Abstract
增强聚氨酯产品及其生产工艺,其制成品主要用作汽车制造行业中某些金属配件的替代品。含有制成品总重量25-30%的玻璃纤维和聚氨酯组合料,聚氨酯组合料中含有制成品总重量25-35%的聚醚和35-45%的异氰酸酯。其生产工艺包括模具加温-玻璃纤维铺模-注模-发泡、固化-脱模等工艺步骤。产品比重轻、强度大、阻燃、容易加工,且生产工艺简单方便,解决了原有产品生产中的环境污染问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯产品及其生产工艺,其制成品主要用作汽车制造行业中某些金属配件的替代品。
目前汽车制造行业中生产的车门总成、侧围内饰总成、行李箱盖总成基体、仪表板基体大都采用金属制品,以铁皮为主。但金属制品生产工艺复杂,加工难度大、投资成本高,且不符合汽车轻量化、软体化要求。目前部分车型已采用木质纤维、纸浆和塑料材料。木质纤维、纸桨均要通过树脂类材料粘压成型,生产能耗大,产品加工性能差、强度低,且排放的废气、废水对环境污染严重。塑料材料加工工艺复杂,模具和设备投入巨大,且制成品抗热性能差,使用寿命短。
为解决现有技术中存在的各种缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种各项性能指标符合汽车生产要求,且生产工艺简单方便的增强聚氨酯产品,以及该产品的生产品工艺。
所述的增强聚氨酯产品,包括玻璃纤维和聚氨酯组合料,其特征在于含有制成品总重量25-30%的玻璃纤维,聚氨酯组合料中含有制成品总重量25-35%的聚醚和35-45%的异氰酸酯。
上述增强聚氨酯产品的生产工艺,根据产品形状要求进行模塑加工,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
a.利用模温机对模具进行加温,使模具温度保持40-80℃。
b.玻璃纤维铺模,且控制纤维量为制成品总重量的25-30%。
c.将聚氨酯组合料用发泡机注入模腔,聚氨酯组合料中含有制成品总重量25-35%的聚醚和35-45%的异氰酸酯。使其渗入玻璃纤维内自行发泡、固化,成型后脱模取出。
该增强聚氨酯产品,各项性能指标符合汽车生产要求,具有比重轻、强度大,阻燃、容易加工等优点,可以替代原有金属制品、木质、纸浆和塑料制品。且该产品生产工艺简单方便、投资成本低,生产周期短,生产过程基本无三废产生,较好地解决了以往木质、纸浆和塑料制品对环境造成严重污染的问题。
以下用实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
所述的增强聚氨酯材料选用长度50-70mm,直径为0.4-0.6mm,的玻璃纤维作为增强纤维材料。
聚氨酯组合料中包含制成品总重量28-32%的阻燃聚醚和38-42%的异氰酸酯。
以上述组份配量并包括如下工艺步骤进行生产:模具加温-玻璃纤维铺模-聚氨酯组合料注模-自行发泡、固化后脱模取出。模具温度最好控制在55-65℃,玻璃纤维铺模前事先在模腔内喷涂脱模剂,便于脱模和增加产品表面光洁度。制品经修边、表面抛光处理后即可用于下道工序的安装生产。
Claims (5)
1.增强聚氨酯产品,包括玻璃纤维及聚氨酯组合料,其特征在于含有制成品总重量25-30%的玻璃纤维,聚氨酯组合料中含有制成品总重量28-32%的阻燃聚醚和38-42%异氰酸酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的增强聚氨酯产品,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维其长度和直径分别为50-70mm,0.4-0.6mm。
3.增强聚氨酯产品的生产工艺,根据产品形状要求进行模塑加工,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
a.利用模温机对模具进行加温,使模温保持40-80℃,
b.玻璃纤维铺模,纤维用量为制成品总重量的25-30%,
c.将阻燃聚醚和异氰酸酯用发泡机注入模腔,聚氨酯组合料中含有制成品总重量28-32%的阻燃聚醚和38-42%的异氰酸酯,使其渗入玻璃纤维内自行发泡、固化,成型后脱模而出。
4.如权利要求3所述的增强聚氨酯产品的生产工艺,其特征在于模具温度为:55-65℃。
5.如权利要求3所述的增强聚氨酯产品的生产工艺,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维其长度和直径分别为:50-70mm,0.4-0.6mm。
