量份数包括以下组分:分散阳离子黑SD-FBL 32.00、1,3,6-萘三磺酸钠14.50、Reax 85A 24.00、三乙醇胺1.85、PreventolD70.20、去离子水27.45。将上述组分按比例混合均匀后加入0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨10小时,调整转速为2000r/min,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料黑水性色浆DK-001S。
实施例5:
一种分散型阳离子染料黄水性色浆,其按重量份数包括以下组分:阳离子黄X-5GL12.00、ARBO N22 24.50、Reax 85A 21.00、磷酸一氢钠1.5、Proxel GXL 0.20、去离子水40.8。将上述组分按比例混合均匀后加入0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨10小时,调整转速为1750r/min,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料黄水性色浆DY-002S。
本发明的实施效果:
按照国家相关标准,分别对本发明的分散型阳离子染料水性色浆的性能进行检测,老化条件为60℃烘箱中老化4周,测试结果如表1所示。

尽管本发明已作了详细说明并引证了实施例,但对于本领域的普通技术人员,显然可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征是:其重量份数组成为:
阳离子染料10.00~40.00;
封闭剂5.00~25.00;
分散剂5.00~27.00;
pH缓冲剂0.50~2.50;
杀菌剂0.10~1.00;
去离子水4.5~79.40;
其中所述阳离子染料包括水溶性阳离子染料和分散型阳离子染料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征在于:所述封闭剂为有机磺酸化合物,包括苯系萘磺酸衍生物、萘系磺酸衍生物、脂肪族磺酸衍生物中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征在于:所述苯系萘磺酸衍生物包括二硝基苯磺酸,4,4’-联苯二磺酸钠,4-硝基-2-磺酸甲苯衍生物,对硝基甲苯磺酸钠,对硝基苯磺酸钠和对氯苯磺酸钠;所述萘系磺酸衍生物包括1-萘磺酸,1,3,6-萘三磺酸钠,1,5-萘二磺酸钠,木质素磺酸钠,α-萘磺酸钠,β-萘磺酸钠;所述脂肪族磺酸衍生物包括脂肪醇硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征在于:所述分散剂为无机分散剂、有机小分子分散剂和超分散剂中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征在于:所述的无机分散剂包括聚磷酸盐、碳酸盐、硅酸盐;所述有机小分子分散剂包括月桂酰二乙醇胺、失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯非离子型表面活性剂;所述阴离子型表面活性剂包括苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、甲基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物、磺化木质素类、亚甲基萘磺酸类、木质素磺酸盐类。所述超分散剂包括聚羧酸盐、聚丙烯酸衍生物、聚甲基丙烯酸衍生物、水性聚氨酯型类分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征在于:所述的pH缓冲剂为有机碱性物质一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇中的一种或多种;或无机碱性物质碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸一氢钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂,包括杀菌剂Preventol D7或杀菌剂Proxel GXL。
8.一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法为按重量组成称取去离子水、pH缓冲剂、杀菌剂、封闭剂、分散剂,混合并搅拌均匀后加入阳离子染料,再添加0.3mm锆珠,在卧式砂磨机中研磨1-10小时,调整转速为600-2000r/min,直到粒径<250nm,待色浆降至室温后先后经5.0μm和1.0μm的过滤芯过滤得到分散型阳离子染料水性色浆。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种分散型阳离子染料水性色浆的制备方法,其特征在于:
