Abstract
本发明提供了高速旋转雾化器用减震垫,其不仅可提高减震效果,延长雾化器连续使用时间以及自身使用寿命,且支撑效果好;其包括雾化器,所述雾化器外壁套装有呈倒T字型的支撑盘,所述雾化器通过所述支撑盘连接反应塔保护筒体,所述支撑盘与所述反应塔保护筒体之间装配有减震装置,所述减震装置为片状的减震垫,所述减震垫安装于所述支撑盘底面。

技术领域
本发明涉及雾化设备技术领域,具体为高速旋转雾化器用减震垫。
背景技术
当采用半干法工艺对垃圾焚烧发电厂烟气进行脱酸(即脱除烟气中的SO2、HCl)处理时,需要通过石灰浆中和,此时高速旋转雾化器被广泛应用于石灰浆液的雾化以实现脱酸,则雾化器高效稳定的运行也是烟气能够达标排放的重要保证,而雾化器在高速旋转时,会与其连接的反应塔保护筒体之间产生震动,现有是在雾化器和反应塔保护筒体之间安装多个减震柱,但是通过安装减震柱,其接触面积小,减震的效果并不理想,甚而会加大两者之间的震动感,从而会使雾化器的连续使用时间缩短,严重的更会导致内部轴承的损坏等,且减震柱自身使用寿命也会缩短,而随着烟气排量的不断增加,大功率、大喷量的雾化器已经出现并将得到广泛使用,则雾化器的体积和重量也会相应的增加,但如果继续沿用现有的减震设计的话,仍会出现减震不理想等的问题,且支撑效果也不好。
发明内容
针对现有使用的减震柱减震效果不理想、影响雾化器连续使用时间以及自身使用寿命缩短的问题,本发明提供了高速旋转雾化器用减震垫,其不仅可提高减震效果,延长雾化器连续使用时间以及自身使用寿命,且支撑效果好。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括雾化器,所述雾化器外壁套装有呈倒T字型的支撑盘,所述雾化器通过所述支撑盘连接反应塔保护筒体,所述支撑盘与所述反应塔保护筒体之间装配有减震装置,其特征在于:所述减震装置为片状的减震垫,所述减震垫安装于所述支撑盘底面。
其进一步特征在于:
所述减震垫采用的材质为尼龙PA66材料,所述减震垫呈圆弧形,所述减震垫设有三片,且环形固定于所述支撑盘底面,相邻的所述减震垫之间留有间隙;
所述减震垫的扇形角度为120°,所述减震垫的厚度为15mm;
每片所述减震垫上均设有3个螺孔,所述螺孔之间的扇形角度为30°。
本发明的有益效果是,支撑盘底面装配的片状减震垫,可以增加支撑盘和反应塔保护筒体之间的接触面积,保证雾化器的安装稳固可靠,并增加了震动的缓冲和传导效率,减震垫采用的材质为尼龙PA66材料,其具有良好的抗冲击、耐高低温、高韧性等优良特性,可适应雾化器高温、高腐蚀的恶劣环境,其硬度既可以吸收雾化器本身的震动又可以防止保护筒体传导至雾化器,从而最大限度的控制雾化器在较小震动条件下长期稳定运行,并提高自身的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,本发明包括雾化器1,雾化器1外壁套装有呈倒T字型的支撑盘2,雾化器1通过支撑盘2连接反应塔保护筒体,支撑盘2与反应塔保护筒体之间装配有减震装置,减震装置为片状的减震垫3,减震垫3通过螺栓安装于支撑盘2底面,可以增加支撑盘2和保护筒体的接触面积,保证雾化器1的安装稳固可靠,增加震动的缓冲和传导效率;减震垫3采用的材质为高弹性的尼龙PA66材料,且其弹性强度为PU70~95MPa;尼龙PA66材料具有良好的抗冲击、耐高低温、高韧性等优良特性,能适应雾化器高温、高腐蚀的恶劣环境,其硬度既可以吸收雾化器本身的震动又可以防止保护筒体传导至雾化器,从而最大限度的控制雾化器在较小震动条件下长期稳定运行,且减少因震动导致的轴承损坏等故障,并提高自身的使用寿命,与现有使用的减震柱相比,对震动的吸收效果增加40%以上,减震垫的使用寿命延长2倍以上。
减震垫3的厚度为15mm;减震垫3的扇形角度为120°,减震垫3呈圆弧形,减震垫3设有三片,且环形固定于支撑盘2底面,相邻的减震垫3之间留有20mm间隙,该间隙可防止雾化器在震动时,使得减震垫3留有压伸空间,每片减震垫3上均设有3个螺孔4,螺孔4之间的扇形角度为30°,3片独立的减震垫3可以利用支撑盘2上的螺孔进行固定,安装拆卸都比较方便。

1.高速旋转雾化器用减震垫,其包括雾化器,所述雾化器外壁套装有呈倒T字型的支撑盘,所述雾化器通过所述支撑盘连接反应塔保护筒体,所述支撑盘与所述反应塔保护筒体之间装配有减震装置,其特征在于:所述减震装置为片状的减震垫,所述减震垫安装于所述支撑盘底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速旋转雾化器用减震垫,其特征在于:所述减震垫采用的材质为尼龙PA66材料,所述减震垫呈圆弧形,所述减震垫设有三片,且环形固定于所述支撑盘底面,相邻的所述减震垫之间留有间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速旋转雾化器用减震垫,其特征在于:所述减震垫的扇形角度为120°,所述减震垫的厚度为15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速旋转雾化器用减震垫,其特征在于:每片所述减震垫上均设有3个螺孔,所述螺孔之间的扇形角度为30°。
