本发明公开了一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸,按照重量份包括在100份原浆中含有1‑5份改性剂和1‑3份阻燃剂,其中所述改性剂按重量份包括50‑60份二氧化钛、10‑15份珍珠岩、10‑15份二硫化钼和1‑5份稀土元素;所述阻燃剂按重量份包括40‑50份的红磷、20‑30份异氰脲酸酯、10‑15份的次磷酸铝、1‑5份的氢氧化钠、1‑5份的马来酰亚胺和1‑5份的石墨烯。通过本发明所得到的瓦楞纸,通过在造纸原料中添加改性剂和阻燃剂,大大增强了瓦楞纸的耐破指数和阻燃性能,使得本瓦楞纸具备较高的强度和阻燃性,提高了瓦楞纸箱的使用寿命。另外采用自主研发的施胶剂,进一步提高瓦楞纸的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术,特别是一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸质家具是材料以纸质为主的家具都可以统称纸家具。如瓦楞纸家具。纸家具常用的材质是瓦楞纸,与包装物流领域的纸箱在工艺上区别不大,表面就是牛皮纸,只不过选用了最好的材料,本身的承重力更强,而且通过结构设计可以实现更大承重。这些家具大多用的都是进口纸张,防水性很好,能够防水5分钟以上,因此很容易清洁,只需要用湿布擦洗就行。相比传统家具,纸家具的造价并不低,但是相对于有品牌、有设计的传统家具,一些普通纸家具的成本还是较低的,售价也低得多。但传统意义上的纸质家具还是存在一定的问题,如阻燃性不高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种整体结构强度较高、更为环保的阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸及其制备方法。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸,所述瓦楞纸按照重量份包括在100份原浆中含有1-5份改性剂和1-3份阻燃剂,其中所述改性剂按重量份包括50-60份二氧化钛、10-15份珍珠岩、10-15份二硫化钼和1-5份稀土元素;所述阻燃剂按重量份包括40-50份的红磷、20-30份异氰脲酸酯、10-15份的次磷酸铝、1-5份的氢氧化钠、1-5份的马来酰亚胺和1-5份的石墨烯。
所述瓦楞纸的表面涂覆有施胶剂,其中施胶剂按重量份包括20-30份纳米丁腈橡胶、10-15份环氧树脂、5-10份的改性酚醛树脂、5-10份水凝胶、20-30份尿素和40-50份水。
一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取造纸原料,加水进行泡浆,投入碎浆机中粉碎,使造纸原料离解为纸浆;
步骤二、所述纸浆依次经过压力筛和除渣器除去杂质;
步骤三、经除杂后的纸浆输入至磨盘进行打浆处理,制得原浆;
步骤四、往以重量计的100份原浆中加入1-5份改性剂和1-3份阻燃剂,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为10-20%的抄纸浆,
步骤五、将抄纸浆送至网部成型脱水至干度为15-25%;
步骤六、成型后的浆料输送至压榨部,压榨部将所述浆料压榨脱水至干度为40-50%,然后采用施胶机将施胶剂均匀涂抹在纸张表面;
步骤七、将表面施过胶的瓦楞纸半成品放入烘缸内,调至温度到105-110℃,水份在2-4%,放在室内静置24小时以后,再取出放在通风干燥处放置24小时,即可得到阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸。
所述造纸原料按重量份包括木屑70-80份和废纸20-30份。
所述改性剂的制备方法是将50-60份二氧化钛、10-15份珍珠岩、10-15份二硫化钼和1-5份稀土元素混合均匀,然后边搅拌边加热,加热温度是200-250℃,待冷却后研磨成粉末即得改性剂。
所述阻燃剂的制备方法是先将40-50份的红磷、20-30份异氰脲酸酯、10-15份的次磷酸铝和1-5份的石墨烯混合均匀,然后放入反应釜中,加热温度为600-700℃,加热时间30min,待冷却至200℃后再加1-5份的氢氧化钠、1-5份的马来酰亚胺,加热时间15min,冷却后研磨成粉末即得阻燃剂。
所述施胶剂的制备方法是将20-30份纳米丁腈橡胶、10-15份环氧树脂、5-10份的改性酚醛树脂、5-10份水凝胶、20-30份尿素和40-50份水,搅拌均匀后加热至50-60℃使各成分全部溶解,待温度自然降低至室温即可。
所述改性剂中的二氧化钛作为粘结剂,可以提高各个原料之间的粘结强度,珍珠岩可做保温材料,提高耐热性,二硫化钼作为润滑剂,稀土元素促进上述有效成分的功效发挥,最终提高瓦楞纸的强度。

所述阻燃剂中的红磷和异氰脲酸酯,均有高效的阻燃剂,可以提高阻燃能力。次磷酸铝和马来酰亚胺具有良好的热稳定性和阻燃性。石墨烯则用于促进阻燃有效成分的功效发挥,最终提高其阻燃能力。采用本发明的生产方法制得的瓦楞纸的各项性能和物质指标完全符合瓦楞纸的各项要求。
所述施胶剂中的纳米丁腈橡胶、环氧树脂、改性酚醛树脂,能大幅度提高表面施胶的效果,增强瓦楞纸环压强度。另外将水凝胶加入瓦楞纸表面施胶剂基料中,能够改善施胶剂施胶后纸张的疏水性,同时还可以改善各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系。
所述造纸原料包括木屑和废纸,有效的利用各行业所产生的废弃物,适应全社会倡导的节能环保以及循环经济精神。

本实施例提供的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸,所述瓦楞纸按照重量份包括在100份原浆中含有3份改性剂和3份阻燃剂,其中所述改性剂按重量份包括50份二氧化钛、10份珍珠岩、10份二硫化钼和1份稀土元素;所述阻燃剂按重量份包括40份的红磷、20份异氰脲酸酯、10份的次磷酸铝、1份的氢氧化钠、1份的马来酰亚胺和1份的石墨烯。
所述瓦楞纸的表面涂覆有施胶剂,其中施胶剂按重量份包括20份纳米丁腈橡胶、10份环氧树脂、5份的改性酚醛树脂、5份水凝胶、20份尿素和40份水。
一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取造纸原料,加水进行泡浆,投入碎浆机中粉碎,使造纸原料离解为纸浆;
步骤二、所述纸浆依次经过压力筛和除渣器除去杂质;
步骤三、经除杂后的纸浆输入至磨盘进行打浆处理,制得原浆;
步骤四、往以重量计的100份原浆中加入3份改性剂和3份阻燃剂,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为10-20%的抄纸浆,
步骤五、将抄纸浆送至网部成型脱水至干度为15-25%;
步骤六、成型后的浆料输送至压榨部,压榨部将所述浆料压榨脱水至干度为40-50%,然后采用施胶机将施胶剂均匀涂抹在纸张表面;
步骤七、将表面施过胶的瓦楞纸半成品放入烘缸内,调至温度到105-110℃,水份在2-4%,放在室内静置24小时以后,再取出放在通风干燥处放置24小时,即可得到阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸。
所述造纸原料按重量份包括木屑70份和废纸30份。
所述改性剂的制备方法是将50份二氧化钛、10份珍珠岩、10份二硫化钼和1份稀土元素混合均匀,然后边搅拌边加热,加热温度是200-250℃,待冷却后研磨成粉末即得改性剂。
所述阻燃剂的制备方法是先将40份的红磷、20份异氰脲酸酯、10份的次磷酸铝和1份的石墨烯混合均匀,然后放入反应釜中,加热温度为600-700℃,加热时间30min,待冷却至200℃后再加1份的氢氧化钠、1份的马来酰亚胺,加热时间15min,冷却后研磨成粉末即得阻燃剂。
所述施胶剂的制备方法是将20份纳米丁腈橡胶、10份环氧树脂、5份的改性酚醛树脂、5份水凝胶、20份尿素和40份水,搅拌均匀后加热至50-60℃使各成分全部溶解,待温度自然降低至室温即可。
本实施例制得的瓦楞纸的耐破强度为730Kpa,环压指数为8.1 N·m /g。同时该瓦楞纸的阻燃性能优良,其平均引燃时间为50s。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述改性剂按重量份包括60份二氧化钛、15份珍珠岩、15份二硫化钼和5份稀土元素。
本实施例制得的瓦楞纸的耐破强度为700KPa,环压指数为7.9 N·m /g。同时该瓦楞纸的阻燃性能优良,其平均引燃时间为50s。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述阻燃剂按重量份包括50份的红磷、30份异氰脲酸酯、15份的次磷酸铝、5份的氢氧化钠、5份的马来酰亚胺和5份的石墨烯。
本实施例制得的瓦楞纸的耐破强度为710KPa,环压指数为8.0 N·m /g。同时该瓦楞纸的阻燃性能优良,其平均引燃时间为50s。
实施例4:
本实施例提供的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述施胶剂按重量份包括30份纳米丁腈橡胶、15份环氧树脂、10份的改性酚醛树脂、10份水凝胶、30份尿素和50份水。
本实施例制得的瓦楞纸的耐破强度为750KPa,环压指数为8.3 N·m /g。同时该瓦楞纸的阻燃性能优良,其平均引燃时间为50s。

Claims (7)
1.一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸,其特征在于,所述瓦楞纸按照重量份包括在100份原浆中含有1-5份改性剂和1-3份阻燃剂,其中所述改性剂按重量份包括50-60份二氧化钛、10-15份珍珠岩、10-15份二硫化钼和1-5份稀土元素;所述阻燃剂按重量份包括40-50份的红磷、20-30份异氰脲酸酯、10-15份的次磷酸铝、1-5份的氢氧化钠、1-5份的马来酰亚胺和1-5份的石墨烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸,其特征在于,所述瓦楞纸的表面涂覆有施胶剂,其中施胶剂按重量份包括20-30份纳米丁腈橡胶、10-15份环氧树脂、5-10份的改性酚醛树脂、5-10份水凝胶、20-30份尿素和40-50份水。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取造纸原料,加水进行泡浆,投入碎浆机中粉碎,使造纸原料离解为纸浆;
步骤二、所述纸浆依次经过压力筛和除渣器除去杂质;
步骤三、经除杂后的纸浆输入至磨盘进行打浆处理,制得原浆;
步骤四、往以重量计的100份原浆中加入1-5份改性剂和1-3份阻燃剂,充分搅拌,而后去除水分,得到含水率为10-20%的抄纸浆;
步骤五、将抄纸浆送至网部成型脱水至干度为15-25%;
步骤六、成型后的浆料输送至压榨部,压榨部将所述浆料压榨脱水至干度为40-50%,然后采用施胶机将施胶剂均匀涂抹在纸张表面;
步骤七、将表面施过胶的瓦楞纸半成品放入烘缸内,调至温度到105-110℃,水份在2-4%,放在室内静置24小时以后,再取出放在通风干燥处放置24小时,即可得到阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述造纸原料按重量份包括木屑70-80份和废纸20-30份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性剂的制备方法是将50-60份二氧化钛、10-15份珍珠岩、10-15份二硫化钼和1-5份稀土元素混合均匀,然后边搅拌边加热,加热温度是200-250℃,待冷却后研磨成粉末即得改性剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂的制备方法是先将40-50份的红磷、20-30份异氰脲酸酯、10-15份的次磷酸铝和1-5份的石墨烯混合均匀,然后放入反应釜中,加热温度为600-700℃,加热时间30min,待冷却至200℃后再加1-5份的氢氧化钠、1-5份的马来酰亚胺,加热时间15min,冷却后研磨成粉末即得阻燃剂。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃的纸质家具用瓦楞纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述施胶剂的制备方法是将20-30份纳米丁腈橡胶、10-15份环氧树脂、5-10份的改性酚醛树脂、5-10份水凝胶、20-30份尿素和40-50份水,搅拌均匀后加热至50-60℃使各成分全部溶解,待温度自然降低至室温即可。
