背景技术
生活中衣物采用洗衣机机洗衣物的清洗剂主要是洗衣粉和洗衣液两种,相比洗衣液来说,洗衣粉虽然对衣物和手刺激性大,但是洗衣粉的去污能力更强,且价格相对优惠,所以目前大多数的家庭还是以购买洗衣粉机洗的居多。
采用洗衣机时是将其上部的清洗剂的容纳槽抽出,倒入洗衣粉再推入,这样洗衣机启动后会有水流将容纳槽中的洗衣粉冲入洗衣腔,在冲入的过程中大多数的洗衣粉也得以溶解。生活中发现,但凡选用洗衣粉机洗衣服时,洗衣机的周边环境都会有明显洗衣粉撒落的现象,这样无疑给人们的日常清洁工作带来负担。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种溶解速度快、去污能力强、使用清洁的颗粒洗衣剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种颗粒洗衣剂,其制备原料包括以下重量份数的组分:天然皂粉40-50、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8-12、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱7-10、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5-8、玉米淀粉2-4、黏合剂5-8、防腐剂0.2-0.4、抗菌剂0.3-0.5、蛋白酶1-2、泡花碱5-8、沸石粉6-8、助溶剂18-24、去离子水40-50。经试验验证,本发明公开的颗粒洗衣剂不仅去污能力强,而且在水中的溶解速度快。实际应用时,可以直接将其通过包装袋剪开的切口倒至洗衣机的清洗剂容纳槽中,这样经机洗后的衣物上无洗衣机残留,与传统的洗衣粉相比,其不仅能够有效保证去污能力,而且能够避免倒入洗衣机时撒的到处都是,使用清洁度高。
具体的,所述的黏合剂是由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和海藻酸钠按照1:0.5的质量配比构成,以保证产品的可靠制粒。

本发明的第二目的是提供一种如上所述的颗粒洗衣剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
1)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至50-60℃,搅拌10-20min至混合均匀;
2)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、黏合剂、防腐剂、抗菌剂、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌25-30min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,向粉状混合物中投入助溶剂,搅拌10-20min;
3)将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
本发明公开的颗粒洗衣剂的制备工艺简单,容易控制,因此适合大规模生产。

实施例1:
1)称取以下重量份数的原料组分:天然皂粉45、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱8、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺7、玉米淀粉3、香精2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4、海藻酸钠2、羟苯甲酯0.3、黄柏0.2、碳酸锌0.1、茶树油0.2、蛋白酶2、泡花碱6、沸石粉7、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠9、聚乙氧基脂肪醇7、过氧化钠3、烟酰胺3、去离子水46。
2)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至55℃,搅拌15min至混合均匀;
3)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、羟苯甲酯、黄柏、碳酸锌、茶树油、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌28min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,向粉状混合物中投入二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙氧基脂肪醇、过氧化钠、烟酰胺,搅拌15min;

2)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至50℃,搅拌20min至混合均匀;
3)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、羟苯甲酯、黄柏、碳酸锌、茶树油、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌25min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,向粉状混合物中投入二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙氧基脂肪醇、过氧化钠、烟酰胺,搅拌10min;
4)将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
实施例3:
1)称取以下重量份数的原料组分:天然皂粉50、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠12、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱9、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺7、玉米淀粉4、香精1、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4、海藻酸钠2、羟苯甲酯0.4、黄柏0.2、碳酸锌0.1、茶树油0.2、蛋白酶1、泡花碱8、沸石粉7、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠10、聚乙氧基脂肪醇7、过氧化钠3、烟酰胺2、去离子水50。
2)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至60℃,搅拌10min至混合均匀;
3)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、羟苯甲酯、黄柏、碳酸锌、茶树油、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌30min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,向粉状混合物中投入二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙氧基脂肪醇、过氧化钠、烟酰胺,搅拌20min;
4)将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
实施例4:
1)称取以下重量份数的原料组分:天然皂粉50、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱7、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5、玉米淀粉4、香精1、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5、海藻酸钠2.5、羟苯甲酯0.2、黄柏0.2、碳酸锌0.1、茶树油0.2、蛋白酶1、泡花碱5、沸石粉6、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠8、聚乙氧基脂肪醇6、过氧化钠2、烟酰胺2、去离子水40。
2)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至50℃,搅拌10min至混合均匀;

4)将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
对比例1:
1)称取以下重量份数的原料组分:天然皂粉45、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱8、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺7、玉米淀粉3、香精2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4、海藻酸钠2、羟苯甲酯0.3、黄柏0.2、碳酸锌0.1、茶树油0.2、蛋白酶2、泡花碱6、沸石粉7、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠9、聚乙氧基脂肪醇7、过氧化钠3、烟酰胺3、去离子水46。
2)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至55℃,搅拌15min至混合均匀;
3)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、羟苯甲酯、黄柏、碳酸锌、茶树油、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌28min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,向粉状混合物中投入二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠、聚乙氧基脂肪醇、过氧化钠、烟酰胺,搅拌15min;
4)将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
对比例2:
1)称取以下重量份数的原料组分:天然皂粉45、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱8、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺7、玉米淀粉3、香精2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4、海藻酸钠2、羟苯甲酯0.3、黄柏0.2、碳酸锌0.1、茶树油0.2、蛋白酶2、泡花碱6、沸石粉7、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠9、聚乙氧基脂肪醇7、过氧化钠3、烟酰胺3、去离子水46。
2)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至55℃,搅拌15min至混合均匀;
3)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、羟苯甲酯、黄柏、碳酸锌、茶树油、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌28min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
对实施例1-5、对比例1-2制备的颗粒洗衣剂按GB/T13174-2008、GB/T2850-2007进行去污能力和抑菌检测,且将各样品分别置于5倍量的转速为60r/min、温度为25℃的水中,进行溶解速度的判断,结果如下表1所示。

从表1中的数据可以看出,在相同条件下,本发明实施例1-4制备得到的颗粒洗衣剂的水溶速度、去污能力以及抑菌效果均满足使用要求,相比而言,实施例3的使用效果最佳。与实施例1相比,对比例1未加入抗菌剂,其抗菌效果明显下降,对比例2未加入助溶剂,其溶解是将是实施例1的近4倍,且去污能力和抑菌效果都有明显下降,由此说明助溶剂的加入不仅是提高颗粒洗衣剂的溶解速度,还有助于洗衣剂的去污能力的发挥。
Claims (6)
1.一种颗粒洗衣剂,其制备原料包括以下重量份数的组分:天然皂粉40-50、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8-12、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱7-10、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5-8、玉米淀粉2-4、香精1-2、黏合剂5-8、防腐剂0.2-0.4、抗菌剂0.3-1-0.5、蛋白酶1-2、泡花碱5-8、沸石粉6-8、助溶剂18-24、去离子水40-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速溶洗衣片,其特征在于:所述的黏合剂是由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和海藻酸钠按照1:0.5的质量配比构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的速溶洗衣片,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为羟苯甲酯或羟苯丙酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的速溶洗衣片,其特征在于:所述的抗菌剂是黄柏、碳酸锌、茶树油按照1:0.5:1的质量配比构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的颗粒洗衣剂,其特征在于:所述的助溶剂是由以下重量份数的原料构成:二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠8-10、聚乙氧基脂肪醇6-8、过氧化钠2-3、烟酰胺2-3。
6.一种如上权利要求1-5任一项所述的颗粒洗衣剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
1)向计量釜中投入天然皂粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、玉米淀粉、玉米淀粉、泡花碱、去离子水,加热至50-60℃,搅拌10-20min至混合均匀;
2)向计量釜的混合物中加入香精、黏合剂、防腐剂、抗菌剂、蛋白酶、沸石粉,搅拌25-30min至混合均匀,得粉状混合物,停止加热,待温度冷却至40℃以下时,向粉状混合物中投入助溶剂,搅拌10-20min;
3)将计量釜中的混合物定量送入造粒挤出机进行造粒处理,即得颗粒洗衣剂。
