Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白组合物及其制备方法，属于化妆品技术领域。所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇3‑6％；甘油3‑6％；1,2‑戊二醇3‑6％；烟酰胺3‑6％；3‑o‑乙基抗坏血酸0.2‑0.8％；凝血酸0.3‑1.0％；野大豆籽提取物0.2‑0.8％；1,2‑己二醇0.3‑1.0％；黄原胶0.1‑0.3％；柠檬酸钠0.2‑0.6％；柠檬酸0.3‑1.0％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.1‑0.3％；辛甘醇0.1‑0.3％；PEG‑40氢化蓖麻油0.1‑0.3％；甘草酸二钾0.05‑0.3％；尿囊素0.05‑0.3％；羟乙基纤维素0.05‑0.3％；水解欧洲李0.01‑0.1％；EDTA二钠0.01‑0.1％；透明质酸钠0.01‑0.1％；香精0‑0.03％。本发明通过上述组分复配，多靶点抑制皮肤黑色素合成，达到美白的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域，具体涉及一种美白组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
美白是指产品减少皮肤上的色斑或斑点的作用。这些产品也称为美白剂、增白剂、或者漂白膏霜，试图使肤色均匀、减少由过量黑色素产生引起的色素沉积。
皮肤色素沉积过程非常复杂，在皮肤色素生成中认为至少包含了14个主要机制，以及3个二级反应。色素沉积起源于表皮，那里有产生色素的黑色素细胞。
皮肤黑色素合成的主要步骤为：酪氨酸的摄取及分布、酪氨酸酶的合成及活性、黑素体储存黑素及通过黑素细胞树突将黑素颗粒转运到角朊细胞、角朊细胞中的黑素颗粒随表皮细胞移动，伴随角质层的脱落而排出。在黑色素合成过程中，受到许多因素的影响，首先是酪氨酸酶的活性，此酶为含铜的氧化酶，其活性与铜离子含量相关联，体内生化过程和物理环境的改变，可对酪氨酸酶的活性产生影响。从酪氨酸向多巴转化和多巴向多巴醌转化中，都是由酪氨酸酶催化进行的，酪氨酸酶直接控制着黑色素合成的起始及速度，决定了后续步骤是否能够进行下去。当各种因素作用于酪氨酸酶使其活性升高时，黑色素合成增多，当酪氨酸酶活性被抑制时，黑色素合成减少。

本发明的目的在于提供一种美白组合物及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：
一种美白组合物，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇3-6％；甘油3-6％；1,2-戊二醇3-6％；烟酰胺3-6％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.2-0.8％；凝血酸0.3-1.0％；野大豆籽提取物0.2-0.8％；1,2-己二醇0.3-1.0％；黄原胶0.1-0.3％；柠檬酸钠0.2-0.6％；柠檬酸0.3-1.0％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.1-0.3％；辛甘醇0.1-0.3％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1-0.3％；甘草酸二钾0.05-0.3％；尿囊素0.05-0.3％；羟乙基纤维素0.05-0.3％；水解欧洲李0.01-0.1％；EDTA二钠0.01-0.1％；透明质酸钠0.01-0.1％；香精0-0.03％。
优选的，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇4％；甘油4％；1,2-戊二醇3％；烟酰胺3％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5％；凝血酸0.5％；野大豆籽提取物0.2％；1,2-己二醇0.5％；黄原胶0.15％；柠檬酸钠0.4％；柠檬酸0.5％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.2％；辛甘醇0.15％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2％；甘草酸二钾0.1％；尿囊素0.1％；羟乙基纤维素0.1％；水解欧洲李0.05％；EDTA二钠0.05％；透明质酸钠0.05％；香精0.01％。
优选的，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇4％；甘油3％；1,2-戊二醇3.5％；烟酰胺3.5％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5％；凝血酸0.5％；野大豆籽提取物0.3％；1,2-己二醇0.5％；黄原胶0.2％；柠檬酸钠0.5％；柠檬酸0.5％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.2％；辛甘醇0.2％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2％；甘草酸二钾0.15％；尿囊素0.15％；羟乙基纤维素0.2％；水解欧洲李0.1％；EDTA二钠0.05％；透明质酸钠0.1％；香精0.01％。
优选的，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇4％；甘油4％；1,2-戊二醇3％；烟酰胺3％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5％；凝血酸0.5％；野大豆籽提取物0.4％；1,2-己二醇0.4％；黄原胶0.15％；柠檬酸钠0.3％；柠檬酸0.5％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.2％；辛甘醇0.2％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2％；甘草酸二钾0.2％；尿囊素0.1％；羟乙基纤维素0.18％；水解欧洲李0.04％；EDTA二钠0.08％；透明质酸钠0.05％；香精0.01％。
一种美白组合物的制备方法，按照上述任一项所述称取各组分，采用现有技术中的常规方法制备得到美白组合物。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明采用烟酰胺、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、凝血酸、野大豆(GLYCINE SOJA)籽提取物、乙基间苯二酚、辛甘醇、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、甘草酸二钾、尿囊素、羟乙基纤维素、水解欧洲李、透明质酸钠等组分进行复配，多靶点抑制皮肤黑色素合成，达到美白的效果。

1.一种美白组合物，其特征在于，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇3-6％；甘油3-6％；1,2-戊二醇3-6％；烟酰胺3-6％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.2-0.8％；凝血酸0.3-1.0％；野大豆籽提取物0.2-0.8％；1,2-己二醇0.3-1.0％；黄原胶0.1-0.3％；柠檬酸钠0.2-0.6％；柠檬酸0.3-1.0％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.1-0.3％；辛甘醇0.1-0.3％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.1-0.3％；甘草酸二钾0.05-0.3％；尿囊素0.05-0.3％；羟乙基纤维素0.05-0.3％；水解欧洲李0.01-0.1％；EDTA二钠0.01-0.1％；透明质酸钠0.01-0.1％；香精0-0.03％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白组合物，其特征在于，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇4％；甘油4％；1,2-戊二醇3％；烟酰胺3％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5％；凝血酸0.5％；野大豆籽提取物0.2％；1,2-己二醇0.5％；黄原胶0.15％；柠檬酸钠0.4％；柠檬酸0.5％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.2％；辛甘醇0.15％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2％；甘草酸二钾0.1％；尿囊素0.1％；羟乙基纤维素0.1％；水解欧洲李0.05％；EDTA二钠0.05％；透明质酸钠0.05％；香精0.01％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美白组合物，其特征在于，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇4％；甘油3％；1,2-戊二醇3.5％；烟酰胺3.5％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5％；凝血酸0.5％；野大豆籽提取物0.3％；1,2-己二醇0.5％；黄原胶0.2％；柠檬酸钠0.5％；柠檬酸0.5％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.2％；辛甘醇0.2％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2％；甘草酸二钾0.15％；尿囊素0.15％；羟乙基纤维素0.2％；水解欧洲李0.1％；EDTA二钠0.05％；透明质酸钠0.1％；香精0.01％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的美白组合物，其特征在于，所述美白组合物按重量百分比计，由以下组份组成：去离子水余量，丙二醇4％；甘油4％；1,2-戊二醇3％；烟酰胺3％；3-o-乙基抗坏血酸0.5％；凝血酸0.5％；野大豆籽提取物0.4％；1,2-己二醇0.4％；黄原胶0.15％；柠檬酸钠0.3％；柠檬酸0.5％；苯乙基间苯二酚0.2％；辛甘醇0.2％；PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.2％；甘草酸二钾0.2％；尿囊素0.1％；羟乙基纤维素0.18％；水解欧洲李0.04％；EDTA二钠0.08％；透明质酸钠0.05％；香精0.01％。
5.一种美白组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：按照权利要求1-4任一项所述称取各组分，采用现有技术中的常规方法制备得到美白组合物。
