技术领域
本发明属于纸尿裤技术领域，具体涉及一种纸尿裤用材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸尿裤包括婴儿纸尿裤和成人纸尿裤。纸尿裤的基本结构包括位于最上层的立体隔边、位于所述的立体隔边下方的表膜、位于所述的表膜下方的吸收芯体、位于所述的吸收芯体下方的背膜、位于所述的背膜下方的胶带、位于工字形左、右两侧立体隔边顶端内附的弹性筋A、位于所述工字形左、右两侧立体隔边和背膜之间的弹性筋B、位于工字形上边的表膜和背膜之间的弹性筋C。
纸尿裤的核心关键技术是“芯体”。从技术层面来说，纸尿裤芯体至今共经历了三次革命。纸尿裤是一次性使用后即可抛弃的产品。以无纺布、卫生纸、绒毛浆、高分子吸水树脂、PE膜、橡皮筋等材料制成。由于一次性的使用造成资源的大量浪费。
发明内容
本发明提出一种纸尿裤用材料，该材料制成的尿裤反复洗涤使用，不会影响防水透气性能。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种纸尿裤用材料，包括毛圈面料、聚四氟乙烯膜与涤塔夫，所述聚四氟乙烯膜位于所述毛圈面料与所述涤塔夫之间。
优选地，所述毛圈面料为针织毛圈面料。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种纸尿裤用材料的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将涤塔夫上面涂覆聚四氟乙烯，形成聚四氟乙烯膜，烘干后将涂覆有聚四氟乙烯的涤塔夫与毛圈面料通过复合机进行复合，其中毛圈面料的平整面与聚四氟乙烯膜接触，其毛圈侧朝外即可。
优选地，复合的具体步骤为：复合机上的复合辊之间的压力为3～4KG/m2，采用的粘合胶为环氧树脂胶与紫胶树脂胶按照1：4的比例混合，烘干温度为80～100℃。
优选地，涂覆后烘干的温度为70～80℃。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的纸尿裤用材料包括毛圈面料、聚四氟乙烯膜与涤塔夫，所述聚四氟乙烯膜位于所述毛圈面料与所述涤塔夫之间。毛圈面料外观柔，与亲肤性较好，作为内侧面料；外侧为涤塔夫与聚四氟乙烯膜复合面料，既可以防水又可以透气。聚四氟乙烯膜强度高、韧性好、耐老化，便于尿裤反复洗涤使用，不会影响防水透气性能。

制备方法：将涤塔夫上面涂覆聚四氟乙烯，形成聚四氟乙烯膜，烘干，烘干的温度为70℃，然后将涂覆有聚四氟乙烯的涤塔夫与毛圈面料通过复合机进行复合，其中毛圈面料的平整面与聚四氟乙烯膜接触，其毛圈侧朝外即可。复合机上的复合辊之间的压力为4KG/m2，采用的粘合胶为环氧树脂胶与紫胶树脂胶按照1：4的比例混合，烘干温度为90℃。
实施例3
参照图1，一种纸尿裤用材料，包括针织毛圈面料1、聚四氟乙烯膜2与涤塔夫3，所述聚四氟乙烯膜2位于所述针织毛圈面料1与所述涤塔夫3之间。
制备方法：将涤塔夫上面涂覆聚四氟乙烯，形成聚四氟乙烯膜，烘干，烘干的温度为80℃，然后将涂覆有聚四氟乙烯的涤塔夫与毛圈面料通过复合机进行复合，其中毛圈面料的平整面与聚四氟乙烯膜接触，其毛圈侧朝外即可。复合机上的复合辊之间的压力为3.5KG/m2，采用的粘合胶为环氧树脂胶与紫胶树脂胶按照1：4的比例混合，烘干温度为80℃。

Claims (5)

1.一种纸尿裤用材料，其特征在于，包括毛圈面料、聚四氟乙烯膜与涤塔夫，所述聚四氟乙烯膜位于所述毛圈面料与所述涤塔夫之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸尿裤用材料，其特征在于，所述毛圈面料为针织毛圈面料。
3.如权利要求1所述的纸尿裤用材料的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：将涤塔夫上面涂覆聚四氟乙烯，形成聚四氟乙烯膜，烘干后将涂覆有聚四氟乙烯的涤塔夫与毛圈面料通过复合机进行复合，其中毛圈面料的平整面与聚四氟乙烯膜接触，其毛圈侧朝外即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸尿裤用材料的制备方法，其特征在于，复合的具体步骤为：复合机上的复合辊之间的压力为3～4KG/m2，采用的粘合胶为环氧树脂胶与紫胶树脂胶按照1：4的比例混合，烘干温度为80～100℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的纸尿裤用材料的制备方法，其特征在于，涂覆后烘干的温度为70～80℃。
