Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,包括隔离薄膜,其通过将热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维两者注射吹塑为框架与聚乳酸双轴拉伸混合成型,使此新型结构整体的强度高,抗拉性好;通过将纳米防水层包裹于水凝胶层与防潮层两者的外端,且水凝胶层与防潮层相连通,使此新型结构在使用时,能够吸收大量的水,提高了薄膜的吸湿性,保证薄膜不会漏水,且有利于提高密封效果,防止薄膜出现漏水情况,降低维护成本;通过将薄膜穿孔的下端面设置与天然乳胶层的下端面处于同一水平面上,其上端设置于抗菌层的内部,且薄膜穿孔呈倒立“U”字状,使此新型结构在使用时,提高了薄膜的绝缘透气性,且具有一定的抗菌性和抗紫外线能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜相关技术领域,具体为一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜。
背景技术
聚乳酸又名聚丙交酯,是以乳酸为主要原料聚合得到的聚合物,属于聚酯家族。聚乳酸形成条件为单个的乳酸分子中有一个羟基和一个羧基,多个乳酸分子在一起,-OH与别的分子的-COOH脱水缩合,-COOH与别的分子的-OH脱水缩合形成聚合物。聚乳酸原料来源充分可再生,生产过程无污染,产品可以生物降解,实现在自然界中的循环,是理想的绿色高分子材料,而在目前的中国各行各业对塑料薄膜的市场需求情况来看,塑料薄膜的应用领域用量最大、品种最多、应用最广的是包装工业,其消费约占2/3,但是使用聚乳酸为主要材料的薄膜却并没有很多,且现有的新型多功能高强度薄膜存在着强度低,抗菌功能,使用寿命短的问题,为此我们提出一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,包括隔离薄膜,所述隔离薄膜包括有聚乳酸层、防水层以及隔离层,该聚乳酸层的下端与防水层的上端粘合连接,防水层的下端与隔离层的上端粘合连接,且聚乳酸层的内部设置有透光层、加强层、抗裂层以及复合材料层,防水层的内部设置有水凝胶层以及防潮层,隔离层的内部设置有抗菌层、薄膜穿孔以及天然乳胶层,所述透光层设置于加强层的上端,加强层设置于抗裂层的上端,抗裂层设置于复合材料层的上端,且复合材料层设置于水凝胶层的上端,水凝胶层设置于防潮层的上端,所述防潮层设置于抗菌层的上端,抗菌层设置于薄膜穿孔以及天然乳胶层的上端,且薄膜穿孔设置于天然乳胶层与抗菌层的内部。
优选的,所述复合材料层内部包括有聚乳酸、热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维,该热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维两者注射吹塑为框架与聚乳酸双轴拉伸混合成型。
优选的,所述水凝胶层与复合材料层的接触面上设置有纳米防水层,该纳米防水层包裹于水凝胶层与防潮层两者的外端,且水凝胶层与防潮层相连通。
优选的,所述薄膜穿孔的下端面与天然乳胶层的下端面处于同一水平面上,其上端设置于抗菌层的内部,且薄膜穿孔呈倒立“U”字状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将复合材料层内部设置有聚乳酸、热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维,该热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维两者注射吹塑为框架与聚乳酸双轴拉伸混合成型,使此新型结构在使用时,整体的强度高,抗拉性好;通过将水凝胶层与复合材料层的接触面上设置有纳米防水层,该纳米防水层包裹于水凝胶层与防潮层两者的外端,且水凝胶层与防潮层相连通,使此新型结构在使用时,能够吸收大量的水,提高了薄膜的吸湿性,保证薄膜不会漏水,且有利于提高密封效果,防止薄膜出现漏水情况,降低维护成本;通过将薄膜穿孔的下端面设置与天然乳胶层的下端面处于同一水平面上,其上端设置于抗菌层的内部,且薄膜穿孔呈倒立“U”字状,使此新型结构在使用时,提高了薄膜的绝缘透气性,且具有一定的抗菌性和抗紫外线能力。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,包括隔离薄膜1,隔离薄膜1包括有聚乳酸层10、防水层11以及隔离层12,该聚乳酸层10的下端与防水层11的上端粘合连接,防水层11的下端与隔离层12的上端粘合连接,且聚乳酸层10的内部设置有透光层101、加强层102、抗裂层103以及复合材料层104,复合材料层104内部包括有聚乳酸、热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维,该热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维两者注射吹塑为框架与聚乳酸双轴拉伸混合成型,使此新型结构在使用时,整体的强度高,抗拉性好。
防水层11的内部设置有水凝胶层110以及防潮层111,隔离层12的内部设置有抗菌层120、薄膜穿孔121以及天然乳胶层122,透光层101设置于加强层102的上端,加强层102设置于抗裂层103的上端,抗裂层103设置于复合材料层104的上端,且复合材料层104设置于水凝胶层110的上端,水凝胶层110设置于防潮层111的上端,水凝胶层110与复合材料层104的接触面上设置有纳米防水层,该纳米防水层包裹于水凝胶层110与防潮层111两者的外端,且水凝胶层110与防潮层111相连通,使此新型结构在使用时,能够吸收大量的水,提高了薄膜的吸湿性,保证薄膜不会漏水,且有利于提高密封效果,防止薄膜出现漏水情况,降低维护成本。
防潮层111设置于抗菌层120的上端,抗菌层120设置于薄膜穿孔121以及天然乳胶层122的上端,且薄膜穿孔121设置于天然乳胶层122与抗菌层120的内部,薄膜穿孔121的下端面与天然乳胶层122的下端面处于同一水平面上,其上端设置于抗菌层120的内部,且薄膜穿孔121呈倒立“U”字状,使此新型结构在使用时,提高了薄膜的绝缘透气性,且具有一定的抗菌性和抗紫外线能力。
工作原理:本发明通过将隔离薄膜1设置成聚乳酸层10、防水层11以及隔离层12三大结构,一定程度上保证了隔离薄膜1的整体性,接着将复合材料层104内部的热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维两者注射吹塑为框架与聚乳酸双轴拉伸混合成型,使聚乳酸层10在使用时,整体的强度高,抗拉性好,然后将纳米防水层包裹于水凝胶层110与防潮层111两者的外端,且水凝胶层110与防潮层111相连通,使防水层11在使用时,能够吸收大量的水,提高了薄膜的吸湿性,保证薄膜不会漏水,且有利于提高密封效果,防止薄膜出现漏水情况,降低维护成本,最后将薄膜穿孔121的下端面设置与天然乳胶层122的下端面处于同一水平面上,其上端设置于抗菌层120的内部,使隔离层12在使用时,提高了薄膜的绝缘透气性,且具有一定的抗菌性和抗紫外线能力,工作完成。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,包括隔离薄膜(1),其特征在于:所述隔离薄膜(1)包括有聚乳酸层(10)、防水层(11)以及隔离层(12),该聚乳酸层(10)的下端与防水层(11)的上端粘合连接,防水层(11)的下端与隔离层(12)的上端粘合连接,且聚乳酸层(10)的内部设置有透光层(101)、加强层(102)、抗裂层(103)以及复合材料层(104),防水层(11)的内部设置有水凝胶层(110)以及防潮层(111),隔离层(12)的内部设置有抗菌层(120)、薄膜穿孔(121)以及天然乳胶层(122),所述透光层(101)设置于加强层(102)的上端,加强层(102)设置于抗裂层(103)的上端,抗裂层(103)设置于复合材料层(104)的上端,且复合材料层(104)设置于水凝胶层(110)的上端,水凝胶层(110)设置于防潮层(111)的上端,所述防潮层(111)设置于抗菌层(120)的上端,抗菌层(120)设置于薄膜穿孔(121)以及天然乳胶层(122)的上端,且薄膜穿孔(121)设置于天然乳胶层(122)与抗菌层(120)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,其特征在于:所述复合材料层(104)内部包括有聚乳酸、热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维,该热塑型树脂以及玻璃纤维两者注射吹塑为框架与聚乳酸双轴拉伸混合成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,其特征在于:所述水凝胶层(110)与复合材料层(104)的接触面上设置有纳米防水层,该纳米防水层包裹于水凝胶层(110)与防潮层(111)两者的外端,且水凝胶层(110)与防潮层(111)相连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度聚乳酸系隔离薄膜,其特征在于:所述薄膜穿孔(121)的下端面与天然乳胶层(122)的下端面处于同一水平面上,其上端设置于抗菌层(120)的内部,且薄膜穿孔(121)呈倒立“U”字状。
