Abstract
本发明公开了一种升白细胞还原膏，它由当归、
大枣、首乌、灵仙脾、枸杞、黄芪组成。采用先进的工
艺技术，研制而成。具有疗效高，无毒副作用等优
点。适用于各种急、慢性白细胞减少症，尤其是对肿
瘤患者因放疗、化疗所引起的白血球减少症均能起到
明显的疗效，服用该药六天白细胞可升至正常水平，
少数病人需要十二天，显效率为78％，有效率为
100％，经急性、慢性毒理试验，验明无任何毒副作
用。
Description
本发明属于一种以植物为原料的医用配制品。
目前，市场上的升白细胞的药品很少，如“复方阿胶浆”之类，只能起到补血的作用，对升白血球的疗效并不好。中国专利申请90105367.8号公开了一种升白细胞口服液，虽有一定的升白细胞作用，但是为了达到口服液的质量标准、澄清透明，在制备过程中要采取较繁琐的工艺去除沉淀，难免会将药液中的有效成份去掉，从而影响其疗效，使之不能达到预期的效果。
本发明的目的在于：提供一种用纯中药成份制成的升白细胞膏剂，在制作过程中不破坏原药有效成份，从而可大大提高药效，且无任何毒副作用。
本发明是这样实现的：它由当归、大枣各15～25%，首乌、灵仙脾、枸杞各10～20%，黄芪20～30%组成，将上述配方用量的中草药投入提取罐中，加水煮三次，每次各加水6倍，合并煎液，浓缩至比重为1.10、配制65%的糖浆，加入上述浓缩液中，浓缩至比重为1.18的药膏，加防腐剂和香精、装瓶。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有疗效高，无毒副作用等优点，适用于各种急、慢性白细胞减少症，尤其是对肿瘤患者因放疗、化疗所引起的白血球减少症均能起到明显的疗效，服用该药六天白细胞可升至正常水平，少数病人需要十二天，显效率为78%，有效率为100%，经急性、慢性毒理试验，验明无任何毒副作用。
本发明的实施例：将当归、大枣各4.5千克、首乌、仙灵脾、枸杞各5.4千克、黄芪9千克投入提取罐中，加水煮三次，每次205.2千克水，合并煎液，浓缩至38.6千克，比重为1.10，配制10千克65%的糖浆，加入上述浓缩液中，浓缩至36千克、比重为1.18的药膏，加防腐剂、加香精、装瓶，这样就完成了本发明。
Claims (2)
1、一种升白细胞还原膏的配方，其特征在于：用当归、大枣各15～25%，首乌、灵仙脾、枸杞各10～20%，黄芪20～30%组成。
2、一种上述还原膏的生产工艺，其特征在于：将上述配方用量的中草药投入提取罐中，加水煮三次，每次各加水6倍，合并煎液，浓缩至比重为1.10、配制65%的糖浆，加入上述浓缩液中，浓缩至比重为1.18的药膏，加防腐剂和香精、装瓶。
