Abstract
本发明提供一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,将PBT树脂、相容剂和增韧剂混合,加热温度至80‑120℃搅拌反应20‑40min,得混合液A;向混合液A中继续加入阻燃剂和分散剂,在温度120‑140℃下持续搅拌反应30‑50min,得混合液B;将4,6‑二溴‑5‑氯‑2‑(2’‑氯苯氧基)苯酚和3‑11份2,6‑二溴‑4‑(4’‑氯苯氧基)苯酚制备抑菌混合剂;将得到的抑菌混合剂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入混合液B中,在温度60‑80℃、超声频率30‑40kHz下超声反应2‑4h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜。

技术领域
本发明涉及PBT薄膜生产技术领域,具体涉及一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺。
背景技术
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是乳白色或浅黄色、高度结晶的聚合物,表面平滑有光泽。在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能,长期使用温度可达120℃,电绝缘性优良,甚至在高温高频下,其电性能仍较好,但耐电晕性较差,抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性、尺寸稳定性都很好。PET有酯键,在强酸、强碱和水蒸汽作用下会发生分解,耐有机溶剂、耐候性好。缺点是结晶速率慢,成型加工困难,模塑温度高,生产周期长,冲击性能差。与PET相比,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)薄膜则存在玻璃转移点低、结晶速度快、流延成型透明、耐热性和耐药性好等优点。
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)是一种结晶型热塑性树脂,结晶速率快,可在较低的温度下迅速结晶,有利于成型加工。PBT的耐蠕变性能优异,力学性能受温度的影响较小,高温下尺寸稳定性优良,可用于高温受力的结构制件。PBT经过玻璃纤维增强改性后的热变形温度可提高280%,是塑料中增加幅度最大的品种之一。其电绝缘性能优良,介电强度高,耐候性、耐磨性较好,被广泛应用于汽车、电气、机械、无线电、纺织等工程配件以及日用品、周转箱、医疗卫生器材、建筑等材料。
然而,PBT尚存在一些不足,如对缺口冲击敏感,不耐强酸、强碱及苯酚类化学试剂;受结晶、工艺、模具等因素的影响,在成型过程中会出现各向异性,使制品发生翘曲、扭曲等。纯PBT的力学性能和耐热性都不好。纯PBT也存在着阻燃性不好(只能达到UL 94HB级)、热变形温度不高等缺点,严重限制了其在某些领域的应用。再者,随着人们生产生活环境的改变,现有的薄膜类产品广泛被用于食品包装、家装设计等领域中,而PBT薄膜在抗菌性能方面尚不具备,这也在一定程度上限制其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中PBT薄膜存在的上述不足,提供一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,以提高PBT薄膜的增韧性、抑菌性和阻燃性等综合性能,使其应用更为广泛。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将40-50份PBT树脂、10-14份相容剂和5-8份增韧剂混合,加热温度至80-120℃搅拌反应20-40min,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入4-6份阻燃剂和8-12份分散剂,在温度120-140℃下持续搅拌反应30-50min,得混合液B;
S3:将2-7份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和3-11份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、8-12份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2中混合液B中,在温度60-80℃、超声频率30-40kHz下超声反应2-4h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜。
优选的,步骤S1中所述PBT树脂45份、相容剂12份和增韧剂7份,加热温度至105℃搅拌反应35min。
优选的,所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为3-5:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为7-10:1。
优选的,步骤S2中所述阻燃剂5份、分散剂10份,在温度130℃下持续搅拌反应45min。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯或聚乙二醇400。
优选的,步骤S3将4.5份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和7份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
优选的,步骤S4中所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为10份,在温度75℃、超声频率33kHz下超声反应3.5h。
优选的,步骤S4中所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区150-160℃,二区160-168℃,三区170-176℃,四区180-185℃,五区182-188℃,六区190-198℃,七区180-188℃,八区180-185℃,九区185-200℃,机头205-210℃;混合物料于每区停留时间8-10s;螺杆转速450-550rpm。
优选的,步骤S4中所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为1.2-2cm/s,刮刀高度为0.2-0.4mm。
有益效果:
本发明所述环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,以PBT树脂为主材料,通过加入增韧剂和相容剂,提高PBT薄膜的延展性能;通过加入阻燃剂和分散剂,提高PBT薄膜的阻燃性能;为改善其抗菌性能,本发明以将4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂,并将其加入至PBT树脂中超声反应,以提高其抑菌性;通过调整双螺杆挤出机工艺和流延工艺最终制备得到PBT薄膜。本发明制作工艺步骤间环环相扣、有机衔接,通过选择不同组分及其配比,调整工艺条件,使得PBT薄膜兼具阻燃、抗菌和韧性多种功能,避免三者功能之间此消彼长,拓宽PBT薄膜的应用场景。本发明制备工艺环保、无污染,相比现有双螺杆挤出机温度相对较低,是一种环保节能的新工艺。

以下结合下述实施方式进一步说明本发明,下述实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而非限制本发明。
实施例1
S1:将40份PBT树脂、10份相容剂和5份增韧剂混合,加热温度至80℃搅拌反应20min,得混合液A;所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为3:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为7:1;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入4份氢氧化镁和8份硬脂酸单甘油酯,在温度120℃下持续搅拌反应30min,得混合液B;

S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、8份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2中混合液B中,在温度60℃、超声频率30kHz下超声反应2h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区150℃,二区160℃,三区170℃,四区180℃,五区182℃,六区190℃,七区180℃,八区180℃,九区185℃,机头205℃;混合物料于每区停留时间8s;螺杆转速450rpm;最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜,所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为1.2cm/s,刮刀高度为0.2mm。
实施例2
S1:将50份PBT树脂、14份相容剂和8份增韧剂混合,加热温度至120℃搅拌反应40min,得混合液A;所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为5:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为10:1;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入6份氢氧化铝和12份聚乙二醇400,在温度140℃下持续搅拌反应50min,得混合液B;
S3:将7份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和11份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、12份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2中混合液B中,在温度80℃、超声频率40kHz下超声反应4h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区160℃,二区168℃,三区176℃,四区185℃,五区188℃,六区198℃,七区188℃,八区185℃,九区200℃,机头210℃;混合物料于每区停留时间10s;螺杆转速550rpm;最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜,所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为2cm/s,刮刀高度为0.4mm。
实施例3
S1:将40份PBT树脂、12份相容剂和6份增韧剂混合,加热温度至95℃搅拌反应25min,得混合液A;所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为3.5:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为7.5:1;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入4.5份氢氧化镁和9份硬脂酸单甘油酯,在温度125℃下持续搅拌反应35min,得混合液B;
S3:将5份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和6份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、9份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2中混合液B中,在温度65℃、超声频率33kHz下超声反应2.5h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区152℃,二区162℃,三区172℃,四区180℃,五区184℃,六区192℃,七区183℃,八区180℃,九区190℃,机头205℃;混合物料于每区停留时间8s;螺杆转速500rpm;最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜,所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为1.5cm/s,刮刀高度为0.3mm。
实施例4
S1:将45份PBT树脂、14份相容剂和7份增韧剂混合,加热温度至115℃搅拌反应35min,得混合液A;所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为4.5:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为8.5:1;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入5.5份氢氧化铝和11份聚乙二醇400,在温度135℃下持续搅拌反应45min,得混合液B;
S3:将5.5份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和6.5份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、11份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2中混合液B中,在温度74℃、超声频率38kHz下超声反应3.5h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区158℃,二区166℃,三区176℃,四区183℃,五区188℃,六区195℃,七区188℃,八区185℃,九区195℃,机头210℃;混合物料于每区停留时间10s;螺杆转速550rpm;最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜,所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为2cm/s,刮刀高度为0.4mm。
实施例5
S1:将45份PBT树脂、12份相容剂和7份增韧剂混合,加热温度至105℃搅拌反应35min,得混合液A;所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为4:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为8:1;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入5份氢氧化铝和10份聚乙二醇400,在温度130℃下持续搅拌反应45min,得混合液B;
S3:将4.5份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和7份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、10份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2中混合液B中,在温度75℃、超声频率33kHz下超声反应3.5h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区155℃,二区162℃,三区173℃,四区182℃,五区186℃,六区196℃,七区183℃,八区180℃,九区187℃,机头208℃;混合物料于每区停留时间9s;螺杆转速500rpm;最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜,所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为1.5cm/s,刮刀高度为0.3mm。
将上述各实施例制备得到的PBT薄膜性能测试,结果如下:

Claims (9)
1.一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将40-50份PBT树脂、10-14份相容剂和5-8份增韧剂混合,加热温度至80-120℃搅拌反应20-40min,得混合液A;
S2:向步骤S1混合液A中继续加入4-6份阻燃剂和8-12份分散剂,在温度120-140℃下持续搅拌反应30-50min,得混合液B;
S3:将2-7份4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚和3-11份2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚混合加入三氯甲烷中混合并水洗三次,无水Na2SO4干燥,得抑菌混合剂;
S4:将步骤S3中得到的所述抑菌混合剂、8-12份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛加入步骤S2的混合液B中,在温度60-80℃、超声频率30-40kHz下超声反应2-4h;随后转入双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,最后通过流延工艺将干燥后的粒子制备成PBT薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述PBT树脂45份、相容剂12份和增韧剂7份,加热温度至105℃搅拌反应35min。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,所述增韧剂为聚酰胺树脂和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物组成的混合物,两者质量比为3-5:1;所述相容剂为甲基丙烯酸和环氧酸丁酯组成的混合物,两者质量比为7-10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述阻燃剂5份、分散剂10份,在温度130℃下持续搅拌反应45min。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯或聚乙二醇400。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述4,6-二溴-5-氯-2-(2’-氯苯氧基)苯酚4.5份和2,6-二溴-4-(4’-氯苯氧基)苯酚7份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛为10份,在温度75℃、超声频率33kHz下超声反应3.5h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为:一区150-160℃,二区160-168℃,三区170-176℃,四区180-185℃,五区182-188℃,六区190-198℃,七区180-188℃,八区180-185℃,九区185-200℃,机头205-210℃;混合物料于每区停留时间8-10s;螺杆转速450-550rpm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保节能PBT薄膜生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述流延工艺中控制流延机速度为1.2-2cm/s,刮刀高度为0.2-0.4mm。
