Abstract
一种适用于输送由塑料材料制成的瓶子(13)的装置,瓶子(13)在颈部(13a)有一个法兰(12),此法兰部分插入侧面凹槽(10,11)中并由其进行导向,凹槽的开口彼此相对,法兰(12)放置在凹槽的下边缘上并可沿凹槽滑动。在凹槽(10,11)内部还装有用于从侧面管道(17,18)中吹压缩空气用的排气孔(14,15)。在由瓶(13)颈部(13a)形成的轨道上方还延伸了一个管道(19),此管道通过一个狭缝(20)开口至上述轨道,并与一个产生负压的抽气装置相联。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在悬挂结构上输送空瓶的装置,此装置特别适用于输送重量轻的由塑料材料制成的瓶子,瓶子颈部有环状法兰,法兰悬挂地放置在导轨上面,在运行路径两侧安装有压缩空气供给装置,可以很方便地定向,以给瓶子施加一个推力而沿轨道向推进方向输送瓶子。
背景技术
欧洲专利EP-A-344417号专利描述了一种用于输送具有前述特征的塑料瓶子的装置,该装置特征在于,压缩空气喷嘴与瓶子推进方向成斜角,且基本上布置在能够直接作用于紧靠瓶颈的上边部分的区域。
另一方面,欧洲专利EP-A-423261号专利申请描述了一种上述类型的输送装置,其压缩空气喷嘴的喷气方向高于或低于支承瓶颈法兰或凸缘的轨道。
在上述已有技术的公布及已知装置中,瓶或容器颈部的法兰或凸缘放置在输送路线两侧的轨道上,空气喷射装置从两侧倾斜地喷到瓶身甚至上述法兰(EP-A-423261)的上部。这样一种构造必然导致瓶子可以翘起而偏离垂直中心线特别是相对于悬挂区域产生摆动,由此形成引起阻塞和影响平稳输送的隐患,还可能损坏瓶的外表面和瓶壁(由于向导轨喷气而引起)从而破坏后者的完整性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种消除上述缺点的能在悬挂结构稳定地传送空瓶的装置。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于在悬挂结构上输送空瓶的装置,空瓶是重量轻的由塑料材料制成的瓶子,在瓶子的颈部有一个凸缘或法兰,所述的装置包括:用于夹住所述的瓶子的法兰的导轨,和在所述的瓶子的瓶体的两侧供应压缩空气通过所述的导轨的装置,所述的装置定向成把一个推力压在所述的瓶体上,使在所述的导轨上沿推的方向传送所述的瓶体,所述的导轨有两个侧凹槽,所述的凹槽具有相互面对的开口侧,所述的瓶子的法兰部分插入其中,和放置在各凹槽的下缘上,并可沿所述的凹槽滑动,其特征在于在所述的凹槽的内侧设有排气孔用来供出从侧管道来的压缩空气。
优选地,在瓶颈运行路径的上方装有一个管道,通过对准路径中心的一个狭缝开口至上述路径,上述管道与一个产生负压(压力值可调)的抽气装置相联,这样有助于使瓶子升起。这样一个元件组合及相应的安装可以使瓶子在对其环形法兰进行导向的侧凹槽中滑动时摩擦力达到最小。后者由通过凹槽内部压缩空气的推力产生的气垫来驱动,由上部管道施加一个吸力而使其向上升起,实际上瓶子在侧凹槽中滑动时是悬浮的。上述上部抽气装置还可以从瓶子内部抽出尘土和其它颗粒以保持瓶子干净。

仅有的图1是前面已经说明过的瓶子输送路线的垂直断面图,表示了本发明的基本元件和在操作过程中元件之间的相互任用。
根据本发明,在已有技术中,导轨由两个侧凹槽10,11构成,其横断面如一个躺倒的″U″形,开口直接相对,并支承着所输送瓶子13环形法兰12的边缘部分,该法兰12在上述凹槽10,11中受导向,放置在各凹槽的下缘上,在从凹槽内的排气孔14,15中喷出的压缩空气的作用下可实现纵向滑动。为达到这个效果,可以看到,在框架16每一侧都对应地有一个管道17,18,用来提供压缩空气并使之通过上述排气孔14,15,排气孔14,15由倾斜的喷嘴制成,喷嘴所定方向能够使瓶子13沿给定的推进方向纵向前进,而这种前进是通过其法兰12沿上述侧凹槽10,11滑动的方式实现的。
如前所述,在瓶颈13a的运行路径上部,还装有另外一个管道19。对准路径中心线开有一个纵向狭缝20,上述管道19与一个产生负压的抽气装置(没有表示出但其结构已知)相联。
很明显,本发明所涉及装置中将包括一些用于把流过排气孔14,15的空气压力和管道19产生的负压力调节到适当值的设备,以便按所输送瓶子的特性调整上述压力值。
如有必要,本发明所述装置也可以按常规方法另外从输送线两侧向瓶子13侧面喷射压缩空气,以便在悬挂结构上推动瓶子前进。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于在悬挂结构上输送空瓶的装置(13),空瓶是重量轻的由塑料材料制成的瓶子,在瓶子的颈部(13a)有一个凸缘或法兰(12),所述的装置包括:
用于夹住所述的瓶子的法兰的导轨,和在所述的瓶子(13)的瓶体的两侧供应压缩空气通过所述的导轨的装置,所述的装置定向成把一个推力压在所述的瓶体上,使在所述的导轨上沿推的方向传送所述的瓶体,
所述的导轨有两个侧凹槽(10,11),所述的凹槽具有相互面对的开口侧,所述的瓶子(13)的法兰(12)部分插入其中,和放置在各凹槽(10,11)的下缘上,并可沿所述的凹槽(10,11)滑动,
其特征在于在所述的凹槽(10,11)的内侧设有排气孔(14,15)用来供出从侧管道(17,18)来的压缩空气。
2.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于还有一个管道(19)设在所述的瓶颈(13a)行进路线的上方,所述的管道开口至行进路线并与在所述的瓶颈(13a)上产生负压的抽气装置相连。
3.按照权利要求1的装置,其特征在于所述的排气孔(14,15)包括喷嘴,所述的喷嘴定向在便于所述的瓶子(13)沿所述的侧凹槽(10,11)沿给定方向运行的方向上。
