本发明公开了一种钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,包括两段钢轨绝缘接头,两段钢轨绝缘接头之间设有胶接缝,所述胶接缝内设有胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂外包覆有保温层,所述保温层的外轮廓为等腰梯形,所述保温层外设有外壳体,所述外壳体的内壁和保温层的外表面贴合,外壳体的两侧面为斜坡面。本发明能克服现有技术的不足,结构简单合理,对连接两端钢轨绝缘接头的胶黏剂提供足够的防护,防止其在温度变化大时性能浮动而导致胶接质量差,也避免其长期处于裸露状态,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及轨道零件领域,具体的说涉及一种钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置。
背景技术
钢轨绝缘接头目前通过胶接连接固定,在温差较大时,胶的性能浮动大,由此导致胶接质量差,另外,长期处于裸露状态下的胶使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,包括两段钢轨绝缘接头,两段钢轨绝缘接头之间设有胶接缝,所述胶接缝内设有胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂外包覆有保温层,所述保温层的外轮廓为等腰梯形,所述所述保温层外设有外壳体,所述外壳体的内壁和保温层的外表面贴合,外壳体的两侧面为斜坡面。
优选的,所述保温层、外壳体和胶黏剂的下底面齐平。
优选的,所述保温层由聚氨酯硬泡制成。
优选的,所述保温层的厚度最薄处不低于23.8mm。
优选的,所述外壳体为PVC板制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能克服现有技术的不足,结构简单合理,对连接两端钢轨绝缘接头的胶黏剂提供足够的防护,防止其在温度变化大时性能浮动而导致胶接质量差,也避免其长期处于裸露状态,延长了使用寿命。

如图1、2所示,本发明为一种钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,包括两段钢轨绝缘接头1,两段钢轨绝缘接头1之间设有胶接缝2,所述胶接缝2内设有胶黏剂3,所述胶黏剂3外包覆有保温层4,所述保温层4的外轮廓为等腰梯形,所述所述保温层4外设有外壳体5,所述外壳体5的内壁和保温层4的外表面贴合,外壳体5的两侧面为斜坡面。
所述保温层4、外壳体5和胶黏剂3的下底面齐平。
所述保温层4由聚氨酯硬泡制成。
所述保温层4的厚度最薄处不低于23.8mm。
所述外壳体5为PVC板制成。
本发明能克服现有技术的不足,结构简单合理,对连接两端钢轨绝缘接头的胶黏剂提供足够的防护,防止其在温度变化大时性能浮动而导致胶接质量差,也避免其长期处于裸露状态,延长了使用寿命。

1.一种钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,其特征在于:包括两段钢轨绝缘接头,两段钢轨绝缘接头之间设有胶接缝,所述胶接缝内设有胶黏剂,所述胶黏剂外包覆有保温层,所述保温层的外轮廓为等腰梯形,所述所述保温层外设有外壳体,所述外壳体的内壁和保温层的外表面贴合,外壳体的两侧面为斜坡面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,其特征在于:所述保温层、外壳体和胶黏剂的下底面齐平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,其特征在于:所述保温层由聚氨酯硬泡制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢轨绝缘接头胶接防护装置,其特征在于:所述保温层的厚度最薄处不低于23.8mm。
