本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种无机水泥保温板，原料按重量份包括：发泡菱镁水泥30‑40份，纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15‑25份，双氧水5‑10份，聚丙烯抗裂纤维1‑5份，有机硅1‑5份，羧甲基淀粉醚1‑5份，环氧树脂1‑5份；原料易得，制作简单、方便；所有材料均为难燃材料，提高了板材的防火性能，适用范围更广；制成板材强度高、泡型均匀、闭孔率高。

本发明属于建筑材料领域，具体涉及一种无机水泥保温板。
背景技术
目前常见的保温板，常常采取一些挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板等质轻、价廉、保温效果好的材料作为原材料，但这些材料的阻燃性能往往较差。水泥保温板性能稳定，阻燃性能好，但常因发泡不均匀保温效果不佳，使用环境受到一定限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服普通保温板的不足，提高水泥保温板的发泡稳定性，提出一种无机水泥保温板。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的，本发明提供了以下技术方案：
一种无机水泥保温板，原料按重量份包括：发泡菱镁水泥30-40份，纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15-25份，双氧水5-10份，聚丙烯抗裂纤维1-5份，有机硅1-5份，羧甲基淀粉醚1-5份，环氧树脂1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于：
1.原料易得，制作简单、方便。
2.所有材料均为难燃材料，提高了板材的防火性能，适用范围更广。
3.制成板材强度高、泡型均匀、闭孔率高。

一种无机水泥保温板，原料按重量包括：发泡菱镁水泥30Kg，纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15Kg，双氧水5Kg，聚丙烯抗裂纤维1Kg，有机硅1Kg，羧甲基淀粉醚2Kg，环氧树脂1Kg。
实施例2
一种无机水泥保温板，原料按重量包括：发泡菱镁水泥35Kg，纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液20Kg，双氧水8Kg，聚丙烯抗裂纤维3Kg，有机硅3Kg，羧甲基淀粉醚3Kg，环氧树脂5Kg。
实施例3
一种无机水泥保温板，原料按重量包括：发泡菱镁水泥40Kg，纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液25Kg，双氧水9Kg，聚丙烯抗裂纤维3Kg，有机硅4Kg，羧甲基淀粉醚3Kg，环氧树脂4Kg。
