Abstract

本发明属于注塑成型领域,尤其涉及到液晶聚合物注塑的产品中。本发明要解决的技术问题是通过在注塑模具中加入抽真空装置并配合使用设定的工艺的条件,使液晶聚合物树脂产品在注塑过程中消除表面起鼓包的现象,简化了加工方式,降低成本,提高了工件合格率。

Description

预防液晶聚合物树脂注塑过程表面产品缺陷的方法
技术领域
本发明属于注塑成型领域,尤其涉及到液晶聚合物注塑的产品中。
背景技术
液晶聚合物树脂是上世纪80年代发展起来的一种新型高性能特种工程塑料,熔融态时会显现液晶性,它还有优良的耐化学药品性,热稳定性,耐热性,电绝缘性,蠕变小,其耐磨性较高等特点,如将玻璃纤维、聚四氟乙烯、碳纤维等添加物加入树脂中,会大大增强产品性能,此材料广泛应用于汽车零部件及办公电子、航空航天等领域,但液晶聚合物树脂在注塑过程中非常容易出现表面缺陷例如起鼓包,影响产品外观与功能。
为了去除表面鼓包的产品缺陷,国内的传统做法为通过调整浇口位置或数量使之达到要求,但反复设定浇口位置需要多次更换模具嵌件,非常浪费人力与物力,而无明显规律性。
发明内容
鉴于以上问题点,本发明要解决的技术问题是通过在塑料模具上安装吸真空装置,配合调整工艺参数,使之满足表面要求。
本发明要解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,提供一种预防液晶聚合物树脂注塑过程表面产品缺陷的方法,具体包括以下操作步骤:
(1)模具型腔中安装吸真空装置,与注塑机联动,在树脂射出前,抽出型腔内气体;
(2)液晶聚合物树脂使用真空干燥机且干燥温度设定130±5℃,干燥时间设定4±1h;
(3)成型机喷嘴温度设定330~340℃, 炮筒温度350±5℃,射出速度 350±5mm/sec;
(4)成型机进料计量设定为最大进料计量30±5%,螺杆压缩比设定为1.7~2.2;
(5)金属模具温度定模部分设定120±5℃,动模部分设定120~130℃。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在注塑模具中安装抽真空装置并配合使用设定的工艺条件,使液晶聚合物树脂产品在注塑过程中消除表面起鼓包的现象,简化了加工方式,降低成本,提高了工件合格率。

具体实施方式
下面结合技术文字和附图详细叙述发明的具体实施例。
产品表面缺陷起鼓包的原因主要分为两种,第一种为起鼓包位置规则,大多是由于产品或模具构造缺陷造成,需要调整模具分型面及型腔位置,改变浇口形式,改变模具型腔材质,达到避免表面缺陷起鼓包的问题,第二种为起鼓包位置不规则,大小不规则,这主要是由于3方面引起,(1)工艺参数设定不合理,其中包含射速,压力及炮筒温度与喷嘴温度。(2)空气混入,需要加入吸真空装置或型腔需加工合理的排气槽。(3)材料降解引起,需要对材料干燥充分,干燥时间合理,成型机计量要准确 (见图1) 。
本实施例所采用为液晶聚合物树脂ACME STUB埃克母短牙螺纹杆,产品重量为1.0g,1模4穴,热流道无水口料把。
安装过程如下,将模具安装在成型机上,同时把液晶聚合物树脂材料放入真空干燥机进行干燥,将模具吸真空装置安装在模具上,将油温机开启并分别设定动模与定模模温,将成型机升温并达到注塑条件,设定工艺参数后进行模具动作开闭试验后,进入试模阶段 (见图2) 。
试模过程工艺参数调整如下(见图3)。
通过11次试模分析,吸真空装置的使用对产品表面起鼓包有了很大改善,不良率下降了5%,通过试模分析,树脂材料材料干燥时间超过24小时,会发生降解现象,不良率随之提高,但通过提高射速,提高炮筒温度,提高定动模模温,对起鼓包现象也有很大改善从之前的12%不良率,调整到0%,保证了产品的表面质量要求。

Claims (1)

1.预防液晶聚合物树脂注塑过程表面产品缺陷的方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下操作步骤:
(1)模具型腔中安装吸真空装置,与注塑机联动,在树脂射出前,抽出型腔内气体;
(2)液晶聚合物树脂使用真空干燥机且干燥温度设定130±5℃,干燥时间设定4±1h;
(3)成型机喷嘴温度设定330~340℃, 炮筒温度350±5℃,射出速度 350±5mm/sec;
(4)成型机进料计量设定为最大进料计量30±5%,螺杆压缩比设定为1.7~2.2;
(5)金属模具温度定模部分设定120±5℃,动模部分设定120~130℃。
