Abstract
本发明涉及真菌毒素脱除领域,公开了一种复合酶和添加剂及它们的应用以及脱除真菌毒素的方法。具体的,涉及一种复合酶,该复合酶含有酰胺酶和酯酶,该复合酶能够脱除真菌毒素,特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素;含有该复合酶的添加剂以及他们在脱除真菌毒素特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素中的应用和脱除真菌毒素的方法。通过上述技术方案,将如上的酰胺酶和酯酶组合使用,能够同时脱除赭曲霉素A、伏马毒素以及T‑2毒素,且脱除效率比单一使用一种酶的效率要大大提高,且还能够在一定程度上对呕吐毒素、黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮毒素进行脱除。

技术领域
本发明涉及真菌毒素脱除领域,具体地,涉及一种复合酶,含有所述复合酶的添加剂,所述复合酶和/或添加剂在脱除真菌毒素中的应用,以及一种脱除真菌毒素的方法。
背景技术
真菌毒素是产毒真菌在危害过程中产生的一类次生代谢物质,主要包括黄曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(又称呕吐毒素,DON)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)和伏马毒素(FUM)、赭曲霉毒素和T-2毒素等。
近几年,由于我国极端气候的频繁出现,导致了以危害小麦、玉米为主的赤霉病的大流行,真菌产生的伏马毒素(FUM)、赭曲霉毒素和T-2污染加重,污染超标的小麦和玉米不断增加。研究毒素超标粮食的安全利用,不仅可保护我国农民的种粮利益,同时防止流入口粮市场维护国家粮食食品质量安全已迫在眉睫。
对于真菌毒素的清除,目前国内外较为普遍的方法主要有物理去除及吸附、化学处理等。吸附剂在吸附真菌毒素的同时还大量吸附了饲料和食品中的微量营养物质,被黏土吸附后的毒素,无法被分解,会引起二次污染。
当前利用真菌毒素污染粮食作为原料发酵生产乙醇是最主要的手段之一,但毒素在发酵生产得到的大量副产物酒糟中被进一步浓缩,伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T-2含量大大超过国家限量标准而不能利用。
生物脱除可以高效将毒素转化为无毒产物、环保安全。已经成为当前真菌毒素削减技术中最有发展前景的处理技术途径,其不仅安全、环保、高效,而且利用现代生物技术开展研究非常符合当前我国节能减排的发展趋势。但目前在生物脱除方面,很难同时高效地对多种毒素进行脱除,当使用复配酶剂时,往往会出现一种毒素的脱除效率提高了,而其他毒素的脱除效率却下降了。当涉及伏马毒素(FUM)、赭曲霉毒素和T-2毒素时,由于这三种毒素含量相对于呕吐毒素、黄曲霉毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮毒素低的多,因此,研究相对也较少,更难以实现对它们的同时高效脱除。
因此亟需开发出一种能够节能环保且高效脱除多种真菌毒素特别是能够同时脱除的复合酶制剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的以上缺陷,提供一种能够同时高效地脱除多种真菌毒素特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素的复配复合酶制剂,含有该复合酶制剂的添加剂,该复合酶制剂和/或添加剂在脱除真菌毒素特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素中的应用,以及一种脱除真菌毒素特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素的方法。
为了实现上述目的,一方面,本发明提供了一种复合酶,其中,该复合酶含有酰胺酶和酯酶,该复合酶能够脱除真菌毒素,特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素。
第二方面,本发明还提供了一种添加剂,其中,该添加剂含有如上所述的复合酶。
第三方面,本发明提供了如上所述的复合酶和/或如上所述的添加剂在脱除真菌毒素特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素中的应用。
第四方面,本发明提供了一种脱除真菌毒素的方法,其中,该方法包括:将如上所述的复合酶和/或如上所述的添加剂与真菌毒素污染的样品接触,以脱除样品中的真菌毒素,所述真菌毒素优选为伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素。
通过上述技术方案,将如上的酰胺酶和酯酶组合使用,能够同时脱除赭曲霉素A、伏马毒素以及T-2毒素,且脱除效率比单一使用一种酶的效率要大大提高,且还能够在一定程度上对呕吐毒素、黄曲霉毒素、玉米赤霉烯酮毒素进行脱除。
本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的具体实施方式部分予以详细说明。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
在本文中所披露的范围的端点和任何值都不限于该精确的范围或值,这些范围或值应当理解为包含接近这些范围或值的值。对于数值范围来说,各个范围的端点值之间、各个范围的端点值和单独的点值之间,以及单独的点值之间可以彼此组合而得到一个或多个新的数值范围,这些数值范围应被视为在本文中具体公开。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种复合酶,其中,该复合酶含有酰胺酶和酯酶,该复合酶能够脱除真菌毒素。
根据本发明,将酰胺酶和酯酶进行配合使用能够对多种真菌毒素进行脱除,但当所述真菌毒素涉及伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素时,其脱除效率显著提高,且相较于单一的酶制剂,本发明提供的复合酶制剂的脱除效率要大大提升。
尽管将酰胺酶和酯酶配合使用便可实现本发明的目的,但本发明的发明人发现,通过使用具有如下氨基酸序列的酰胺酶,所述复合酶对于真菌毒素,特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素的脱除效率会得到进一步提升。具体的,所述酰胺酶具有:(a)SEQID NO:2所示的氨基酸序列(由SEQ ID NO:1所示的核苷酸序列编码);(b)SEQ ID NO:2所示的氨基酸序列中第11、89、179和239位氨基酸残基中的一个或几个经过取代、缺失或添加后仍具有SEQ ID NO:2所示的氨基酸序列活性的氨基酸序列,优选具有由SEQID NOs:3、4和5所示的核苷酸序列编码的氨基酸序列。更为优选的,所述酰胺酶的氨基酸序列为SEQ ID NO:2所示的氨基酸或者为由SEQ ID NOs:3、4和5所示的核苷酸序列编码的氨基酸序列。
尽管将酰胺酶和酯酶配合使用便可实现本发明的目的,但本发明的发明人发现,通过使用具有如下氨基酸序列的酯酶,所述复合酶对于真菌毒素,特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素的脱除效率会得到进一步提升。具体的,所述酯酶具有SEQ ID NOs∶6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16和17中至少一种所示核苷酸序列所述编码的氨基酸序列。优选的,所述酯酶的氨基酸序列为SEQ ID NOs∶6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16和17中至少一种所示核苷酸序列所述编码的氨基酸序列。
其中,在了解了如上酰胺酶和酯酶优选的氨基酸序列之后,可以根据密码子反推的方法很容易获得编码所述酰胺酶和酯酶的核苷酸序列。同时,由于密码子存在简并性,可以获得多条编码相同氨基酸序列但核苷酸序列不同的核苷酸序列,这些均应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
组成蛋白质的20种氨基酸残基,按照侧链极性可以分成四类:1、非极性的氨基酸:丙氨酸(Ala)、缬氨酸(Val)、亮氨酸(Leu)、异亮氨酸(Ile)、甲硫氨酸(Met)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)、色氨酸(Trp)和脯氨酸(Pro);2、极性不带电荷的氨基酸:甘氨酸(Gly)、丝氨酸(Ser)、苏氨酸(Thr)、半胱氨酸(Cys)、天冬氨酸(Asn)、谷氨酰胺(Gln)和酪氨酸(Tyr);3、带正电荷的氨基酸:精氨酸(Arg)、赖氨酸(Lys)和组氨酸(His);4、带负电荷的氨基酸:天冬氨酸(Asp)和谷氨酸(Glu)(参见“生物化学”(第二版)上册,沈同、王镜岩,第82-83页,高等教育出版社,1990年12月)。蛋白质中如果发生同属一个类别的氨基酸残基取代,例如由Arg取代Lys或由Leu取代Ile,所述残基在蛋白质结构域中所起的作用(比如提供正电荷或形成疏水囊袋结构的作用)没有改变,因此对蛋白质的立体结构并不会产生影响,因此仍然可以实现蛋白的功能。所述同属一个类别的氨基酸残基取代可以发生在上述酶的任意一个氨基酸残基位置上。
如前所述,本发明提供的酶还可以进行修饰或突变,得到衍生的蛋白质。本发明所述“衍生的蛋白质”指与具有上述氨基酸序列的酶具有氨基酸序列上的差异,也可以有不影响序列的修饰形式上的差异,或者兼而有之。这些蛋白包括天然或诱导的遗传变异体。所述诱导变异体可以通过各种技术得到,如辐射或诱变剂等产生的随机突变,也可以通过如定点突变法或其他已知分子生物学的技术。所述“衍生的蛋白质”还包括具有天然L型氨基酸的残基的类似物(如D型氨基酸),以及具有非天然存在的或合成的氨基酸(如β-氨基酸、γ-氨基酸等)的类似物。
修饰(通常不改变一级结构,即不改变氨基酸序列)形式包括:体内或体外的蛋白的化学衍生形式如乙酰化或羧基化。修饰还包括糖基化,如那些在蛋白的合成和加工中或进一步加工步骤中进行糖基化修饰而产生的蛋白。这种修饰可以通过将蛋白暴露于进行糖基化的酶(如哺乳动物的糖基化酶或去糖基化酶)而完成。修饰形式还包括具有磷酸化氨基酸残基(如磷酸酪氨酸,磷酸丝氨酸,磷酸苏氨酸)的序列。还包括被修饰从而提高了其抗蛋白水解性能或优化了溶解性能的蛋白。而在本发明中,在所述复合酶的天冬酰胺(Asn)、丝氨酸(Ser)和苏氨酸(Thr)残基任一者处进行N-和/或O-糖基化修饰可以进一步改善溶解性和热稳定性。
为了方便纯化,还可以采用本领域常见的标签(如Poly-Arg、Poly-His、FLAG、Strep-tagⅡ和c-myc中的至少一种)对(a)或(b)进行添加修饰。所述标签不会影响本发明提供的酶的活性,在实际应用过程中,可以根据需求选择是否添加标签。
为了进一步提高酶复合制剂对真菌毒素的脱除效果,优选情况下,所述酰胺酶和酯酶的重量比为1:(0.01-100),进一步优选为1:(0.05-20),更进一步优选为1:(0.1-10),更优选为1:(0.2-5)。
本发明的发明人在研究的过程中发现,当本发明的酶复合制剂中还含有磷脂酰丝氨酸和/或锌元素的情况下,其对真菌毒素的脱除效率会进一步提升。优选的,以所述复合酶制剂的总重量为基准,所述磷脂酰丝氨酸和/或锌元素的含量为1-30重量%,更优选为5-10重量%。
本发明中,所述酰胺酶和酯酶均可通过现有方法制备得到,例如,通过将编码相关氨基酸序列的核苷酸序列克隆入载体,再转入宿主中,然后通过常规的方法从增殖后的宿主细胞分离得到有关核苷酸序列,也可以通过商购获得,所述磷脂酰丝氨酸和/或锌元素均可通过商购获得,也可通过正规的其他途径进行获取。
根据本发明,为了进一步提升所述复合酶的脱毒效果,所述复合酶还含有一种或多种另外的酶;所述一种或多种另外的酶可以选自但并不限于:黄曲霉毒素去毒酶、赭曲霉毒素内酯酶、伏马毒素羧基酯酶、伏马毒素氨基转移酶、氨基多元醇胺氧化酶、脱氧瓜萎镰菌醇环氧化物水解酶、羧肽酶、黑曲霉天冬氨酸蛋白酶PEPAa、PEPAb、PEPAc和PEPAd,弹性蛋白酶、氨基肽酶、胃蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶样蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶或胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶、细菌蛋白酶、涉及淀粉代谢、纤维脱除、脂质代谢的酶、涉及糖原代谢的蛋白质或酶、淀粉酶、阿拉伯糖酶、阿拉伯呋喃糖酶、过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶、几丁质酶、凝乳酶、角质酶、脱氧核糖核酸酶、表异构酶、酯酶、半乳糖苷酶、葡聚糖酶、葡聚糖裂解酶、内切葡聚糖酶、葡糖淀粉酶、葡萄糖氧化酶,-葡糖苷酶,包括β-葡糖苷酶,葡糖醛酸酶、半纤维素酶、己糖氧化酶、水解酶、转化酶、异构酶、脂解酶、漆酶、裂解酶、甘露糖苷酶、氧化酶、氧化还原酶、果胶酸裂解、果胶乙酰酯酶、果胶去聚合酶、果胶甲酯酶、果胶分解酶、过氧化物酶、酚氧化酶、植酸酶、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶、蛋白酶、鼠李-半乳糖醛酸酶、核糖核酸酶、非洲甜果素、转移酶、转运蛋白、转谷酰胺酶、木聚糖酶、己糖氧化酶、酸性磷酸酶和它们的组合。
本发明中,为了方便使用,优选情况下,所述酶复合制剂的各组分可以混合在一起包装,也可以各自独立包装,然后在使用时再进行混合。
本发明还提供了上述酶复合制剂的制备方法,该方法包括:按照前述重量比例将各成分混合均匀即可。
根据本发明,所述伏马毒素可以包括其各毒素类型,例如,FA1、FA2、FB1、FB2、FB3、FB4、FC1、FC2、FC3、FC4和FP1,其中,最优选为伏马毒素FB1。所述赭曲霉毒素也可以包括其各毒素类型,例如,赭曲霉毒素A和赭曲霉毒素B。
第二方面,本发明还公开了一种添加剂,其中,该添加剂含有如上所述的复合酶。
在优选的情况下,所述添加剂以本发明提供的复合酶作为活性成分。在所述添加剂中,所述复合酶的含量为0.001-10g/kg,优选为0.01-8g/kg,更优选为0.1-5g/kg。另外,所述添加剂中还可以含有本领域技术人员公知的溶剂(如甘油、糖类和蛋白酶抑制剂等蛋白保护剂)、激动剂等。
根据本发明,所述添加剂中还含有生理学上可接受的载体,其中,所述生理上可接受的载体选自如下物质中的至少一种:麦芽糖糊精、石灰石(碳酸钙)、环糊精、小麦、麦麸或小麦组分、稻米或米糠、蔗糖、淀粉、Na2SO4、滑石粉和PVA以及它们的混合物。
对本领域技术人员显而易见的是,可将这些添加剂添加至污染有真菌毒素的饲料和/或粮油材料以降低存在的毒素水平。
本发明的饲料材料可以包括:a)谷类,例如小粒谷物(如小麦、大麦、裸麦、燕麦以及它们的组合)和/或大粒谷物如玉蜀黍或高粱;b)来自谷类的副产物,例如玉米蛋白粉、干酒糟及可溶物(DDGS)、麦麸、小麦粗粉、小麦次粉、米糠、稻壳、燕麦壳,棕榈仁和柑橘渣;c)青贮饲料;d)得自如下来源的蛋白质:例如大豆、向日葵、花生、羽扇豆、豌豆、蚕豆、棉花、卡诺拉、鱼粉、干血浆蛋白、肉和骨粉、马铃薯蛋白、乳清、干椰肉、芝麻;e)从植物和动物来源获得的油和脂肪;f)矿物质和维生素。
本发明的粮油是指对谷类、豆类等粮食和油料及其加工成品和半成品的统称,特别是指人类可以食用的产品。例如,所述粮油可以为本领域常见的人类可以食用的粮油产品,具体地,所述粮油可以包括谷物及其农副产品、油和脂肪制品、酒类、奶及其制品等中的至少一种。
对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是,根据本发明的饲料或添加剂可还包含其他组分如稳定剂和/或增量剂和/或酶类。
优选地,制备根据本发明的添加剂的方法包括混合步骤,该混合步骤包括混合如上所述的复合酶,任选与至少一种生理上可接受的载体、溶剂、激动剂、稳定剂、增量剂或酶类一起混合。
对技术人员显而易见的是,作为预防步骤,可将添加剂添加至任何饲料和/或粮油材料中。
例如,当所述添加剂用于养殖动物的饲料时,所述添加剂中还含有地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、乳酸肠球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、德式乳杆菌乳酸亚种、植物乳杆菌、乳酸片球菌、戊糖片球菌、产朊假丝酵母、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、青春双歧杆菌、嗜热链球菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、米曲霉、迟缓芽孢杆菌、短小芽孢杆菌、纤维二糖乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种中的至少一种。
例如,当所述添加剂用于青贮饲料或牛饲料时,所述添加剂中还含有产丙酸丙酸杆菌、布氏乳杆菌和副干酪乳杆菌中的至少一种。
例如,当所述添加剂用于肉禽、生长育肥猪和水产养殖动物的饲料时,所述饲料或添加剂中还含有凝结芽孢杆菌和/或侧孢短芽孢杆菌。
基于如上的描述,本发明还提供了一种粮油或饲料,其中,该粮油或饲料含有上述添加剂。
第三方面,本发明还提供了如上所述的复合酶和/或如上所述的添加剂在脱除真菌毒素特别是伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素中的应用。
第四方面,本发明还提供了一种脱除真菌毒素的方法,其中,该方法包括:将如上所述的复合酶和/或添加剂与真菌毒素污染的样品接触,以脱除样品中的真菌毒素,所述真菌毒素优选为伏马毒素、赭曲霉毒素和T2毒素。
根据本发明,所述接触优选在所述复合酶中各酶组分能够发挥酶活性的条件下进行。其中,术语“发挥酶活性的条件”是指符合酶活性发挥的温度和pH等条件。
根据本发明,所述真菌毒素污染的样品可以包括任何含有真菌毒素的样品,例如,可以为粮油和/或饲料等。优选情况下,以真菌毒素污染的样品的总重量为基准,所述复合酶制剂的用量为至少为0.1ppm,优选为0.1-15ppm,进一步优选为1-10ppm,更优选为4-8ppm。在本发明中,当真菌毒素污染的样品为液体时,“ppm”表示的是“μg/mL”;当呕吐毒素污染的样品为固体时,“ppm”表示的是“μg/g”。
以下实施例和对比例中,赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素FB1和T2毒素标准品购于西格玛公司;磷脂酰丝氨酸购自上海信帆生物科技有限公司。
按照GB 5009.240-2016标准中的方法通过高效液相色谱法对伏马毒素FB1进行检测、按照GB/T 30956-2014标准中的方法对呕吐毒素进行检测,按照GB/T 23501-2009标准中的方法对T2毒素进行检测;
毒素降解率%=(反应前样品中毒素的质量-反应后样品中毒素的质量)/反应前样品中毒素的质量×100%。
实施例
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但并不因此限制本发明。以下制备例、实施例和对比例中,如无特别说明,各材料均可商购获得,各方法均为本领域的常规方法。
制备例1
本制备例用于说明本发明提供的酰胺酶的制备
(1)基因的获得
通过人工化学合成法合成(委托宝生物工程(大连)有限公司,下同)如下的核苷酸片段;在SEQ ID NO:1所示的核苷酸序列的5’端起始密码子ATG后添加Nde I酶切位点、3’端添加Xho I酶切位点和终止密码子TAG。
(2)重组质粒的构建
使用限制性内切酶Nde I和Xho I(购自NEB公司)对PET30a质粒(具有His标签,购于美国Invitrogen公司)进行双酶切,于37℃水浴酶切4h,酶切体系(50μL)如下:
将酶切产物进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳后,纯化回收。然后,使用T4连接酶(购于Takara公司)进行连接反应,于室温下连接4h,获得重组质粒。使用的连接体系(10μL)如下:
(3)重组菌株的获得
在Bio-Rad Gene Pulse电转仪上使用由步骤(2)获得的重组质粒电转DH5α感受态细胞(购自Takara公司),电转化条件为:电压1500V,电容25μF,电阻200Ω,转化时间随DNA样品的不同而变化,并由仪器自动给出,通常在3.5-4s范围内。然后,将转化后的细胞涂布于含有卡那霉素的LB固体平板上进行筛选,于37℃倒置培养2天,挑取阳性菌落接种于LB液体培养基中,以获得重组菌株。
然后使用本领域公知的方法对质粒进行提取,然后委托宝生物工程(大连)有限公司进行测序,结果显示,如上的基因已经成功的转化到大肠杆菌中,表明本发明的重组菌株构建成功。
(4)酰胺酶的制备
将得到的重组菌株接种于LB液体培养基(牛肉膏5g,蛋白胨10g,氯化钠5g,补水至1000mL,115℃灭菌20min备用,pH 7)中,于37℃培养3天至OD600值在2-6之间,离心收集菌体,用磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS,135mM NaCl,2.7mM KCl,1.5mM KH2PO4,8mM K2HPO4,pH 7.2)溶液悬浮后,超声波破碎,离心取上清获得粗酶液。
将粗酶液置于冰上,缓慢加入磨碎的硫酸铵粉末,边加边搅拌,添加到硫酸铵饱和为止。在4℃静置24h左右,12000r/min离心50min,弃上清,用少量PBS(pH 7.2)溶解沉淀。将PBS溶解的沉淀透析,除去硫酸铵,重悬于缓冲液(pH 7.4,50mM NaCl,含10mM咪唑)中。根据表达出的重组酶含有His标签,利用Ni柱进行亲和层析纯化,1mL/min平衡Ni柱后,以流量0.5mL/min直接将重悬的粗酶液上样;继续使用缓冲液(pH7.4,50mM NaCl,含10mM咪唑)1mL/min洗脱未吸附或吸附的非特异性杂蛋白;以缓冲液(pH 7.4,50mM NaCl,500mM咪唑)洗脱收集目的蛋白,以获得纯化的酰胺酶液,并冷冻干燥获得酰胺酶干粉X1。
制备例2-4
制备例2-4用于说明本发明提供的酰胺酶的制备
按照制备例1的方法分别进行酰胺酶X2-X4的制备,不同的是,制备例2-4分别使用SEQ ID NO:3、SEQ ID NO:4和SEQ ID NO:5替换SEQ ID NO:1。
制备例5-16
制备例5-16用于说明本发明提供的酯酶的制备方法
按照制备例1的方法分别进行酯酶Z1-Z12的制备,不同的是,制备例5-16分别使用SEQ ID NO:6、SEQ ID NO:7、SEQ ID NO:8、SEQ ID NO:9、SEQ ID NO:10、SEQ ID NO:11、SEQID NO:12、SEQ ID NO:13、SEQ ID NO:14、SEQ ID NO:15、SEQ ID NO:16和SEQ ID NO:17替换SEQ ID NO:1。
实施例1-14、对比例1-3
用于说明本发明提供的复合酶对伏马毒素FB1、赭曲霉毒素A和T2毒素的脱除作用。
使用生理盐水按照表1中各实施例和对比例的配比进行复合酶制剂的配制,使得得到的混合液中,复合酶的浓度为100ng/ml,伏马毒素FB1、赭曲霉毒素A和T2毒素的浓度分别为1000ppb。反应温度为分别为37℃,反应的pH值分别为5,反应30min后20μL反应产物检测伏马毒素FB1、赭曲霉毒素A和T2毒素的残留,并计算降解率。结果如表2所示。

由以上表2的数据可以看出,将酰胺酶和酯酶进行组合使用,能够高效地脱除伏马毒素和赭曲霉毒素,并且也能够将大部分的T2毒素进行脱除。且当所述复合酶中添加磷酯酰丝氨酸和/或锌时,对于毒素的脱除效率会进一步提升。

Claims (11)

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合酶,其中,所述酰胺酶和酯酶的重量比为1:0.01-100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合酶,其中,所述复合酶还含有磷脂酰丝氨酸和/或锌元素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合酶,其中,所述复合酶还含有一种或多种另外的酶;

11.一种脱除真菌毒素的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的复合酶和/或权利要求6-9中任意一项所述的添加剂与真菌毒素污染的样品接触,以脱除样品中的真菌毒素;
