本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种正骨膏药。
背景技术
骨组织由活细胞和矿物质(主要是钙和磷)混合构成，具有一定硬度，骨骼在人体内具有支撑身体、保护内脏、完成运动和参与代谢等作用。
在日常生活中，跌打损伤不可避免，骨折也经常发生，给人们带来较多苦痛。依据骨折是否和外界相通可分为：开放性骨折和闭合性骨折，闭合性骨折可由创伤和骨骼病所致，后者如骨髓炎，骨肿瘤所致骨质破坏，受轻微外力即发生的骨折，成为病理性骨折。闭合性骨折的软组织损伤较轻，骨折愈合也较快。在日常生活中，以创伤性骨折占多数。
目前对于闭合性骨折一般采用石膏或夹板固定、内服消肿止痛、抗菌消炎类药物，有的甚至需要手术，然后患者卧床静养，俗话说：伤筋动骨一百天，一般骨折用药后至少需要三个多月或更长时间才能痊愈，而且西医治疗会产生副作用问题。中医文化博大精深，对于骨病的治疗也是古有良方，因此配制一种针对闭合性骨折的正骨膏药，将会大大减轻患者的病痛。
目前专利文献中，也有较多膏药的配方，中国专利2013106861480提供一种正骨膏药的配方，使用了33味中药成分，达到了较好的治疗效果。但是中药组分较多，是其配方仍有改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供疗效快，成本低，可有效治疗闭合性骨折，对外伤引起的软组织损伤有明显缓解作用的正骨膏药。
为实现上述发明目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
正骨膏药，包括如下重量份数的组分：
大黄200-350份，红花250-350份，栀子250-330份，烫骨碎补200-400份，川断200-350份，补骨脂200-350份，牛膝200-350份，威灵仙200-350份，樟木200-350份，煅自然铜100-150份，乳香100-250份，没药100-250份，片姜黄100-200份，烫山甲5-10份，血竭2-8份，全蝎2-8份，土元30-60份，三七30-60份，鹿角胶50-100份。
大黄：瘀血肿痛，跌打损伤。
红花：性味辛温，活血破血瘀。跌打损伤
栀子：性苦寒，归心、肺、三焦经。治疗扭挫伤，消肿止痛。
烫骨碎补：补肾强骨，续伤止痛。
川断：又名续断、川旦，补肝肾，强筋骨，
补骨脂：强心壮阳，增强免疫力。
牛膝：逐瘀通经，补肝肾，强筋骨。
煅自然铜：性味辛平，归肝经。散瘀止痛续
乳香：通经止痛，活血行气，消肿生肌，消炎防腐。
没药：活血止痛，消肿生肌，散血祛瘀，续筋接骨。
片姜黄：破血行气，通络止痛，祛湿散寒。
穿山甲：活血祛瘀，消肿排脓，通经下乳。
血竭：活血定痛，化瘀止血，生肌敛疮。
全蝎：息风镇痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结。
土元：又名土鳖虫，性味咸，性寒，破血止于瘀，续筋接骨
三七：止血补血，抗血栓，增强免疫力。
鹿角胶：味咸，性温，补肾阳益精通，强筋骨，行血消肿。
威灵仙：祛风除湿，通络止痛。
樟木：温中理气，活血通络。
制作方法：将19种中草药打粉过筛，加入适量荞麦面和老陈醋搅拌均匀，使其呈较稀薄的半固体状态，放入烤箱200℃烤3-4个小时，然后抹在白棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可。
荞麦面：性味甘，健脾益气，有“消炎粮食”的美称，使用其作为膏药的基材，取自天然，制备简单，使用过程无毒无害，改变了以往使用香油熬制，较为粘腻的质地，且透皮吸收较好。
在该配方中，三七、红花、没药、血竭、煅自然铜、樟木、大黄均作为君药，用于活血散瘀通经舒筋。其中没药活血止痛，搭配片姜黄，通络止痛、行气，二者为伍增强活血、止痛、行气之功效；补骨脂、川断、烫骨碎补、冰片、鹿角胶用于补肾强骨，起消肿、消炎之功，促使骨折处更牢固的骨痂生成，使骨折尽快痊愈，同时引药入经，增强三七、红花、没药、血竭、煅自然铜、樟木活血化瘀之效果。加上土元、乳香破血逐瘀、续筋接骨使骨折处尽快愈合。穿山甲、全蝎、威灵仙均有通络止痛之功效，威灵仙与牛膝为伍，增强威灵仙的药效。荞麦面与老陈醋作为上述药物的调和剂，诸药配合相辅相成，散热血、消肿止痛、续筋接骨、舒筋活络、清热凉血、补肾强骨、理气通脉之功。
本发明的有益效果是：该膏药配方独特，组分相对简单易得，使用荞麦面作为基材，自然健康，敷于患处，透皮吸收，能够有效促进血液循环，且具有可透入皮肤，刺激神经末梢，通过反射，扩张血管，促进局部血液循环，改善周围组织营养，产生消炎、止痛、活血化淤、益气养血、通经走络、强筋健骨，舒筋活络、开窍透骨、祛风散寒等功效。本发明由纯中药制成，经过大量临床实验安全可靠，对人体无毒副作用及不良反应，无后遗症。
临床试验表明，对于闭合性骨折，治愈率100％，同时对于软组织损伤造成的疼痛，有明显改善作用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
大黄310g，红花310g，栀子310g，烫骨碎补310g，川断310g，补骨脂310g，牛膝310g，威灵仙310g，樟木310g，煅自然铜130g，乳香200g，没药200g，片姜黄150g，烫山甲6g，血竭5g，全蝎5g，土元46g，三七46g，鹿角胶68g。
将上述19种中草药打粉过筛，加入荞麦面和醋搅拌均匀，至半固体状态，放入烤箱200℃烤3-4个小时，然后抹在白棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可。
实施例2

在临床使用效果如下：
治疗方案：将本发明膏药贴到患处，对于骨折患者，贴敷后继续打上绷带或继续使用可拆卸式石膏。7天为一疗程。本发明膏药的禁忌：皮肤表面破损者禁用、孕妇禁用。
申请人在临床上应用，统计治疗结果，其中患者年龄18-78岁，男73人，女39人。对于闭合性骨折患者，有效率为100％，治愈率为95％；对外伤引起的软组织损伤、躯体跌打损伤(非骨折)患者，有效率为100％；治愈率为96％；无一例对皮肤产生刺激的病例，也没有任何一例有后遗症的病例。
典型患者如下：
天津市西青区高庄子村，女性患者，65岁，诊断膝关节积液，贴敷14贴后，积液消失。
天津市河西区王某，55岁，膝关节滑膜炎，骨质增生，疼痛，无法站立走路，贴敷14贴后症状减轻，继续贴敷14贴，症状消失。
河南省滑县，左某，36岁，右脚骨折，贴本发明膏药半个月后复查，骨折部位愈合
天津市西青区王台村，张某某，颈椎病，头晕，椎管狭窄，贴敷本发明膏药35贴后，症状消失，基本治愈。
天津市西青区辛院，张某，脚踝骨折，用托固定，外敷膏药4周，加固一周，复查x光片骨折处愈合。

1.正骨膏药，其特征在于：包括如下重量份数的组分：
大黄200-350份，红花250-350份，栀子250-330份，烫骨碎补200-400份，川断200-350份，补骨脂200-350份，牛膝200-350份，威灵仙200-350份，樟木200-350份，煅自然铜100-150份，乳香100-250份，没药100-250份，片姜黄100-200份，烫山甲5-10份，血竭2-8份，全蝎2-8份，土元30-60份，三七30-60份，鹿角胶50-100份。
2.权利要求1所述的正骨膏药，其特征在于：优选地，包括如下重量份数的组分：
大黄310份，红花310份，栀子310份，烫骨碎补310份，川断310份，补骨脂310份，牛膝310份，威灵仙310份，樟木310份，煅自然铜130份，乳香200份，没药200份，片姜黄150份，烫山甲6份，血竭5份，全蝎5份，土元46份，三七46份，鹿角胶68份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的正骨膏药的制备方法，其特征在于：将19种中草药打粉过筛，加入荞麦面和老陈醋搅拌均匀，放入烤箱200℃烤3-4个小时，然后抹在白棉布上撒上冰片阴干即可。
