本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种无机水泥保温板。
背景技术
目前常见的保温板,常常采取一些挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板等质轻、价廉、保温效果好的材料作为原材料,但这些材料的阻燃性能往往较差。水泥保温板性能稳定,阻燃性能好,但常因发泡不均匀保温效果不佳,使用环境受到一定限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服普通保温板的不足,提高水泥保温板的发泡稳定性,提出一种无机水泥保温板。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种无机水泥保温板,原料按重量份包括:发泡菱镁水泥30-40份,纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15-25份,双氧水5-10份,聚丙烯抗裂纤维1-5份,有机硅1-5份,羧甲基淀粉醚1-5份,环氧树脂1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.原料易得,制作简单、方便。
2.所有材料均为难燃材料,提高了板材的防火性能,适用范围更广。
3.制成板材强度高、泡型均匀、闭孔率高。

一种无机水泥保温板,原料按重量包括:发泡菱镁水泥30Kg,纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15Kg,双氧水5Kg,聚丙烯抗裂纤维1Kg,有机硅1Kg,羧甲基淀粉醚2Kg,环氧树脂1Kg。
实施例2
一种无机水泥保温板,原料按重量包括:发泡菱镁水泥35Kg,纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液20Kg,双氧水8Kg,聚丙烯抗裂纤维3Kg,有机硅3Kg,羧甲基淀粉醚3Kg,环氧树脂5Kg。
实施例3
一种无机水泥保温板,原料按重量包括:发泡菱镁水泥40Kg,纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液25Kg,双氧水9Kg,聚丙烯抗裂纤维3Kg,有机硅4Kg,羧甲基淀粉醚3Kg,环氧树脂4Kg。
