本发明涉及土壤修复装置,具体是一种减震降噪型土壤修复装置。
背景技术
污染的土壤危害人类食物安全和身心健康,所以土壤污染的修复治理是环境保护的重点。土壤是指陆地表面具有肥力,能够生长植物的疏松表层,其厚度一般在1.5米左右,土壤不但为植物生长提供机械支撑力,并且能够为植物生长发育提供所需要的水、肥、气、热等肥力要素。有机污染物主要包括有机农药、酚类、氰化物、石油、洗涤剂以及城市污水、城市污泥等。当土壤中含有有害物质过多,超过土壤的自净能力,就会引起土壤的组成、结构和功能发生变化,微生物活动受到抑制,有害物质或其分解物在土壤中逐渐积累,直接和间接的危害人类活动以及人类的身体健康。现有技术中的土壤修复装置结构复杂,药剂与土壤混合不充分,修复效果差,实用性不强。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减震降噪型土壤修复装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种减震降噪型土壤修复装置,包括箱体、药剂箱、减震降噪底座、支撑底座、喷液管、破碎叶片和破碎刀片,所述支撑底座的顶部固定架设有支撑框架,支撑框架的两侧板内壁上均开设有导向滑腔,两个导向滑腔内均上下滑动设有升降滑块,所述升降滑块的两端分别与导向滑腔的顶部和底部通过减震弹簧相连接,所述箱体的两侧板通过支撑连杆分别固定架设在两个升降滑块上,所述箱体还通过其底端设置的减震降噪底座架设在支撑底座的顶部;所述支撑框架的顶板底部还通过支杆固定架设有喷液管,喷液管的底部均布设有若干开口朝下设置的喷嘴,所述药剂箱的内腔底部通过输液管与喷液管相连,所述箱体的内腔转动架设有转动杆,转动杆的外圆周上均布固定设置有若干破碎叶片,所述减震降噪底座包括支撑滑杆、支撑套筒、柱形滑块、缓冲弹簧和吸音球,其中支撑套筒固定设置在底座的顶部,柱形滑块上下滑动设于支撑套筒上开设的柱形滑腔内,支撑滑杆的顶端与涂料桶的底部固定连接,支撑滑杆的底部滑动贯穿于柱形滑腔顶板上开设的导向滑孔后与柱形滑块固定连接,缓冲弹簧置于柱形滑腔的底部。
优选的,所述支撑底座的底部四角均设置有脚轮,脚轮采用自锁式滚轮。
优选的,所述药剂箱上还设有可视窗,可视窗采用透明钢化玻璃制成。
优选的,所述箱体为无盖箱体结构。

本发明利用驱动电机驱动转动杆转动,进而带动破碎叶片对箱体内待修复土壤进行破碎和混合,破碎混合效果好,其中转动的破碎刀片能够避免排料腔内发生堵塞,药剂箱内腔药剂通过喷液管底部设置的喷嘴喷洒在箱体内,药剂与待修复土壤充分混合,提高了土壤修复效果,设置的减震降噪底座和减震弹簧大大提高了整个装置的减震降噪效果,延长了整个装置的使用寿命,也降低了噪音,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境,设置的脚轮方便整个装置的移动,方便快捷。

本发明利用驱动电机17驱动转动杆18转动,进而带动破碎叶片19对箱体1内待修复土壤进行破碎和混合,破碎混合效果好,其中转动的破碎刀片21能够避免排料腔22内发生堵塞,打开阀门16,药剂箱2内腔药剂通过喷液管11底部设置的喷嘴24喷洒在箱体1内,药剂与待修复土壤充分混合,提高了土壤修复效果,另外,设置的减震降噪底座5和减震弹簧7大大提高了整个装置的减震降噪效果,延长了整个装置的使用寿命,也降低了噪音,为工作人员提供良好的工作环境,设置的脚轮23方便整个装置的移动,方便快捷。
