Abstract
为在钻井中固定锚固物的双组分砂浆,它含有水化凝固和/或可缩聚的化合物作为无机可硬化的化合物和可硬化的乙烯基酯作为有机可硬化化合物。尤其将双组分砂浆装入多室包装装置中。
Description
为了在钻井中固定锚固物如柱身和类似物,可硬化的砂浆料,即已知所谓的双组分砂浆,具有重要的价值,对于双组分砂浆人们理解为混和料,一方面它含有分开或混合存在的一种或多种可硬化组分,而另一方面它又含有硬化剂。例如通过混合和/或破坏反应阻挡隔膜,使可硬化组分与硬化剂接触,硬化泥浆料。除了早期起主导作用的无机质两组分砂浆料外,这类有机质砂浆料在市场销售中也占很大的比重,而有机或无机质砂浆料体系又具有例如在加工技术和使用技术方面所固有的体系内在的优缺点。在此方面尤其需要考虑混合问题、使用寿命、硬化特性、与温度有关的特性、腐蚀性、化学稳定性和老化稳定性。
为了兼有各体系彼此间的优点,有人已经建议,用一种无机砂浆固定锚固物之后,在硬化期间或之后,用有机单体或其它低分子量可硬化化合物浸渍砂浆混合物。除了该方法的多步骤缺点之外,由于例如通过孔隙度和/或粘度为条件的不同渗透深度,得不到再现结果。也曾做过这样试验,为了在钻井中固定锚固物,使用以波特兰水泥和不饱和可硬化聚酯混合物为基的硬化砂浆混合料。然而,为了避免混合缺陷,预成型波特兰/UP-混合物呈现出明显的缺点,例如最不令人满意的是耐贮藏性。除此之外,固定强度仅有少许的抗老化性,锚固值相应降低。
因此,本发明涉及一种为在钻井中固定锚固物用的可硬化砂浆混合料的应用,它具有各种砂浆体系的优点,而无需上述的许多缺点。
用两种或多种组分砂浆解决了所提出的任务,由于含有水化凝固化合物和/或无机可缩合的化合物作为元机可硬化化合物和可硬化乙烯基酯作为有机可硬化化合物,这种砂浆在钻井中用于固定锚固物如锚固杆,该两种或多种组分砂浆含有无机或有机质的可硬化化合物和硬化剂以及必要时含有填充料(反应性),溶剂、硬化剂、促凝剂、粘度调节剂、稳定剂、及其它普通的砂浆成分。
结果表明,根据本发明砂浆混合料,尽管在混合料中含有完全不同种类材料的可硬化化合物,但仍能提供非常良好的贮存能力,无疑它比已知含有不同种类材料化合物的混合物的砂浆混合料好得多。在基于可硬化不饱和聚酯和波特兰水泥的已知两组分砂浆混合料的情况下,由于其贮存能力低,只能在使用前而且在使用地直接进行混合料的加工。然后再混合硬化剂,上述方法烦琐、在多次混合过程中混合缺陷的危害最终使这类砂浆不适用。
此外,本发明的砂浆混合料的进一步优点在于降低了收缩,提高了热不变形性,改善了燃烧性能,抗气候条件,结合稳定性高,适合的膨胀系数(比混凝土/钢大)。持久性能和温度变化稳定性。特别适用的是由于润湿性能高、在潮湿和/或有灰尘的钻井中无困难的使用性。能获得极好的拉伸性。因此在一般情况下,能特别有利的固定并附着在钻井壁上,以致于在确定拉伸值的情况下,一般在砂浆和锚杆之间出现损坏,而不象在已知两组分复合锚固体系那样,在钻井壁(例如混凝土)和砂浆之间出现损坏。
经过长期的试验结果表明,甚至在经常接触到化学物质的情况下也没有不利的退化,象例如不饱和聚酯-波特兰水泥砂浆混合料的退化是已知的。可能由于没有增塑剂的作用,保持了高的粘性和附着性。
优选把水泥,尤其是铝酸盐水泥当作可硬化的水化硬化化合物。这类铝酸盐水泥主要含有铝酸钙化合物,例如铝酸一钙和或铝酸二钙作为反应化合物,其中还有其它组分,例如可能是氧化铝,硅铝酸钙和铁酸盐。Al2O3分析值(尽管不是必需的)经常是高于35%,总的来说,合适的是在很大程度上没有氧化铁或氧化铁含量很低,这就是说水泥中的氧化铁含量低于约10%(重量),尤其低于5%(重量),而最优选低于2或1%(重量)。还证明,除铝酸盐水泥外,用氧化铁含量低的高炉水泥代替铝酸盐水泥也是合适的。在本发明适用的化合物范围内,石膏是可硬化的水化凝固物质的另一个例子。只有在使用水泥的情况下,石膏/水泥混合物才是可能的,它具有良好的抗硫酸盐性。在水或含水溶液存在的情况下,可缩聚的无机物质主要是硅酸盐物质,尤其是以可溶的和/或细分散的无定形SiO2为基的硅酸盐物质,其中SiO2可部分地,例如达50%(重量),由Al2O3代替。该材料可以含有碱金属氢氧化物,尤其是NaOH和/或KOH,碱金属硅酸盐,尤其是水玻璃型和/或偏高岭土,其中还可使用氢氧化物和/或硅酸盐作为硬化的含水配合物。这类物质描述在EP-0148280B1中,对于这些物质就本发明的意义而言同样是有用的。
适用的乙烯基酯尤其是丙烯酸脲烷酯和/或环氧丙烯酸酯,尤其是其甲基丙烯酸酯的形式。优选使用的是丙烯酸脲烷酯,如在德国专利公开说明书OS3940309中所述的例子,例如,以双酚A、酚醛清漆为基的乙烯基酯脲烷或以二异氰酸根合二苯基甲烷、己烷二异氰酸酯和类似异氰酸酯为基的乙烯基酯脲烷。
适用的环氧丙烯酸酯包括以其丙烯酸酯、特别是以甲基丙烯酸酯、尤其二甲基丙烯酸酯形式存在的双酚甘油基化合物为基的环氧丙烯酸酯。对此特别合适的有:以双酚A例如分子量为大约500-800为基的环氧甲基丙烯酸酯,以双酚F例如分子量为450~750为基的环氧甲基丙烯酸酯,以分子量例如为750~2000的酚醛清漆为基的环氧甲基丙烯酸酯、适当的酚核数为3~8。进一步有用的例子是三(羟甲基)丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,1,4-二羟基丁烷二甲基丙烯酸酯,除了双酚甘油基化合物的和其它双酚环氧化物的二甲基丙烯酸酯外、或代替这些化合物的,还有乙烯环氧化物改性的双酚、尤其是双酚A、F和酚醛清漆的(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
无机可硬化的化合物(也包括可硬化的水化凝固和缩聚的化合物)和有机可硬化的化合物(乙烯基酯)的总量(以无硬化剂的总量计)是30~99%(重量),尤其是40~85%(重量)。根据进一步优选实施方案,无机可硬化化合物与有机可硬化乙烯基酯的重量比是1∶4~3∶1,尤其是1∶3~2∶1。为此,除了可硬化的水化凝固和/或可缩聚的化合物和可硬化的乙烯基酯外,本发明的砂浆混合料还可含有通常以次要量存在的其它可均聚或共聚的化合物,如不饱和聚酯,环氧化物和能生成脲烷的异氰酸酯。特别地,还可含有同时还起某些溶剂作用的反应性稀释剂,以无硬化剂的砂浆总量计,它的量尤其是占1~60%(重量),优选10~40%(重量)。作为反应性稀释剂,化合物的例子包括苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯,烷基化的苯乙烯,二乙烯基苯,马来酰亚胺,烯丙基化合物,丙烯酰或甲基丙烯酰化合物,象(甲基)丙烯酰胺,(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯,(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯,(甲基)丙烯酸乙基己基酯,新戊二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯,乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,丙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯,丁二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯,甘油(甲基)丙烯酸酯,(甲基)丙烯酸羟烷基酯。烷氧基化双酚A二(甲基)丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯。对此特别强调的是,优选使用象在DE-OS-3940138中所述的脂环族可均聚和共聚的化合物。相对于反应性稀释剂和乙烯基酯的总量,反应性稀释剂的用量优选为5-90%,尤其为30~80%(重量)。
作为硬化剂,使用已知基团可聚化合物的硬化剂,尤其是过氧化物。对此特别要考虑的是:二苯酰过氧化物,甲乙酮过氧化物,过苯甲酸叔丁酯,环己酮过氧化物,月桂酰过氧化物和过氧化枯烯。在这种情况下,可以使用例如以水溶液形式存在的不含塑化剂的过氧化物。水或含水配合物用作可硬化的水化凝固化合物的硬化剂,而同时又作为水化材料,确切地说用作可缩聚化合物的反应介质。硬化剂(到目前为止是过氧化物)的用量相对于乙烯基酯为2~20%,优选7~13%,用作为水化凝固化合物的硬化或水化物质的水用量相对于上述水化化合物为10~80%,优选30~50%,在该情况下还可用水量来调节砂浆混合料的粘度。水溶液可以使用有机含水溶液,例如水-醇溶液,碱金属氢氧化物如NaOH、KOH、必要时含已细分散的SiO2、或碱金属水玻璃的溶液,它们特别适用于硬化可缩聚的物质。一些分散液也适用于替代这些溶液。
还可任选地含有凝固剂,稀释剂、触变剂、已知的添加剂,象沉积的或火成的硅酸,膨润土、纤维素,高岭土及类似物,假若存在,通常它们的量为0.1~8%(重量)。
此外,必要时存在的、其它属于普通砂浆成分的是填料,象砂子,石英,玻璃或空心玻璃珠,金钢砂,白垩、滑石、陶瓷,用量为相对于无硬化剂砂浆总量的0~60%,优选为10~50%。
作为填料或填料的成分,适用的有纤维,例如无机纤维象玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维,尤其是Lehnige纤维象微玻璃纤维及特别是有机纤维、尤其是合成纤维。例如聚乙烯和/或聚丙烯纤维例如其长度为50至150μm,优选80至120μm,例如大约为100μm,特别适用的是由适当的薄膜或粗丝编结制成的细长纤维,和表面积例如为5至15m2/g的纤维结构物。纤维可作为例如在含有中空玻璃珠、砂子和类似物的混合物中的填料。特别适合的是,在含水组分中,其中还存在有自由基硬化剂,纤维与含有如上所述优选的其它填料一起存在。纤维通常的用量为0.1~5%(重量),优选0.5~3%(重量),相对无硬化剂的总量计。除了确定硬化剂量外,可通过促硬剂影响硬化或凝固过程。为此,对于水化凝固组分,除了使用通常的促凝或促硬剂例如碱金属碳酸盐,碱金属氢氧化物,铝酸盐,其优选用量相对水泥总量为0.01~2%(重量)外,还可使用液体添加剂,例如混凝土液化剂,水泥分散剂,例如就波特兰水泥来说,更确切地为胺,象N,N-二甲基苯胺,N,N-二乙基苯胺,N,N-二异丙亚基对甲苯胺,N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺,N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-二甲苯胺,此外,Co-,Mn-,Sn-或Ce盐,象例如环烷酸钴或辛酸钴和/或乙烯基酯的重金属盐,优选量为0.02~1.0%。
此外,本发明还涉及在钻井中固定锚固物使用的两室或多室装置,它含有可硬化的砂浆成分和硬化剂和需要时,填料,溶剂,促硬剂和/或其它常用的砂浆成分,其中可硬化的砂浆组分与各硬化剂由反应阻挡隔膜分开,其中包装装置内含有水化凝固一和/或无机可缩聚化合物和乙烯基酯作为可硬化的砂浆组分,及过氧化物和水或含水配合物作为硬化剂。两室或多室装置可做成薄膜袋,即所谓的膜包装形式,并且有一个共用的刚性底部,底部中又有用于每个膜包的分别的孔道,每个孔道流入总挤出口,由总挤出口接管的插口插到孔中,必要时配上混合部件作为静力混合器。此后为在钻井中共同固定锚固物,薄膜袋相互联接以形成含有砂浆组分的一个单元,在混合的同时例如通过薄膜袋的一同向井眼中挤出而排空。
优选这种两室装置,在一个室中含有可硬化组分而在另一个室中含有可硬化组分的硬化剂。然而该装置也可在一个室中同时含有例如可硬化的水化凝固或可缩聚的化合物和乙烯基酯硬化剂,而在另一个室中同时含有乙烯基酯和可硬化的水化凝固或可缩聚的化合物的含水硬化剂。在这种情况下常常需要溶剂,在多室装置中,尤其是以薄膜袋为基的情况下,可以含有相互不同的可硬化砂浆混合料和分开的硬化剂。其中一些组分、主要是硬化剂已微胶囊化了的体系也属于多室装置。其它砂浆组分,象填料,粘度调节剂,促进剂及类似物,可根据其已知的用途,在一个室或一个袋或者两个或多个室(袋)按材料和/或不同的量分开装。借此方法可调节粘度比例,其中只是要注意的是,不能过早地进行硬化反应。
这类两室或多室装置含有的砂浆成分和材料的性质,其化学组成、重量比例或百分比已在上面详细描述过,且落入本发明砂浆成分和两室装置的范围内。
一般说来,使用薄膜容器作为两室或多室装置时,应当注意的是,要保证膜材料和砂浆成分相互间是惰性的。对此应当排除这样的砂浆组分,该组分是容器膜的软化剂。在这种情况下,同时应注意乙烯基酯的分子量。
在本发明两组分砂浆混合料情况下和对于本发明两室包装袋,使用下述总组成的砂浆混合料:乙烯基酯 8~30%(重量)反应性稀释剂 4-25%(重量)有机过氧化物 1-6.5%(重量)促硬剂 0.01~0.5%(重量)触变剂 0.5~5.0%(重量)水化凝固的或可缩聚的物质 10~35%(重量)矿物填料 20~55%(重量)水 6~20%(重量)

Claims (11)
1.含有下列组分的砂浆的应用,用于在钻井中固定锚固物,
a)作为一种可水化硬化无机组分的水泥和/或作为在缩聚中由水可硬化的无机组分的、可溶的或细分散的无定形二氧化硅,水的用量为10-80%(重量),基于可硬化组分a)的重量计,和
b)环氧丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸脲烷酯、环氧乙烷改性的双酚的二丙烯酸酯和/或环氧乙烷改性的双酚的甲基丙烯酸酯,它们用作可硬化的有机组分,它们可通过自由基机理硬化,自由基机理硬化剂的用量为2-20%(重量),基于可硬化的组分b)计,
组分a∶b的比例为1∶4-3∶1。
2.根据权利要求1的应用,其特征在于,水泥含有低的氧化铁含量,其值为低于10%(重量)。
3.根据权利要求1的应用,其特征在于,基于不含硬化剂的砂浆总量计,组分a)和b)的量之和为30~99%(重量)。

10.用于在钻井中固定锚固物的多室装置,其中含有可硬化的组分a)和b):
a)作为一种可水化硬化无机组分的水泥和/或作为在缩聚中由水可硬化的无机组分的、可溶的或细分散的无定形二氧化硅,水的用量为10-80%(重量),基于可硬化组分a)的重量计,和
b)环氧丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸脲烷酯、环氧乙烷改性的双酚的二丙烯酸酯和/或环氧乙烷改性的双酚的甲基丙烯酸酯,它们用作可硬化的有机组分,它们可通过自由基机理硬化,自由基机理硬化剂的用量为2-20%(重量),基于可硬化的组分b)计,
组分a∶b的比例为1∶4-3∶1。
a)和b)通过反应阻挡隔膜与分别用作a)和b)的硬化剂的水和环氧化合物分隔开。
