本发明公开了一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,包括胶布层、胶粘层、棉纱层和保护层,所述胶粘层位于胶布层的上表面,保护层位于棉纱层的上表面,所述胶粘层与棉纱层之间设有竹炭纤维层、吸湿层以及水凝胶层,竹炭纤维层位于胶粘层的上表面,吸湿层位于竹炭纤维层的上表面,水凝胶层位于吸湿层的上表面,并且水凝胶层位于棉纱层的下表面,所述胶粘层的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,所述吸湿层的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯化透明质酸,所述水凝胶层的表面覆盖有聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇‑双琥珀酰亚胺‑丁二酸酯、二硫苏糖醇。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴。
背景技术
敷贴,又名“止血膏药”,是人们生活中最常用的一种外科用药,具有止血、护创的作用,适用于创伤较为表浅、伤口整齐干净、出血不多而又不需要缝合的小伤口使用,可有效起到防止伤口感染的目的。创可贴因其简单易用,现已成为家庭必备的卫生用品。目前常见的创可贴是将灭菌后无纺布吸水垫夹在单层纱布和医用胶带之间,或直接将无纺布吸水垫固定在医用胶带表面,然后还会在创可贴上添加一些药物以加速伤口愈合。然而,现有技术的创可贴大多采用单一的抗菌结构,并不具有高效抗菌的效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足,目的在于提供一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,包括胶布层、胶粘层、棉纱层和保护层,所述胶粘层位于胶布层的上表面,保护层位于棉纱层的上表面,所述胶粘层与棉纱层之间设有竹炭纤维层、吸湿层以及水凝胶层,竹炭纤维层位于胶粘层的上表面,吸湿层位于竹炭纤维层的上表面,水凝胶层位于吸湿层的上表面,并且水凝胶层位于棉纱层的下表面,所述胶粘层的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,所述吸湿层的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯化透明质酸,所述水凝胶层的表面覆盖有聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇-双琥珀酰亚胺-丁二酸酯、二硫苏糖醇。
进一步地,所述吸湿层的上表面还涂覆有甲壳素层。
进一步地,所述竹炭纤维层的厚度为2.0-2.5mm。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇由甲基丙烯酸酐与支链淀粉组成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,该创可贴通过吸湿层能够有效吸收住伤者的血液,保持创可贴与伤口之间的干爽,有效防止创可贴与伤口之间发生结合,并且外竹炭纤维利用它的强吸附性还可有效吸附臭气味分子,消除伤口附近异味,同时胶粘层覆盖了覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇与聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,使其具有较高的粘附性、生物力学性能,吸湿层表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯化透明质酸,有助于加快伤口愈合,同时水凝胶层有助于加快对伤口的愈合。

实施例
如图1所示,本发明一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,包括胶布层1、胶粘层2、棉纱层6和保护层7,所述胶粘层2位于胶布层1的上表面,保护层7位于棉纱层5的上表面,所述胶粘层2与棉纱层6之间设有竹炭纤维层3、吸湿层4以及水凝胶层5,竹炭纤维层3位于胶粘层2的上表面,吸湿层4位于竹炭纤维层3的上表面,水凝胶层5位于吸湿层4的上表面,并且水凝胶层5位于棉纱层6的下表面,所述胶粘层2的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,所述吸湿层4的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯化透明质酸,所述水凝胶层5的表面覆盖有聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇-双琥珀酰亚胺-丁二酸酯、二硫苏糖醇;所述吸湿层4的上表面还涂覆有甲壳素层,所述竹炭纤维层3的厚度为2.0-2.5mm,所述丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇由甲基丙烯酸酐与支链淀粉组成。
由于胶粘层2的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯通过紫外光固化形成封堵剂,使其具有较高的粘附性、生物力学性能;而吸湿层4的所述丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇由甲基丙烯酸酐与支链淀粉组成,有助于加快伤口的愈合,并且吸湿层4的上表面还涂覆有甲壳素层,具有抗菌的作用;水凝胶层5为、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇-双琥珀酰亚胺-丁二酸酯与二硫苏糖醇通过取代反应形成,用作敷贴,有助于加快对伤口的愈合。

1.一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,包括胶布层(1)、胶粘层(2)、棉纱层(6)和保护层(7),所述胶粘层(2)位于胶布层(1)的上表面,保护层(7)位于棉纱层(6)的上表面,其特征在于,所述胶粘层(2)与棉纱层(6)之间设有竹炭纤维层(3)、吸湿层(4)以及水凝胶层(5),竹炭纤维层(3)位于胶粘层(2)的上表面,吸湿层(4)位于竹炭纤维层(3)的上表面,水凝胶层(5)位于吸湿层(4)的上表面,并且水凝胶层(5)位于棉纱层(6)的下表面,所述胶粘层(2)的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯,所述吸湿层(4)的表面覆盖有丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇、聚甲基丙烯酸酯化透明质酸,所述水凝胶层(5)的表面覆盖有聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇-双琥珀酰亚胺-丁二酸酯、二硫苏糖醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,其特征在于,所述吸湿层(4)的上表面还涂覆有甲壳素层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维层(3)的厚度为2.0-2.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消炎功能的新型敷贴,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯化聚乙烯醇由甲基丙烯酸酐与支链淀粉组成。
