本发明公开了一种内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺,筛选出的化学原料,按照一定的重量百分比搭配而成,依靠各化学原料组分的共同作用,可以使得本涂料具有较强的粘结力与耐擦洗性,依托各组分的原料组合达到实现涂料零VOC零APEO零甲醛并且能够释放负离子氧气和高效除去甲醛。使用者可根据需要直接在本涂料中加入水性颜料配出各种各样的色彩或将有色水性或油性涂料直接喷涂在本涂料做好的材料上着色装饰,本涂料相对应同类产品具有更好的固色性能,不会因为时间长或风吹雨淋等不利因素而引起褪色。而且本涂料具有极强的杀菌杀虫性能,能够有力地对抗霉变,即使是长期处于阴湿环境下,也不会出现发霉。

本发明涉及环保质感涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人类生产的发展,科技的进步和人们的生活水平的提高,纯粹以天然物质为基础的涂料已不能满足需要,因而出现了人工合成树脂为基础的合成涂料,满足了现代工业等高科技发展的各种需要,美化了人类生活。随着生活水平的提高,我们在住宅建设过程中对材料的要求也愈来愈高。而传统涂料往往对人体有害又污染环境及视觉和感光效果,已经难以满足人们对高品质生活的追求,现在人们不仅要求涂料美观耐用,同时更关注的是有无毒害,对人体的健康及环境的影响。而且传统涂料总有机挥发量(VOC)对我们的环境、社会和人类自身构成直接的危害,是现代社会中的第二大污染源。因此,涂料对环境的污染问题越来越受到重视,而环保涂料由此应运而生。墙面涂料除了本身的装饰和保护作用外,也在向丰富多彩、时尚、健康环保趋势发展。人们希望装饰效果流光溢彩美轮美奂,高贵典雅、浪漫、温馨;也更希望材料本身无污染、健康环保,个性而又富有立体感。目前市面上的内墙涂料广泛应用与建筑内墙装饰,品种及效果都很多,但都存在很多问题,有容易发霉;含有VOC、含有APEO、含有甲醛;及附着力不好,容易脱落起粉等问题。使用寿命不长而且给家庭健康生活埋下了很多的不安全因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括珠光粉20%~30%、绒毛10%~20%、纳米光触媒 0.5%~1%、负离子粉1%~3%、成膜助剂1%~3%、防冻剂0.5%~ 1%、乳液30%~40%、消泡剂、0.3%~0.5%、防腐剂0.1%~0.4%、纤维素醚0.2%~0.3%、触变增稠剂0.5%~1.5%、分散剂0.25%~ 0.4%、润湿剂0.05%~0.1%和余量去离子水;按照以下步骤进行制作:
a、按照分散剂0.4%、润湿剂0.1%、纤维素醚0.2%~0.3%、纳米光触媒0.5%~1%、负离子粉1%~3%、以每分钟1500-2000 转的高速分散机分散混合20分钟;
b、利用强制性搅拌机搅拌按顺序所述珠光粉20%~30%、绒毛粉10%~20%、成膜助剂1%~3%、防冻剂0.5%~1%、乳液30%~ 40%、消泡剂0.3%~0.5%、触变增稠剂0.5%~1.5%和防腐剂0. 1%~0.4%的配比进行混合至少15分钟,研磨转速为至少300转每分钟即可制得成品。
本发明优选的,所述乳液为多功能型除醛丙烯酸聚合物复配乳液。
本发明优选的,所述珠光粉20%、绒毛粉10%、纳米光触媒 0.5%、负离子粉2%、成膜助剂1.5%、防冻剂1%、功能性乳液40%、消泡剂0.3%、防腐剂0.2%、纤维素醚0.2%、触变增稠剂0.8%、分散剂0.4%和润湿剂0.1%。
本发明优选的,所述防腐剂的主要活性组分为吡啶硫酮锌。
本发明优选的,所述消泡剂为有机硅改性疏水粒子、乳化剂及矿物油的混合物;所述分散剂为亲水性分散剂;所述成膜助剂为混合二元酸二丁酯;所述流变改性剂为聚氨酯触变增稠剂;所述防冻剂助剂为罗地亚抗冻融稳定剂FT-100;所述纳米光触媒为德固赛P25纳米二氧化钛;所述负离子粉为北京天之岩负离子抗菌功能涂料添加剂;所述润湿助剂为科莱恩LCN 407;所述成膜助剂为伊士曼OE400成膜助剂。

a、按照分散剂0.4%、润湿剂0.1%、纤维素醚0.2%~0.3%、纳米光触媒0.5%~1%、负离子粉1%~3%、以每分钟1500-2000 转的高速分散机分散混合20分钟;
b、利用强制性搅拌机搅拌按顺序所述珠光粉20%~30%、绒毛粉10%~20%、成膜助剂1%~3%、防冻剂0.5%~1%、乳液30%~ 40%、消泡剂0.3%~0.5%、触变增稠剂0.5%~1.5%和防腐剂0. 1%~0.4%的配比进行混合至少15分钟,研磨转速为至少300转每分钟即可制得成品。
本发明优选的,所述乳液为多功能型除醛丙烯酸聚合物复配乳液。

1.一种内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于,包括珠光粉20%~30%、绒毛10%~20%、纳米光触媒0.5%~1%、负离子粉1%~3%、成膜助剂1%~3%、防冻剂0.5%~1%、乳液30%~40%、消泡剂、0.3%~0.5%、防腐剂0.1%~0.4%、纤维素醚0.2%~0.3%、触变增稠剂0.5%~1.5%、分散剂0.25%~0.4%、润湿剂0.05%~0.1%和余量去离子水;按照以下步骤进行制作:
a、按照分散剂0.4%、润湿剂0.1%、纤维素醚0.2%~0.3%、纳米光触媒0.5%~1%、负离子粉1%~3%、以每分钟1500-2000转的高速分散机分散混合20分钟;
b、利用强制性搅拌机搅拌按顺序所述珠光粉20%~30%、绒毛粉10%~20%、成膜助剂1%~3%、防冻剂0.5%~1%、乳液30%~40%、消泡剂0.3%~0.5%、触变增稠剂0.5%~1.5%和防腐剂0.1%~0.4%的配比进行混合至少15分钟,研磨转速为至少300转每分钟即可制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述乳液为多功能型除醛丙烯酸聚合物复配乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述珠光粉20%、绒毛粉10%、纳米光触媒0.5%、负离子粉2%、成膜助剂1.5%、防冻剂1%、功能性乳液40%、消泡剂0.3%、防腐剂0.2%、纤维素醚0.2%、触变增稠剂0.8%、分散剂0.4%和润湿剂0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述防腐剂的主要活性组分为吡啶硫酮锌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内墙多功能环保质感涂料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为有机硅改性疏水粒子、乳化剂及矿物油的混合物;所述分散剂为亲水性分散剂;所述成膜助剂为混合二元酸二丁酯;所述流变改性剂为聚氨酯触变增稠剂;所述防冻剂助剂为罗地亚抗冻融稳定剂FT-100;所述纳米光触媒为德固赛P25纳米二氧化钛;所述负离子粉为北京天之岩负离子抗菌功能涂料添加剂;所述润湿助剂为科莱恩LCN 407;所述成膜助剂为伊士曼OE400成膜助剂。
