背景技术
当前,几乎所有车辆都装配有RKE系统,其包括用户所携带的RKE用户终端和安装在车辆内的RKE电子控制单元(ECU)。RKE ECU装配有或连接到射频(RF)接收机,用于接收来自RKE用户终端的信号,并控制车辆操作,如车门的锁定、解锁或发动机的启动。在一些情况下,出于提高安全认证目的或者为了在手持终端显示器上显示车辆数据,RKE功能需要在手持设备和车辆之间进行双向通信,从而应升级为射频收发机。

发明内容
可以看出,对于上述三种不同的功能来说,车辆内需要分别安装不同的硬件设备(RKE ECU、TPMS ECU和车库门开启装置42),这不利地提高了成本。并且,车辆内还冗余地安装了用于这三种功能的收发机,虽然其目的是相同的。
为此,本公开的目的在于提供一种使用单个公共收发机来集成这三种功能的方案。具体地,本公开提出了一种车辆控制系统,其使用一个硬件设备实现了所有RKE、TPMS和电器的远程控制的功能,降低了硬件成本,并节省了所需的车辆空间。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的优选实施方式。虽然附图中显示了本公开的优选实施方式,然而应该理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施方式所限制。相反,提供这些实施方式是为了使本公开更加透彻和完整,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
图2示出了根据本公开的车辆控制系统10所位于的环境1的示意图。如图2中所示,环境1包括根据本公开的车辆控制系统10,由车辆的用户携带的RKE用户终端20、一组TPMS传感器30和位于车辆外的至少一个远程控制终端40。
根据本公开的车辆控制系统10包括收发机100,其工作在次GHz(sub-GHz)频带,被配置为从RKE用户终端20、TPMS传感器30和远程控制终端40接收数据以及向它们发送数据。这里,次GHz频带是指1GHz以下的频带,更具体地,是指27MHz-960MHz的频带,该频带的应用覆盖消费电子、汽车、工业和医疗等领域,如视频/音频设备遥控器、车库门遥控器、照明控制、无线健康监控设备和可穿戴设备等。
车辆控制系统10还包括ECU 200,其与收发机100相连,并被配置为响应于来自RKE用户终端20的数据执行车辆的锁定或解锁功能。进一步地,ECU 200还被配置为接收来自TPMS传感器30的胎压数据。更进一步地,ECU 200还被配置为响应于用户操作来控制远程控制终端40。
也就是说,ECU 200集成了背景技术中所述的RKE ECU和TPMS ECU的功能,并且还集成了对终端40进行遥控的控制功能。在一种实现中,ECU 200可以嵌入在一个PEPS ECU中。即,对常规用于RKE的PEPS ECU进行扩展以用于还接收TPMS数据并控制一个或多个远程控制终端。
RKE用户终端20可以是用户携带的智能钥匙。当车辆处于停车状态时,如果从RKE用户终端20接收到数据,则ECU 200对RKE用户终端20进行验证。当验证通过时,ECU 200可以发起对车辆的锁定或解锁,或者启动车辆的发动机。
TPMS传感器30位于车辆的各个车胎内。当车辆发动机运行时,ECU 200可以接收来自TPMS传感器30的胎压数据并且使用接收到的胎压数据来评估胎压状况。例如,ECU 200可以将接收到的胎压数据与预定胎压阈值进行比较。如果接收到的胎压数据低于预定胎压阈值,ECU 200判断车辆的轮胎处于不安全状况,并向驾驶员提出报警以维护或更换轮胎。
在另一个实例中,ECU 200仅仅接收来自TPMS传感器30的胎压数据并将其直接广播出去,而不对其进行处理。在这种情况下,由车辆中的另一处理器来对获得的胎压数据进行处理。
通常,车辆的每个轮胎内会安装一个TPMS传感器30。因此,TPMS传感器30的数量通常取决于车辆所具有的轮胎的数量。例如,对于常见的具有4个轮胎的车辆,如家用汽车,TPMS传感器30的数量将会是4个或5个(包含备胎的情况)。又例如,对于包含8个或更多个轮胎的重型卡车的情况,TPMS传感器30的数量可以是8个或更多个。
TPMS传感器30的数量也可能多于或少于车辆所具有的轮胎的数量。作为示例,图2中示出了4个TPMS传感器30,然而本领域技术人员可以理解,本公开并不意在对TPMS传感器30的数量做任何限制。
在大多数情况下,ECU 200与TPMS传感器30之间的通信是单向通信,即,ECU 200仅从TPMS传感器30接收数据。然而,在一些其他情况下,ECU 200与TPMS传感器30之间的通信是双向通信,在这些情况下,ECU 200可以向TPMS传感器30发送命令。
在一种实现中,至少一个远程控制终端40可以用于控制一个或多个家用电器,如车库门开启装置、安全门、家庭警报、灯光或任何适合于远程控制的电器。
以下,以远程控制终端40是车库门开启系统的车库门接收机为例来对本公开进行描述,然而本领域技术人员可以理解,本公开中所述的远程控制终端40不限于车库门接收机,而是可以包括任何适合于远程控制的不位于车辆内的电器。车库门开启系统例如可以是Gentex公司提供的系统。
与图1中类似,图2中的车库门开启系统也包括位于车库门附近的车库门接收机40和由用户携带的手持远程终端41。与图1中不同,图2的车库门开启系统不包括由提供商提供的、要安装在车辆内的车库门开启装置42,而是将车库门开启装置42的功能由ECU 200实现。这样是可行的,是因为对于ECU 200,例如PEPS ECU来说,其中天然集成有实现通用车库门开启装置(Universal Garage DoorOpener,UGDO)的功能所需的收发机。
在配置步骤,ECU 200通过学习过程来学习车库门信号的特征和证书。可以通过将ECU 200设置在学习模式来进行学习过程。这可以通过用户致动位于车辆中的HMI而进入该模式。当在学习模式中时,用户致动手持远程终端41以允许ECU 200侦听,识别其特征和证书并将其存储在专用的存储器中。
在成功的学习过程之后,ECU 200可以响应于用户请求与车库门接收机40通信并控制车库门打开或关闭。例如,ECU 200可以响应于用户操作,如按压按钮44等,发送开启或关闭车库门的信号。车库门接收机40肯定地认证该信号和证书,如同其是由手持远程终端41发送的那样。
收发机100可以是单通道收发机,也可以是多通道收发机。当收发机100是单通道收发机时,所有功能必须使用相同载波频率(例如433.92MHz)进行工作。当收发机100是多通道收发机时,系统可以工作于任何次GHz频率。
根据本公开的车辆控制系统10接收的信号可能是来自RKE系统、TPMS系统和/或车库门开启系统的,ECU 200应当能够区分这些信号。为此,可以通过以下各项中的至少一项来标识来自不同系统的信号:唯一ID、载波频率或频率范围、调制类型和通信协议。
在一种实现中,可以为来自RKE系统、TPMS系统和车库门开启系统的信号分别分配不同的唯一ID。在这种情况下,ECU 200可以根据接收到的信号中所包含的唯一ID来确定接收到哪个系统的信号。
在另一种实现中,除了唯一ID之外,还可以为来自RKE系统、TPMS系统和车库门开启系统的信号分配不同的载波频率或频率范围、或者频率调制、或者通信协议。通过这种方式,来自各个汽车和接收机的信号不会互相干扰。
在本公开的方案中,所有这三种功能都集成在了一个硬件设备中,并且每个功能工作于整个车辆使用过程的不同阶段。例如,RKE功能仅在车辆停车,其发动机停止时工作,TPMS功能仅在车辆发动机运行时工作,而远程控制功能由用户请求触发。通过这种方式,避免了由于所有功能工作于相同无线电频率而可能产生的干扰。
图3示出了根据本公开的车辆控制系统10的ECU 200的示意图。如上所述,ECU 200可以实现在车辆的PEPS ECU中。
如图3中所示,ECU 200包括处理器210,其用于控制ECU 200的操作和功能。例如,在一些实现中,处理器210可以通过使用与处理器210相连的存储器中存储的计算机程序代码或指令230来实现各种操作。存储器220可以是适合于实现本公开的任意类型并且可以由任何适当的数据存储技术来实现,包括但不限于半导体存储器件、磁存储器件或光存储器件。虽然图3中仅示出了一个存储器220,但是ECU 200中可以存在多个不同的存储器220。
处理器210可以是适合于实现本公开的任何类型处理器,包括但不限于通用处理器、专用处理器、微处理器、数字信号处理器或任何多核处理器。虽然图3中仅示出了一个处理器210,但是ECU 200中可以存在多个不同的处理器210。
本领域普通技术人员还应当理解,结合本申请的实施例描述的各种示例性的逻辑块、单元和方法步骤可以实现成电子硬件或者计算机软件,甚至实现为二者的结合。为了清楚地表示硬件和软件之间的这种可互换性,上述各种示例性的部件、单元和方法步骤均围绕其功能进行了一般性描述。至于这种功能是实现成硬件还是实现成软件,取决于特定的应用和施加在整个系统上的设计约束条件。本领域技术人员可以针对每种特定应用,以变通的方式实现所描述的功能,但是,这种实现决策不应解释为背离本公开的保护范围。

Claims (13)

1.一种车辆控制系统,包括:
工作在次GHz频带的收发机,其被配置为向车辆的远程无钥匙进入(RKE)用户终端、车辆的一组胎压监控系统(TPMS)传感器和位于所述车辆外的至少一个远程控制终端发射数据,以及从其接收数据;以及
电子控制单元(ECU),其与所述收发机相连,并被配置为:响应于来自所述RKE用户终端的数据执行车辆的锁定或解锁功能,接收来自所述TPMS传感器的胎压数据以及响应于用户操作来控制所述远程控制终端。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU嵌入在无钥匙进入和启动(PEPS)ECU中。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述收发机工作于单个频带。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述收发机工作于不同频带中的多个信道。
5.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU被配置为:当所述车辆位于停车状态时,响应于来自所述RKE用户终端的数据,对所述RKE用户终端进行验证以锁定、解锁所述车辆或启动所述车辆的发动机。
6.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU被配置为:当所述车辆的发动机在运行时,接收来自所述TPMS传感器的所述胎压数据并通过使用所述胎压数据来评估胎压状况,或者接收来自所述TPMS传感器的所述胎压数据并将其直接广播出去。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU还被配置为响应于所述胎压状况,向所述TPMS传感器发送命令。
8.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述至少一个远程控制终端用于控制至少一个家用电器。
9.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU包括通用车库门开启装置(UGDO)。
10.如权利要求9所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU还能够学习从手持远程控制终端发送的射频信号。
11.如权利要求10所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU在被位于所述车辆内的人机接口(HMI)命令时还能够复制所述射频信号。
12.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中来自所述RKE用户终端、所述TPMS传感器和所述远程控制终端的信号通过以下各项中的至少一项来标识:
唯一ID;
载波频率或频率范围;
调制类型;以及
通信协议。
13.如权利要求1所述的车辆控制系统,其中所述ECU包括存储有软件代码的存储器和与所述存储器相连并被配置为运行所述软件代码以执行不同功能的处理器。
