Abstract
本发明公开一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法,它是由羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草、银离子、复配成分散液为原料,经传统和现代科学精制而成,具有通经活络、暖宫、安胎、活血化瘀、促进血液循环、调节生理机能、杀菌、消炎、护肝肾、除臭、提高免疫力、减少痛经等功效。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法,更具体地说,本发明是关于一种以羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草、银离子、复配成分散液为原料的新型的生物保健卫生巾芯片及其加工方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的各种卫生巾五花八门,品种繁多,但以羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草、银离子、复配成分散液配制加工成一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法产品,倘未见过上市和相关报道。
发明内容
本发明是针对上述不足提从一种以羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草、银离子、复配成分散液为原料及其配制加工成一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法产品。通过离子启动中草,在接触月经湿润后将产生活性功能,从而吸引空气中的微菌体并与菌体上的酶结合在一起,杀死细菌的新陈代谢及繁殖能力,湿度越高活性越强、杀菌就越强,从而又能促通经活络、暖宫、安胎、活血化瘀、促进血液循环、调节生理机能、杀菌、消炎、护肝肾、除臭、提高免疫力、减少痛经等妇科疾病。
本发明的目的是将通过下述技术方案予以实现。
1、本发明各组分组成比例为:
羧乙基锗倍半氧化物0.5-3%、蒲公英(干)1-3%、三姊妹(干)1-3%、益母草(干)1-3%、香附(干)1-3%、艾草(干)1-3%、银离子0.5-2%、复配成分散液95%-100.5%。
2、本发明的加工方法为:
步骤一:预处理
1、将蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草分别洗净,切细,晒干或烘干至含水份1-5%,然后混合磨成200-500目细粉备用;
步骤二:复配成分散液
1、所述的复配成分散液,是将无色透明纳米银溶液2-5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1%、海澡胶粉3-6%、去离子水90-100%经乳化机搅拌配制复配成分散液备用;
步骤三:混合复配成分散液
1、将预处理得的混合细粉与羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、银离子加入复配成分散液中用乳化机搅拌均匀制成混合复配成分散液备用;
步骤四:
1、将混合复配成分散液均匀地加入生产无纺布布原料中,再按无纺布正常的生产工序生产无纺布,将所生产的无纺布通过充磁机充磁,最后将充好磁的无纺布复卷成合适的直径分切成合适的宽、长度即制得一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法产品。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明是根据妇女月经的生理特点和根据生物和物理的反应,通过离子推动中草药作用,疏通经络,从而达到杀菌、消炎、除臭、提高免疫力,减少痛经等妇科疾病的产生。
2、本发明各组分中
羧乙基锗半氧化物:具有刺激造血系统,参与体内代谢、氧富集、清除自由基、延缓衰老,免疫调节等功能。因此,世界上的化学家、药理学家及营养学家赋予有机羧乙基锗半氧化物为“人类疾病克星”、“21世纪救命锗”。
蒲公英:消痛散结,治疗热菌、壅结于肌肉所致的痛肿疮毒,抗菌、抗毒菌、抗肿瘤、治热淋、涩痛、抗内毒、治疗多种炎症。现代药理研究:入肝胃两经,不但有清热解毒利尿通淋、消肿散结、健胃消炎和保肝利胆的功效,还有清热活血的功能。药理实验表明:有抑菌抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化、抗血栓,改善血循环等。
三姊妹:祛风止痛、散瘀消肿、祛风散寒、化痰理湿、解毒消肿、保肝。
益母草:现代研究证明,具有抗血栓、利尿、抗诱变、兴奋子宫、抗炎镇痛、改善淋巴系统等多种药理作用;现代临床常用来治疗功能子宫出血,是我国民间的调经止血药,具有较强的子宫兴奋作用,能增强子宫收缩幅度、频度及张力。
香附:理气解郁,调经止痛,用于肝郁气滞、胸肋、腹腔胀痛、消化不良、月经不调、经闭痛经、寒疝、痛经,对子宫肌张力的弛缓作用。
艾草:治疗少腹冷痛、经寒不调、宫冷不孕、吐血呕血、崩漏红等,同时还具有通十二经、具有回阳、理气血、逐湿寒、止血安胎、消炎、杀菌、吸收血液渗出,尤其是入脾、肝、肾经,能散寒除湿、温经止血。对妇女虚寒月经不调、腹痛、崩漏有明显疗效,是一种妇科的良药。
银离子:治疗妇宫颈炎、宫颈糜烂、阴道炎、老年性阴道炎,具有抗菌生素及灭菌作用。一般的抗生素平均只能对6种病菌起到作用,但银离子能消灭650种病菌。银离子能消弱病菌体内做活力作用的酵素,因而能够防止副作用和病菌的耐性强化,根本上控制病菌的繁殖。

羧乙基锗倍半氧化物0.5%、蒲公英(干)1%、三姊妹(干)1%、益母草(干)1%、香附(干)1%、艾草(干)1%、银离子0.5%、复配成分散液95%,其加工方法为:
步骤一:预处理

羧乙基锗倍半氧化物3%、蒲公英(干)3%、三姊妹(干)3%、益母草(干)3%、香附(干)3%、艾草(干)3%、银离子2%、复配成分散液100%,其加工方法为:
步骤一:预处理
1、将蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草分别洗净,切细,晒干或烘干至含水份1-5%,然后混合磨成200-500目细粉备用;
步骤二:复配成分散液
1、所述的复配成分散液,是将无色透明纳米银溶液2-5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1%、海澡胶粉3-6%、去离子水90-100%经乳化机搅拌配制复配成分散液备用;

羧乙基锗倍半氧化物1%、蒲公英(干)1.5%、三姊妹(干)1.5%、益母草(干)1.5%、香附(干)1.5%、艾草(干)1.5%、银离子1%、复配成分散液96%,其加工方法为:
步骤一:预处理
1、将蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草分别洗净,切细,晒干或烘干至含水份1-5%,然后混合磨成200-500目细粉备用;
步骤二:复配成分散液
1、所述的复配成分散液,是将无色透明纳米银溶液2-5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1%、海澡胶粉3-6%、去离子水90-100%经乳化机搅拌配制复配成分散液备用;
步骤三:混合复配成分散液
1、将预处理得的混合细粉与羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、银离子加入复配成分散液中用乳化机搅拌均匀制成混合复配成分散液备用;
步骤四:
1、将混合复配成分散液均匀地加入生产无纺布布原料中,再按无纺布正常的生产工序生产无纺布,将所生产的无纺布通过充磁机充磁,最后将充好磁的无纺布复卷成合适的直径分切成合适的宽、长度即制得一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法产品。

1.一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法,组成为:羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草、银离子、复配成分散液,其特征是:羧乙基锗倍半氧化物0.5-3%、蒲公英(干)1-3%、三姊妹(干)1-3%、益母草(干)1-3%、香附(干)1-3%、艾草(干)1-3%、银离子0.5-2%、复配成分散液95%-100.5%。
2.根据权利要求“1”所述的一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法,其特征是所述的及配制加工方法为;
步骤一:预处理
1、将蒲公英、三姊妹、益母草、香附、艾草分别洗净,切细,晒干或烘干至含水份1-5%,然后混合磨成200-500目细粉备用;
步骤二:复配成分散液
1、所述的复配成分散液,是将无色透明纳米银溶液2-5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1%、海澡胶粉3-6%、去离子水90-100%经乳化机搅拌配制复配成分散液备用;
步骤三:混合复配成分散液
1、将预处理得的混合细粉与羧乙基锗倍半氧化物、银离子加入复配成分散液中用乳化机搅拌均匀制成混合复配成分散液备用;
步骤四:
1、将混合复配成分散液均匀地加入生产无纺布布原料中,再按无纺布正常的生产工序生产无纺布,将所生产的无纺布通过充磁机充磁,最后将充好磁的无纺布复卷成合适的直径分切成合适的宽、长度即制得一种三姊妹卫生巾芯片的加工方法产品。
