Abstract
本发明公开了一种含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂的制备方法,其特征在于采用环氧树脂E‑54,长链脂肪醇,磺化试剂,路易斯酸催化剂为原料,经缩合反应,磺化反应和水解反应制备而成,该含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂的制备方法具有制备工艺简单,原料易得,成本较低的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于表面活性剂领域,特别是涉及一种新型含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
利用表面活性剂进行三次采油是油田经过一次采油和二次采油后进一步提高采油率的有效手段。我国大多数油藏矿化度和钙镁离子含量较高,这样就对表面活性剂提出了耐高钙镁离子、耐高矿化度的性能要求。目前,在三次采油中主要使用阴离子型,两性型和非离子型表面活性剂。
活性剂是由两条亲水链和两条亲油链的经过连接基链接而构成的,被认为是最有研究意义的驱油用表面活性剂之一。由于其结构的特殊性,使其具有很多优异的性能,如更低的临界胶束浓度(CMC),更低的克拉夫特点,更低表面张力,与其他表面活性剂复配能产生更好的协同效应等。由于阴离子表面活性剂具有溶解性好,在岩石表面吸附量小,耐温性能等特点,因此,研制开发阴离子型双子表面活性剂引起人们极大的兴趣。中国专利CN105396504A公布了一种以脂肪醇、环氧氯丙烷和琥珀酸酐为主要原料制备的阴离子双子表面活性剂制备方法;彭国峰等采用AEO-9、三溴化磷、双酚A、氢氧化钠和氯磺酸等为原料合成了一种以双酚A为支撑基的磺酸盐型双子表面活性剂(彭国峰, 赵田红, 黄志宇. 新型阴-非离子Gemini表面活性剂[J]. 油气田地面工程, 2012, 31(9):16-17.)。然而,上述方法所制备的阴离子型双子表面活性剂都存在合成工艺较为复杂,成本较高的缺陷。
据双子表面活性剂特殊的结构特征,设计了系列含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂及其制备工艺方法,制备方法具有原料易得、工艺简单,成本低,收率较高的特点,因此具有良好的应用前景。
发明内容
一种含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂的制备方法,其特征在于按下述步骤实施:在脂肪醇中,加入路易斯酸催化剂,边搅拌边升温至50-70℃后,缓慢滴加入含有环氧树脂E-54的1,2-二氯乙烷溶液,滴完后继续恒温反应2-6小时,降温并控制温度低于25℃下开始缓慢滴加入磺化试剂,滴完后,继续在温度20-50℃范围内反应2-4小时,反应结束后,缓慢滴入蒸馏水,然后升温常压蒸馏蒸出1,2-二氯乙烷,继续升温至回流进行水解反应2-4小时,反应结束后,调节pH至中性,减压脱水,脱水后,加入无水乙醇,再升温回流1-2小时后,趁热抽滤,将滤液进行常压蒸馏脱除乙醇,即得含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂;上述所述的脂肪醇为十二醇,或为十四醇,或为十六醇,或为十八醇;上述所述的路易斯酸催化剂为三氟化硼乙醚络合物,或为四氯化锡;上述所述的磺化试剂为氯磺酸,或为发烟硫酸。一种含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂,其特征在于可由上述方法进行制备。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂及其制备方法。下面通过具体实例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
在反应器中加入38克十二醇,39克环氧树脂E-54和0.8克三氟化硼乙醚络合物,加入50克1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,边搅拌边升温至50℃,后继续恒温反应4.5小时,反应结束后,降温至20℃,然后缓慢滴加入75克氯磺酸,控制温度在20-25℃,继续反应2小时,反应结束后,缓慢滴入200克蒸馏水,然后升温常压蒸馏蒸出1,2-二氯乙烷,继续升温至回流进行水解反应2小时,反应结束后,调节pH至中性,减压脱水,脱水后,加入500克无水乙醇,升温回流1小时后,趁热抽滤,将滤液进行常压蒸馏脱除乙醇,即得二(十二烷基氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂84克,收率为91.6%。
实施例2
操作过程同实施例1,只是将“38克十二醇”改为“45克十四醇”,即得二(十四烷基氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂90克,收率为92.5%。
实施例3
操作过程同实施例1,只是将“38克十二醇”改为“50克十六醇”,即得二(十六烷基氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂95克,收率为92.3%。
实施例4
操作过程同实施例1,只是将“38克十二醇”改为“56克十八醇”,即得二(十八烷基氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂101克,收率为93.0%。
实施例5
操作过程同实施例1,只是将“降温至20℃,然后缓慢滴加入75克氯磺酸,控制温度在20-25℃,”改为“降温至40℃,缓慢滴加入125克质量百分比浓度为50%的发烟硫酸,控制温度在40-45℃”。即得二(十二烷基氧基-2-羟基丙氧基)二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂85.5克,收率为93.2%。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内,做出的变化、添加或替换,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂的制备方法,其特征在于按下述步骤实施:在脂肪醇中,加入路易斯酸催化剂,边搅拌边升温至50-70℃后,缓慢滴加入含有环氧树脂E-54的1,2-二氯乙烷溶液,滴完后继续恒温反应2-6小时,降温并控制温度低于25℃下开始缓慢滴加入磺化试剂,滴完后,继续在温度20-50℃范围内反应2-4小时,反应结束后,缓慢滴入蒸馏水,然后升温常压蒸馏蒸出1,2-二氯乙烷,继续升温至回流进行水解反应2-4小时,反应结束后,调节pH至中性,减压脱水,脱水后,加入无水乙醇,再升温回流1-2小时后,趁热抽滤,将滤液进行常压蒸馏脱除乙醇,即得含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂;上述所述的脂肪醇为十二醇,或为十四醇,或为十六醇,或为十八醇;上述所述的路易斯酸催化剂为三氟化硼乙醚络合物,或为四氯化锡;上述所述的磺化试剂为氯磺酸,或为发烟硫酸。
2.一种含二苯基丙烷阴离子型Gemini表面活性剂,其特征在于可由权利要求1所述方法进行制备。
