Abstract
本发明涉及涂料的制备方法,公开了一种保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,该制备方法包含以下步骤:1)将丙烯酸树脂溶解在溶剂中;2)加入远红外陶瓷粉末,湿法研磨;3)加入流平剂、光稳定剂,补充溶剂,搅拌混合均匀;4)直接喷雾造粒得保温隔热粉末涂料。本发明制备方法简单易行,成本较低,所得粉末涂料的为纳米粒径的粉末,有利于喷涂,粉末涂料的原料分布均匀,不易出现粉末团聚导致的白点,也有利于涂层的力学性能,涂层的透明度高,适于应用于玻璃表面,利用光能转化为红外辐射的热能,达到保温隔热的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料的制备方法,尤其涉及一种保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
远红外陶瓷粉是一种以氧化物、碳化物、氮化物等未原料加工制备而成,在远红外波段具有较高的辐射率和辐射强度,添加进树脂材料中,可以制备保温隔热涂层,提高能源利用率,但是,现有的制备方法通常采用溶胶-凝胶工艺或共沉淀工艺,所用原料价格昂贵,所得粒子分布不均匀,为解决这些问题,本发明提出了一种新的制备方法。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,采用湿法研磨和喷雾造粒的方法制备含远红外陶瓷粉的粉末涂料,所得产品透明度高,流平性好,具有保温隔热效果,适于实际生产应用。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)将丙烯酸树脂溶解在溶剂中;
2)加入远红外陶瓷粉末,湿法研磨;
3)加入流平剂、光稳定剂,补充溶剂,搅拌混合均匀;
4)直接喷雾造粒得保温隔热粉末涂料。
现有的制备方法通常采用溶胶-凝胶工艺或共沉淀工艺,所用原料价格昂贵,所得粒子分布不均匀,本发明将原料分散在溶液中,直接湿法研磨至纳米级,然后直接喷雾造粒,这样能在喷雾造粒后,让树脂将陶瓷粉末包覆起来,而且液体中粉末能够分散均匀,所得涂料在喷涂时不仅粒径较小,可得到较薄的涂层,有利于透明度和流平性能,而且陶瓷粉末分散均匀,不易出现粉末团聚导致的白点,也有利于涂层的力学性能。
作为优选,所述步骤1)中溶剂为丙酮、甲苯或二甲苯。
作为优选,所述步骤2)中远红外陶瓷粉末为氧化铝,氧化镁,氧化硅,氧化锆,氧化锌,氧化钛中的一种或几种的混合物。
所用远红外陶瓷粉末均为白色耐高温粉末,耐候性好,对透明度影响小,同时具有消光剂的作用。
作为优选,所述步骤3)中流平剂为分子量小于10000的聚丙烯酸酯。
作为优选,所述步骤3)中光稳定剂为邻羟基二苯甲酮类稳定剂、水杨酸酯类稳定剂、邻羟基苯并三唑类稳定剂中的一种。
光稳定剂能够吸收紫外光,防止涂层变黄,还能将紫外光转化为红外辐射。
作为优选,所述步骤2)中湿法研磨至陶瓷粉末粒度为50-150nm。
陶瓷粉末粒度小,不会影响涂层的透明度,适于应用于玻璃表面,利用光能转化为红外辐射的热能,达到保温隔热的效果。
作为优选,所述步骤2)中湿法研磨后,固形物含量为30-40wt%。
作为优选,所述步骤4)中喷雾造粒采用离心式喷雾干燥造粒机,入口温度100-120℃,出口温度40-60℃。
作为优选,所述保温隔热粉末涂料透明度高,可用于玻璃表面,固化条件为170℃/20min。
与现有技术对比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单易行,成本较低,所得粉末涂料的为纳米粒径的粉末,有利于喷涂,粉末涂料的原料分布均匀,不易出现粉末团聚导致的白点,也有利于涂层的力学性能,涂层的透明度高,适于应用于玻璃表面,利用光能转化为红外辐射的热能,达到保温隔热的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
将丙烯酸树脂溶解在丙酮中,加入氧化铝,氧化镁,氧化硅,保证固形物含量为30wt%,湿法研磨,直至激光粒度仪测试粉末平均粒径在150nm;加入聚丙烯酸酯、邻羟基二苯甲酮光稳定剂,补充丙酮至适宜喷雾造粒的粘度,搅拌混合均匀;采用离心式喷雾干燥造粒机,入口温度100℃,出口温度40℃,直接喷雾造粒得保温隔热粉末涂料。
实施例2
将丙烯酸树脂溶解在甲苯中,加入氧化锆,氧化锌,氧化钛,保证固形物含量为40wt%,湿法研磨,直至激光粒度仪测试粉末平均粒径在50nm;加入聚丙烯酸酯、水杨酸酯光稳定剂,补充甲苯至适宜喷雾造粒的粘度,搅拌混合均匀;采用离心式喷雾干燥造粒机,入口温度110℃,出口温度50℃,直接喷雾造粒得保温隔热粉末涂料。
实施例3
将丙烯酸树脂溶解在二甲苯中,加入氧化铝,氧化镁,氧化硅,氧化锆,氧化锌,氧化钛,保证固形物含量为35wt%,湿法研磨,直至激光粒度仪测试粉末平均粒径在100nm;加入聚丙烯酸酯、邻羟基苯并三唑光稳定剂,补充二甲苯至适宜喷雾造粒的粘度,搅拌混合均匀;采用离心式喷雾干燥造粒机,入口温度120℃,出口温度60℃,直接喷雾造粒得保温隔热粉末涂料。
实施例1-3的粉末涂料固化条件为170℃/20min,采用3mm厚除油玻璃板喷涂检测,所得涂层厚度20-50μm,外观平整,流平性A级,透明度A级,冲击±10kg.cm,杯突大于1mm,附着力0级,弯曲φ3mm,压痕硬度≥80,盐雾试验1000小时无变化,湿热试验1000小时1级,保光率≥90%。
本发明中所用原料、设备,若无特别说明,均为本领域的常用原料、设备;本发明中所用方法,若无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。

1.一种保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包含以下步骤:
1)将丙烯酸树脂溶解在溶剂中;
2)加入远红外陶瓷粉末,湿法研磨;
3)加入流平剂、光稳定剂,补充溶剂,搅拌混合均匀;
4)直接喷雾造粒得保温隔热粉末涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中溶剂为丙酮、甲苯或二甲苯。
3.如权利要求1所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中远红外陶瓷粉末为氧化铝,氧化镁,氧化硅,氧化锆,氧化锌,氧化钛中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中流平剂为分子量小于10000的聚丙烯酸酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中光稳定剂为邻羟基二苯甲酮类稳定剂、水杨酸酯类稳定剂、邻羟基苯并三唑类稳定剂中的一种。
6.如权利要求1或3所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中湿法研磨至陶瓷粉末粒度为50-150nm。
7.如权利要求1或3所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中湿法研磨后,固形物含量为30-40wt%。
8.如权利要求1所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中喷雾造粒采用离心式喷雾干燥造粒机,入口温度180-220℃,出口温度100-120℃。
9.如权利要求1所述的保温隔热粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保温隔热粉末涂料透明度高,可用于玻璃表面,固化条件为170℃/20min。
