Abstract
本发明的目的就是要提供一种保健养生酒及其制备方法,其主要是将若干种中草药材经多次蒸煮提取后的中草药提取液和优质白酒经调合而成,包括中草药原料清洗、制中草药原料和水混合液、制中草药提取液;制备得保健养生酒具有通行脉络、活血行气、祛风散寒,通路止痛、健脾胃,促进消化等的延年益寿之功效,且配置方便简单,服用方便,易于储存。

本发明涉及一种保健酒及制备方法,特别是一种保健养生酒及其制备方法。
背景技术:
保健养生酒是由药酒演变而来,其历史悠久,早在《汉书.食货志》中就有“酒为百药之长”的说法,说明古代就对酒在医药方面的应用有较高的认识。随着科学技术的发展,人们对洒的药用价值的认识也更加深入,对其应用也更为广泛。
白酒的营养价值并不大,就其本身而言酒进入身体内被氧化而产生热量而已,对人的保健方面作用不大。而如其他方面的酒如黄酒、果酒、啤酒等,不仅能氧化其中的乙醇产生热能,而且因其中含有糖分、湖精、麦芽糖、氨基酸、维生素及钙、磷、铁等微量元素,对人体可产生较好营养作用。保健酒可促进消化,少量的乙醇可短时间内促进胃液和唾液的分泌。这些是适量饮酒之所以能有利于健康的原因之一。通常的保健酒可促进消化,适量饮用保健酒能减弱大脑皮层的抑制功能,起到削除疲劳,振奋精神、减少抑郁、调节心理的作用,有助于缓和人的忧虑和紧张心理,增强安定感,提高生活兴趣,对老年人尤为重要。
因此,如何来提供一种保健养生酒侧重于养生治病,又具有补益气血,补益脾胃,滋补肝肾,温肾壮阳,养心安神,补虚扶正,健脑益智,延年益寿,平补阴阳等功效。常饮用可起到良好的养生保健作用,同时能较好的预防疾病的功效,且对有气血两虚的中老年人能起到积极的调理作用的保健养生酒。

覆盆子15-25,鹿茸3-7,远志10-20,龙眼肉15-25,菊花10-20,益智仁15-25,
红枣 200-300 ,首乌 10-20 ,冰糖 200-300 ,山药 10-20配制混合后加适量水经煎煮制成中草药提取液再和白酒混合,配制为保健养生酒,控制按中草药提取液和白酒质量比为7-3:3-7。
优选的,是本发明的一种保健养生酒,由下列重量份组分
黄芪20,黄精20,茯苓20,天麻20,枸杞子20,
当归15,麦冬20,党参15,熟地20,川芎15,
肉苁蓉20,生地10,羌活20,人参10,五味子20,
覆盆子20,鹿茸5,远志15,龙眼肉20,菊花15,益智仁20,
红枣 250,首乌 15,冰糖 250 ,山药 15配制混合后加适量水经煎煮制成中草药提取液再和白酒混合,配制为保健养生酒,控制按中草药提取液和白酒质量比为7-3:3-7。
本发明的另一目的公开的是一种保健养生酒的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步聚:
1)中草药原料清洗,
将制备保健养生酒的各质量的中草药组分组成,用清水清洗干净,凉干为中草药原料;
2)制中草药原料和水混合液,将中草药原料用清水浸泡,得浸泡中草药原料和水混合液,控制中草药原料用清水浸泡的时间为4-6小时;
3)制中草药提取液,将浸泡中草药原料和清水进行充分混合后,经若干次煎煮,过滤去除浸泡中草药原料的煎煮药渣,制得粗中草药提取液,将粗中草药提取液经静置沉淀72-84小时,并经过滤制得中草药提取液;
4)制保健养生酒,将3)制备中草药提取液和白酒按比例混合配制、经检测灌装为保健养生酒。
本发明所述的保健养生酒的制备方法,优选的,是2)步将中草药原料用清水浸泡和3)步煎煮时,控制中草药原料和清水的质量比为1:25-50。
进一步的,是3)制中草药提取液,将浸泡中草药原料和清水经三次煎煮、三次过滤,同时控制冰糖是在第三次煎煮时加入,制得中草药提取液;控制中草药原料和制备所得的中草药提取液的质量比为1:20-30。
本发明所述煎煮是控制每次的煎煮时间为1-3小时,同时控制每次煎煮时先用大火将中草药原料和清水煮沸,时间20-40分钟,然后用小火再煎煮40-120分钟;每次煎煮时将中草药原料用布袋包装好后置于煎煮装置中进行煎煮,经冷却,过滤,沉淀,储存即为粗中草药提取液。
进一步的,是4)制保健养生酒,控制中草药提取液和白酒质量比是7-3:3-7。
所述的白酒为纯大米酿制的50度以上的谷烧酒。
本发明制备工艺:中草药材配制→清洗中草药材→浸泡4-6小时→首次煎煮中药材→二、三次煎煮中药材→滤去药渣→药渣压榨→中草药材提取液→若干次过滤→沉淀72小时以上→中草药材提取液和白酒配制→理化检测→安全检测→灌装→保健养生酒产品。

1、人参:别名:鬼盖、土精、神草、黄参、血参、地精、海艘、金井玉兰、孩儿参等。性味:甘微苦,温。味甘,微寒;《别录》微温,无毒;
功用主治:大补元气,固脱生津安神。治劳伤虚损,食少,倦怠,反胃吐食,大便滑泄,虚咳喘促,自汗暴脱,惊悸,健忘,眩晕头痛,阳痿,尿频,消渴,妇女崩漏,小儿慢惊及久虚不复,一切气血津液不足之证。用于急救 大剂量的人参(o.3~1两)煎服或炖服,或以人参注射液(每毫升含生药0.57克)2~4毫升行肌肉或静脉注射,可用于心原性休克的急救,或其它一时极端垂危的病人;人参与附子合用可以救治亡阳虚脱。治疗心血管系统疾病 人参对于高血压病、心肌营养不良、冠状动脉硬化、心绞痛等,都有一定的治疗作用,可以减轻各种症状。人参对不正常的血压具有调整作用,或认为不同的剂量可以出现不同的作用:小剂量能提高血压,大剂量能降低血压。对胃和肝脏疾病 对慢性胃炎伴有胃酸缺乏或胃酸过低者,服人参后可见胃纳增加,症状减轻或消失,但对胃液分泌及胃液酸度无明显影响。也有报告称人参可使慢性胃炎病人胃痛消失,食欲增强,大便正常,胃液总酸度增加。对于急性传染性肝炎,在一定的治疗条件下,服用人参对于防止转变为慢性肝炎似有一定的积极意义;治疗糖尿病 人参能改善糖尿病人的一般情况,但不改变血糖过高的程度,对于精神病人参对无力型和无力-抑郁型精神病,无论其病因如何,精神分裂症、中毒或传染病引起的精神病,退化性精神病等,似均有治疗作用。也有认为,人参口服对器质性神经疾患仅能改善病人的一般主观症状,而无客观的明显治疗作用。治疗神经衰弱 人参对神经系统有显著的兴奋作用,能提高机体活动能力,减少疲劳;对不同类型的神经衰弱患者均有-定的治疗作用,使病人体重增加,消除或减轻全身无力、头痛、失眠等症状。治疗阳痿 人参在中药里,一般用作强壮剂,可以补养元气;科学研究表明,人参有增强性腺机能的作用。人参酊对于麻痹型、早泄型阳痿有显著的疗效。
2、当归
性味:甘、辛、温 ,归经:入心肝、脾经;入手少阴、足太阴、厥阴经;
功用主治:补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠。治月经不调,经闭腹痛,崩漏,血虚头痛,眩晕,痿痹,肠燥,便难,赤痢后重,痈疽疮疡,跌打损伤。对物代谢及分泌的影响,对循环系统的影响:心脏,煎剂或酒浸膏对离体蟾蜍心脏有抑制作用,剂量加大,可使心脏跳动停止于舒张期,但鲜叶制剂有兴奋离体心脏作用,流浸膏,特别是乙醚抽出物,有奎尼丁样作用,对急性开胸犬或猫,静脉注射当归的有效剂量,对乙醚胆碱或电流引起的人工心房纤维颤动有治疗作用。抗菌作用:当归煎剂在试管中对多种细菌如痢疾杆菌,溶血性链球菌有抗菌作用。
3、党参
性味:甘,平。功能主治, 补中,益气,生津。治脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,体倦无力,食少,口渴,久泻,脱肛。用于慢性贫血,萎黄病,白血病,腺病,佝偻病。治虚劳内伤,肠胃中冷,滑泻久痢,气喘烦渴,发热自汗,妇女血崩、胎产诸病。对血细胞的影响,党参根的醇、水浸膏口服或皮下注射,可使正常兔的红细胞及血红蛋白略有增加;摘除脾脏后,作用显着减弱,故推测其"补血"作用,可能与脾脏有关。此时白细胞则有减少倾向。北党参据云无此作用。对血糖的影响,对兔腹部皮下注射党参浸膏,可使血糖升高;但如注射发酵后的浸膏或灌胃给药,则无此作用,故认为其升高血糖乃因根中含多量糖分所致;它也不能抑制因注射利尿素而发生的神经性高血糖。据初步试验,北党参灌胃,能升高血糖。 4、黄芪
性味,甘,微温。归经,入肺、脾经;
【功用主治】生用:益卫固表,利水消肿,托毒,生肌。治自汗,盗汗,血痹,浮肿,痈疽不溃或溃久不敛。炙用:补中益气。治内伤劳倦,脾虚泄泻,脱肛,气虚血脱,崩带,及一切气衰血虚之证。利尿作用 黄芪煎剂给大鼠皮下注射或麻醉犬静脉注射均有利尿作用。对实验性肾炎的作用 大鼠于注射"免抗鼠肾血清"以产生血清性肾炎前3天开始每天服黄芪粉4~5克,注射血清3天后尿蛋白定量显著低于对照组,病理切片亦证明肾脏病变减轻。强壮作用 小鼠每日灌服黄芪煎剂共3周,可明显延长游泳时间,体重增加亦比对照组为快。对心血管系统的作用 黄芪、内蒙黄芪、梭果黄芪以及不明品种之黄芪及岩黄芪煎剂给麻醉狗、猫、兔等静脉注射均可引起明显的降压作用,黄芪重复注射时有急速耐受现象。【毒理性】黄芪与梭果黄芪给小鼠灌胃100克生药/公斤均无不良反应。研究表明无毒。
5、茯苓:【性味】 甘淡,平。【归经】 入心、脾、肺经。【功能主治】 渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神。治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕哕,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘。【药理作用】利尿作用:茯苓煎剂3克或临床常用量对健康人并无利尿作用,但有用其醇提取液注射于家兔腹腔,或用水提取物于兔慢性实验,谓有利尿作用,煎剂对切除肾上腺大鼠单用或与脱氧皮质酮合用能促进钠排泄,因此茯苓的利尿作用还值得进一步研究。抗菌作用:乙醇提取物体外能杀死钩端螺旋体,水煎剂则无效。对消化系统的影响:茯苓对家兔离体肠管有直接松弛作用。其他作用:茯苓能降低血糖,酊剂、浸剂能抑制蟾蜍离体心脏,乙醚或乙醇提取物则能使心收缩加强。
6、五味子:【性味】 酸,温。【归经】 入肺、肾经;【功能主治】 敛肺,滋肾,生津,收汗,涩精。治肺虚喘咳,口干作渴,自汗,盗汗,劳伤羸瘦,梦遗滑精,久泻久痢。【药理性】对中枢神经系统的作用:在适当剂量时,对不同水平的中枢神经系统均有兴奋作用,对健康人的中枢神经系统各部位所进行的反射性反应也均有兴奋作用与强健作用,能改善人的智力活动,提高工作效率。以健康青年男性为范例,在分钟内穿线入针孔,听发电报的次数和错误数或以长距离赛跑作指标,五味子素-毫克,对这些需要紧张注意力,精细协调的作用以及体力运动有改善作用。对呼吸系统的影响:五味子素对呼吸有兴奋作用。有助于心脏活动。对动物心脏有某些强心作用,对不正常的血压有调整作用,对循环衰竭者,升高血压颇为显著。 对子宫的作用:对家兔离体子宫及在体子宫(未妊娠、妊娠或产后)平滑肌具有兴奋作用。主要为节律性收缩加强,对紧张力无显著影响。 对代谢的影响:能影响糖代谢,促进肝糖无异生,加快肝糖及葡萄糖的麟酸化过程加强。可提高血糖及血乳酸的水平。
7、枸杞子:【性味】 甘,平。【功能主治】 滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精。
抗脂肪肝的作用:宁夏枸杞子的水浸液(20%,8毫升/天),对由四氧化碳毒害的小鼠,进行灌胃发现有轻度抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积、促进肝细胞新生的作用。
8、龙眼肉:【性味】甘,温, 【归经】入心、脾经。【功用主治】益心脾,补气血,安神。治虚劳羸弱,失眠,健忘,惊悸,怔忡。无毒。经临床分析和专家研究未发现龙眼肉有毒。
9、益智仁:【性味】辛,温。 【功用主治】温脾,暖肾,固气,涩精。治冷气腹痛,中寒吐泻,遗精,小便余沥,夜多小便。
10、山药:【性味】 甘,平。【归经】 入肺、脾、肾经。【功能主治】 健脾,补肺,固肾,益精。治脾虚泄泻,久痢,虚劳咳嗽,消渴,遗精、带下,小便频数。
11、生地:【性味】:甘、苦.寒。[归经]人心、肝、肾经。[功用主治]:清热、凉血、生津。治温病伤阴,大热烦渴,舌绎,神昏,斑疹,吐血,衄血,虚劳骨蒸,咳血,消渴,便秘,血崩。12、熟地:【性味】 甘,微温。【归经】 入肝、肾经。【功能主治】 滋阴,补血。治阴虚血少,腰膝痿弱,劳嗽骨蒸,遗精,崩漏,月经不调,消渴,泄数,耳聋,目昏。 13、川芎:【性味】 辛,温。【归经】 入肝、胆经。【功能主治】 行气开郁,祛风燥湿,活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕,胁痛腹疼,寒痹筋挛,经闭,难产,产后瘀阻块痛,痈疽疮疡。
14、、远志:【性味】 苦辛,温。【归经】入心,肾经。【归用主治】:安神益智,祛痰,解郁。治惊悸,健忘,梦遗,失眠,咳嗽痰多,痈疽疮肿。
15、麦冬:【性味】 甘,微苦,寒。【归经】:入肺,胃,心经。【功能主治】养阴润肺,清心除烦,益胃生津。治肺干咳,吐血,咯血,肺痿,肺痈,虚劳烦热,消渴,热病津伤,咽干口燥,便秘。
16、菊花:【性味】 甘苦,凉。【归经】 入肺、肝经。【功能主治】 疏风,清热,明目,解毒。治头痛,眩晕,目赤,心胸烦热,疗疮,肿毒。 17、肉苁蓉,【性味】 甘酸咸,温。【归经】 入肾、大肠经。【功能主治】 补肾,益精,润燥,滑肠。治男子阳痿,女子不孕,带下,血崩,腰膝冷痛,血枯便秘。
18、羌活:【性味】 辛苦,温。【归经】 入膀胱、肾经。【功能主治】 散表寒,祛风湿,利关节。治感冒风寒,头痛无汗,风寒湿痹,项强筋急,骨节酸疼,风水浮肿,痈疽疮毒。
19、黄精:【性味】甘、平。【归经】入脾、肺、肾经。【功用主治】补中益气,润心肺、强筋骨。治虚损寒热,肺痨咳血,病后体虚食少,筋骨软弱,风湿疼痛,风癞癣疾。
20、何首乌:【性味】苦甘涩、微温。【归经】入肝、肾经。【功用主治】补肝、益肾、养血、祛风。治肝肾阴亏,发须早白,血虚头晕,腰漆软弱,筋骨酸痛,遗精,崩带,久症,久痢,慢性肝炎,痛肿,瘰病,肠风,痔疾。
21、白芨:[性味].苦甘、凉。[归经],入肺经。[功能主治]:补肺,止血、消肿,生肌,敛疮。治肺伤咳嗽,咳血,䖡血;金疮出血,痈疽肿毒,,汤火灼伤,手足皲裂。
本发明制备的保健养生酒,是按保健养生酒的配方,选择无变质无腐烂的上等中药材,按上述质量配比工艺方法制备中草药提取液,在制备中草药提取液的过程中,所述大火、小火均是按现有技术煎煮中草药制剂时的方法。
本发明生产工艺未公开的方法和现有的技术中药配酒方法相同,即将上述各中药组分按所需重量份经提取中草药提取液后按比例加入到白酒中,所述的白酒优选纯稻谷或大米酿制的50°以上的谷烧酒,更优选是60°以上的谷烧酒,在酿制过程中,同时不定时搅拌,优选是浸泡封存10-30天时间,至中草药提取液和白酒完全溶化一体更优。
本发明使用方法与注意事项:
一般的使用者为中老年人,体质虚弱者,免疫力低下者,无论男女老少,根据自身酒量与饮食习惯一日中、晚餐每餐均可喝,也可只喝一餐,一般控制一日的用量为50-100g/日,一般以饮用2-3个月为一个使用周期,看身体状况,如果对身体无不良影响,还可根据自身情况长期饮用。
饮用时注意事项,酒精过敏者,不适宜人群,少年儿童、高血压患者、糖尿病患者、妊娠妇女均不宜饮用。本发明保健酒不能替代药品,不能过量饮用。
经统计使用了本发明保健养生酒后的免疫力明显得到加强者,中老年病如心脑血管疾病、视力模糊者、老年斑等症状有明显改善。
以自我感觉或其他方面判断。给上述人群者使用的共83人,其中男性53人,女性30人,年龄45-55岁,8人,55-65岁,30人,65岁以上45人,年龄最大的84岁,最小的45岁,经饮用2个月后,83人男女的不同人群者中,身体状况明显变好者为73人,占87.95%,身体状况无改变的8人,占9.6%,饮用后无变化或叫无感觉者2人,占2.41%,

下面根据具体实施例对发明作进一步的详细说明,具体实施例中各组分的用量均以重量单位如千克或克计。实施例中的谷烧酒为纯稻谷或大米酿造的谷烧酒。说明书中水与清水意思相同。
实施例1
本发明实施例1的一种保健养生酒,由下列重量份组分:
黄芪20,黄精20,茯苓20,天麻20,枸杞子20,当归15,麦冬20,党参15,熟地20,川芎15,肉苁蓉20,生地10,羌活20,人参10,五味子20,覆盆子20,鹿茸5,远志15,龙眼肉20,菊花 15,益智仁20,红枣 250,首乌 15,冰糖 250 ,山药 15,将上述各质量组分经配制后加适量水,经煎煮制成中草药提取液,将中草药提取液和白酒按质量比是6:4混合,配制为保健养生酒。
本实施例的保健养生酒,按如下方法步骤进行制备:
1)中草药原料清洗与配制,
将上述实施例中的制备保健养生酒的各质量的中草药组分组成,每一中草药组分用清水清洗干净,凉干为中草药原料;
2)制中草药原料和水混合液,将1)步清洗凉干后的所有中草药原料用清水浸泡,得浸泡中草药原料和水混合液,在浸泡时控制中草药原料和清水的质量比为1:25-50,并控制中草药原料用清水浸泡的时间为4-6小时;
3)制中草药提取液,将浸泡中草药原料和清水进行充分混合后,进行煎煮先制得粗中草药提取液;浸泡中草药原料和清水经三次煎煮、三次过滤,过滤去除浸泡中草药原料的煎煮药渣,同时控制冰糖是在第三次煎煮时加入,制得中草药提取液;所述煎煮是控制每次的煎煮时间为1-3小时,同时控制每次煎煮时先用大火将中草药原料和清水煮沸,煮沸时间20-40分钟,然后用小火再煎煮40-120分钟;每次煎煮时将中草药原料用布袋包装好后置于煎煮装置中进行煎煮,经冷却,过滤,沉淀,储存即为粗中草药提取液;将粗中草药提取液静置沉淀72-84小时,过滤、检测、为中草药提取液,控制中草药原料的质量和提取的中草药提取液的质量比为1:20;即每20千克的中草药原料提取制备得到400千克的中草药提取液;
4)制保健养生酒,将3)制备的按每1千克的中草药原料制备中草药提取液20千克的比例制备的中草药提取液,即每50kg中草药原料提取出1000kg的中草药提取液;将制备得到的中草药提取液和60度的白酒,按质量比为6:4的比例,充分搅拌混合配制为保健养生酒。所述白酒纯大米酿制的50度以上的谷烧酒;本实施例使用的白酒为60度的谷烧酒。
实施例2
本实施例中除下述说明外,其余未说明之处均与实施例1相同,包括制备方法。
本实施例的一种保健养生酒,由下列重量份组分:
黄芪25,黄精25,茯苓25,天麻25,枸杞子25,当归10,麦冬25,党参10,熟地25,川芎10,肉苁蓉25,生地10,羌活25,人参15,五味子20,覆盆子25,鹿茸6,远志10,龙眼肉25,菊花 20,益智仁25,红枣 250,首乌20,冰糖 250 ,山药 10,配制后加水经煎煮制成中草药提取液,按中草药原料为1制备的中草药提取液为25的比例制中草药提取液,即每20千克的中草药原料煎煮制备500千克的中草药提取液,再和65度的白酒,再按中草药提取液和白酒质量比是5:5混合,配制为保健养生酒。
Claims (8)
1.一种保健养生酒,包括如下质量份组分,
黄芪15-25,黄精15-25,茯苓15-25,天麻15-25,枸杞子15-25,
当归10-20,麦冬15-25,党参10-20,熟地15-25,川芎10-20,
肉苁蓉15-25,生地8-12,羌活15-25,人参8-12,五味子15-25,
覆盆子15-25,鹿茸3-7,远志10-20,龙眼肉15-25,菊花10-20,益智仁15-25,
红枣 200-300 ,首乌 10-20 ,冰糖 200-300 ,山药 10-20配制混合后加适量水经煎煮制成中草药提取液再和白酒混合,配制为保健养生酒,控制按中草药提取液和白酒质量比为7-3:3-7。
2.一种保健养生酒,由下列重量份组分
黄芪20,黄精20,茯苓20,天麻20,枸杞子20,
当归15,麦冬20,党参15,熟地20,川芎15,
肉苁蓉20,生地10,羌活20,人参10,五味子20,
覆盆子20,鹿茸5,远志15,龙眼肉20,菊花15,益智仁20,
红枣 250,首乌 15,冰糖 250 ,山药 15配制混合后加适量水经煎煮制成中草药提取液再和白酒混合,配制为保健养生酒,控制按中草药提取液和白酒质量比为7-3:3-7。
3.一种保健养生酒的制备方法,其特征是包括如下工艺步聚:
1)中草药原料清洗,
将制备保健养生酒的各质量的中草药组分组成,用清水清洗干净,凉干为中草药原料;
2)制中草药原料和水混合液,将中草药原料用清水浸泡,得浸泡中草药原料和水混合液,控制中草药原料用清水浸泡的时间为4-6小时;
3)制中草药提取液,将浸泡中草药原料和清水进行充分混合后,经若干次煎煮,过滤去除浸泡中草药原料的煎煮药渣,制得粗中草药提取液,将粗中草药提取液经静置沉淀72-84小时,并经过滤制得中草药提取液;
4)制保健养生酒,将3)制备中草药提取液和白酒按比例混合配制、经检测灌装为保健养生酒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保健养生酒的制备方法,其特征是2)步将中草药原料用清水浸泡和3)步煎煮时,控制中草药原料和清水的质量比为1:25-50。
5.根据权利要求3所述的保健养生酒的制备方法,其特征是3)制中草药提取液,将浸泡中草药原料和清水经三次煎煮、三次过滤,同时控制冰糖是在第三次煎煮时加入,制得中草药提取液;控制中草药原料和制备所得的中草药提取液的质量比为1:20-30。
6.根据权利要求3或5所述的保健养生酒的制备方法,其特征是所述煎煮是控制每次的煎煮时间为1-3小时,同时控制每次煎煮时先用大火将中草药原料和清水煮沸,时间20-40分钟,然后用小火再煎煮40-120分钟;每次煎煮时将中草药原料用布袋包装好后置于煎煮装置中进行煎煮,经冷却,过滤,沉淀,储存即为粗中草药提取液。
7.根据权利要求3所述的保健养生酒的制备方法,其特征是4)制保健养生酒,控制中草药提取液和白酒质量比是7-3:3-7。
8.根据权利要求3所述的保健养生酒的制备方法,其特征是所述的白酒为纯大米酿制的50度以上的谷烧酒。
