深度创伤和烧伤大都发生在人体的皮肤表层和深层组织,创伤和烧伤极易引起细菌感染、剧烈疼痛、体液外渗、遗留疤痕、难以愈合,严重时可危及生命。目前治疗创伤烧伤用的药物品种较多,主要有2类:第一类是化学合成的药物,例如磺胺嘧啶银等,这些药物对治疗烧烫伤均有一定疗效,但存在诸多问题和不足:一是消除腐皮及坏组织慢,创面感染机率增加;二是结痂慢,增加水分丢失及感染;三是患者在用药是引起疼痛;四是治疗费用高。第二类是中药配方药物,例如京万红等,这类药物对治疗创伤烧伤均有一定疗效,但也存在一些问题和不足:一是药物的原材料很少经过预处理,只是通过简单的粉碎混合得到,致使药物分子难以透皮吸收,生物利用度比较低,导致患者恢复缓慢;二是用药次数比较多,且用药量大;三是价格比较昂贵,导致普通患者难以承受。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种活性高、疗效快、创口无疤痕、使用量少、价格便宜的创伤烧伤抑菌药及其加工方法。
本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,一种创伤烧伤抑菌药,包括以下重量份数的组份:茶籽油50~300份、当归10~20份、蜂蜡15~30份、红丹1~2份、血碣5~10份、白芨5~10份、有机酸根稀土盐0.5~1份、改性碳纳米管2~5份、纳米氧化银粉0.2~0.5份。
作为一种优选方式,茶籽油150~200份、当归15~18份、蜂蜡20~22份、红丹1份、血碣7~8份、白芨7~8份、有机酸根稀土盐0.6份、改性碳纳米管3~4份、纳米氧化银粉0.3份。
作为一种优选方式,所述有机酸根稀土盐为甲酸铈、乙酸铈、丁酸铈、戊酸铈、异辛酸铈、马来酸铈、富马酸铈、苯磺酸铈和酒石酸铈中的一种或多种。
作为一种优选方式,所述有机酸根稀土盐由甲酸、乙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异辛酸、马来酸、富马酸、苯磺酸或酒石酸的钠盐与硝酸铈反应制得。
作为一种优选方式,所述抑菌药物为凝胶剂,该抑菌药物还包括下述重量份的制备原料:卡波姆2~20份,保湿剂200~450份;其中,所述保湿剂为甘油和羊毛脂的混合物,所述甘油与羊毛脂的重量比为1.0~2.5:1.0~2.0。
作为一种优选方式,所述改性碳纳米管的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将单壁碳纳米管粉体在浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中60℃酸化1-4h,反应后离心清洗至中性;
(2)酸化清洗过的单壁碳纳米管、二氯亚砜在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散2~3小时,然后在70℃~100℃温度下搅拌反应20~30小时,减压蒸馏除去二氯亚砜,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到酰氯化碳纳米管;
(3)将酰氯化碳纳米管、对氨基苯磺酸钠在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散10~20分钟,于60℃~80℃下搅拌反应18~36个小时,待反应液冷却至室温后,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到改性碳纳米管。

本发明还公开了一种创伤烧伤抑菌药的加工方法,通过以下步骤制备:
(a)将重量份数的当归10~20份、红丹1~2份、血碣5~10份、白芨5~10份、有机酸根稀土盐0.5~1份、改性碳纳米管2~5份、纳米氧化银粉0.2~0.5份添加到重量份数为20~80份的有机溶剂中,室温下在球磨机中以200-2000rpm的速率搅拌0.5-3h,形成混合粉末;
(b)将步骤(a)形成的混合粉末与15~30份的蜂蜡加入到50~300份的茶籽油中充分混合,超声分散2~3小时,并以100-300rpm的速率搅拌直至搅拌均匀得到最终的创伤烧伤抑菌药。
作为一种优选方式,所述改性碳纳米管的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将单壁碳纳米管粉体在浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中60℃酸化1-4h,反应后离心清洗至中性;
(2)酸化清洗过的单壁碳纳米管、二氯亚砜在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散2~3小时,然后在70℃~100℃温度下搅拌反应20~30小时,减压蒸馏除去二氯亚砜,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到酰氯化碳纳米管;

作为一种优选方式,所述有机溶剂为含碳数为2~10的低级烷基醇。
本发明由于在茶籽油、当归、蜂蜡、红丹、血碣和白芨的配方中增加了有机酸根稀土盐、改性碳纳米管和纳米氧化银粉,并通过球磨和超声分散的工艺,使得本配方可以在创伤烧伤治疗中抑制微生物的生长,消除炎症,减少黑色素的沉积。本发明具有抗菌消炎的效果,能有效地控制和预防感染;并能合理解决创伤烧伤的体液渗出问题,大大的缩短了治疗时间,由于控制了体液渗出,创面结痂脱落后,新生皮肤光滑、有弹性、无疤痕。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种创伤烧伤抑菌药,包括以下重量份数的组份:茶籽油50~300份、当归10~20份、蜂蜡15~30份、红丹1~2份、血碣5~10份、白芨5~10份、有机酸根稀土盐0.5~1份、改性碳纳米管2~5份、纳米氧化银粉0.2~0.5份。
它是通过以下步骤制备的:
(a)将重量份数的当归10~20份、红丹1~2份、血碣5~10份、白芨5~10份、有机酸根稀土盐0.5~1份、改性碳纳米管2~5份、纳米氧化银粉0.2~0.5份添加到重量份数为20~80份的有机溶剂中,室温下在球磨机中以200-2000rpm的速率搅拌0.5-3h,形成混合粉末;
(b)将步骤(a)形成的混合粉末与15~30份的蜂蜡加入到50~300份的茶籽油中充分混合,超声分散2~3小时,并以100-300rpm的速率搅拌直至搅拌均匀得到最终的创伤烧伤抑菌药。
本创伤烧伤抑菌药由于在茶籽油、当归、蜂蜡、红丹、血碣和白芨的配方中增加了有机酸根稀土盐、改性碳纳米管和纳米氧化银粉,并通过球磨和超声分散的工艺,使得本配方可以在创伤烧伤治疗中抑制微生物的生长,消除炎症,减少黑色素的沉积。本创伤烧伤抑菌药,具有抗菌消炎的效果,能有效地控制和预防感染;并能合理解决创伤烧伤的体液渗出问题,大大的缩短了治疗时间,由于控制了体液渗出,创面结痂脱落后,新生皮肤光滑、有弹性、无疤痕。
在一实施例的创伤烧伤抑菌药,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,有机酸根稀土盐为甲酸铈、乙酸铈、丁酸铈、戊酸铈、异辛酸铈、马来酸铈、富马酸铈、苯磺酸铈和酒石酸铈中的一种或多种。
在一实施例的创伤烧伤抑菌药,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,有机酸根稀土盐由甲酸、乙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异辛酸、马来酸、富马酸、苯磺酸或酒石酸的钠盐与硝酸铈反应制得。
在一实施例的创伤烧伤抑菌药,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,改性碳纳米管的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将单壁碳纳米管粉体在浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中60℃酸化1-4h,反应后离心清洗至中性;
(2)酸化清洗过的单壁碳纳米管、二氯亚砜在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散2~3小时,然后在70℃~100℃温度下搅拌反应20~30小时,减压蒸馏除去二氯亚砜,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到酰氯化碳纳米管;
(3)将酰氯化碳纳米管、对氨基苯磺酸钠在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散10~20分钟,于60℃~80℃下搅拌反应18~36个小时,待反应液冷却至室温后,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到改性碳纳米管。发明人在实验中发现,这种方法所制备的改性碳纳米管在实际应用中较其它碳纳米管具有更好的吸收体液的效果,并能提高各种中药的活性效果。
在一实施例的创伤烧伤抑菌药,在前面技术方案的基础上具体还可以是,有机溶剂为含碳数为2~10的低级烷基醇。
实施例1
一种创伤烧伤抑菌药膏,包括以下重量份数的组份:茶籽油200份、当归15份、蜂蜡20份、红丹1份、血碣7份、白芨7份、有机酸根稀土盐0.6份、改性碳纳米管3份、纳米氧化银粉0.3份、卡波姆10份、保湿剂300份;其中,所述保湿剂为甘油和羊毛脂的混合物,所述甘油与羊毛脂的重量比为1.0~2.5:1.0~2.0。
它是通过以下步骤制备的:
(a)将重量份数的当归15份、红丹1份、血碣7份、白芨7份、有机酸根稀土盐0.6份、改性碳纳米管3份、纳米氧化银粉0.3份添加到重量份数为60份的有机溶剂中,室温下在球磨机中以1000rpm的速率搅拌2.5h,形成混合粉末;
(b)将步骤(a)形成的混合粉末与20份的蜂蜡加入到200份的茶籽油中充分混合,超声分散2~3小时,并以100-300rpm的速率搅拌直至搅拌均匀后再加入卡波姆10份、保湿剂300份;分装后得到最终的创伤烧伤抑菌药膏。
实施例2
一种创伤烧伤抑菌药膏,包括以下重量份数的组份:茶籽油150份、当归18份、蜂蜡22份、红丹1.5份、血碣8份、白芨8份、有机酸根稀土盐0.8份、改性碳纳米管4份、纳米氧化银粉0.4份、卡波姆5份、保湿剂200份;其中,所述保湿剂为甘油和羊毛脂的混合物,所述甘油与羊毛脂的重量比为1.0~2.5:1.0~2.0;制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种创伤烧伤抑菌药膏,包括以下重量份数的组份:茶籽油300份、当归20份、蜂蜡30份、红丹2份、血碣10份、白芨10份、有机酸根稀土盐1份、改性碳纳米管5份、纳米氧化银粉0.5份、卡波姆20份、保湿剂450份;其中,所述保湿剂为甘油和羊毛脂的混合物,所述甘油与羊毛脂的重量比为1.0~2.5:1.0~2.0;制备方法同实施例1。
上述创伤烧伤抑菌药膏可用于治疗烧烫伤、冻伤、虫兽伤、跌打损伤等各种皮肤外伤,适用于男、女、老、幼。
使用方法:伤口处理干净后,直接涂抹在伤口上,每天1~2次。
禁忌:治疗期间,忌服生姜、白酒和虾。
病例1:王某,5岁,被炭火烧伤,烧伤处起了血泡,皮肤感染化脓,将伤口处理干净后,将上述外伤药涂抹在伤口处,每天涂抹1~2次,一星期后痊愈,半个月后创面结痂脱落后,新生皮肤光滑、有弹性、无疤痕。
病例2:谭某,男,22岁,骑摩托车上班途中发生交通事故造成严重的擦伤,右踝骨折,并完全脱位,头部见3cm点状伤口出血,右腿外侧见10×7cm伤口,伤口感染化脓,将伤口处理干净后,将上述外伤药涂抹在伤口处,每天涂抹1~2次,10天后痊愈,一个月后创面结痂脱落后,新生皮肤光滑、有弹性、无疤痕。
病例3:张某,女,53岁,做饭时被火烧伤手腕,将伤口处理干净后,将上述外伤药涂抹在伤口处,每天涂抹1~2次,8天后痊愈,15天后创面结痂脱落后,新生皮肤光滑、有弹性、无疤痕。
以上是对本发明创伤烧伤抑菌药及其加工方法进行了阐述,用于帮助理解本发明,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,任何未背离本发明原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围的内。
Claims (9)
1.一种创伤烧伤抑菌药,其特征在于包括以下重量份数的组份:茶籽油50~300份、当归10~20份、蜂蜡15~30份、红丹1~2份、血碣5~10份、白芨5~10份、有机酸根稀土盐0.5~1份、改性碳纳米管2~5份、纳米氧化银粉0.2~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的创伤烧伤抑菌药,其特征在于:茶籽油150~200份、当归15~18份、蜂蜡20~22份、红丹1份、血碣7~8份、白芨7~8份、有机酸根稀土盐0.6份、改性碳纳米管3~4份、纳米氧化银粉0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的创伤烧伤抑菌药,其特征在于:所述有机酸根稀土盐为甲酸铈、乙酸铈、丁酸铈、戊酸铈、异辛酸铈、马来酸铈、富马酸铈、苯磺酸铈和酒石酸铈中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的创伤烧伤抑菌药,其特征在于:所述有机酸根稀土盐由甲酸、乙酸、丁酸、戊酸、异辛酸、马来酸、富马酸、苯磺酸或酒石酸的钠盐与硝酸铈反应制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的创伤烧伤抑菌药,其特征在于:所述抑菌药物为凝胶剂,该抑菌药物还包括下述重量份的制备原料:卡波姆2~20份,保湿剂200~450份;其中,所述保湿剂为甘油和羊毛脂的混合物,所述甘油与羊毛脂的重量比为1.0~2.5:1.0~2.0。
6.根据权利要求1所述的创伤烧伤抑菌药,其特征在于:所述改性碳纳米管的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将单壁碳纳米管粉体在浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中60℃酸化1-4h,反应后离心清洗至中性;
(2)酸化清洗过的单壁碳纳米管、二氯亚砜在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散2~3小时,然后在70℃~100℃温度下搅拌反应20~30小时,减压蒸馏除去二氯亚砜,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到酰氯化碳纳米管;
(3)将酰氯化碳纳米管、对氨基苯磺酸钠在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散10~20分钟,于60℃~80℃下搅拌反应18~36个小时,待反应液冷却至室温后,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到改性碳纳米管。
7.一种创伤烧伤抑菌药的加工方法,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(a)将重量份数的当归10~20份、红丹1~2份、血碣5~10份、白芨5~10份、有机酸根稀土盐0.5~1份、改性碳纳米管2~5份、纳米氧化银粉0.2~0.5份添加到重量份数为20~80份的有机溶剂中,室温下在球磨机中以200-2000rpm的速率搅拌0.5-3h,形成混合粉末;
(b)将步骤(a)形成的混合粉末与15~30份的蜂蜡加入到50~300份的茶籽油中充分混合,超声分散2~3小时,并以100-300rpm的速率搅拌直至搅拌均匀得到最终的创伤烧伤抑菌药。
8.根据权利要求7所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述改性碳纳米管的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将单壁碳纳米管粉体在浓H2SO4和浓HNO3的混酸中60℃酸化1-4h,反应后离心清洗至中性;
(2)酸化清洗过的单壁碳纳米管、二氯亚砜在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散2~3小时,然后在70℃~100℃温度下搅拌反应20~30小时,减压蒸馏除去二氯亚砜,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到酰氯化碳纳米管;
(3)将酰氯化碳纳米管、对氨基苯磺酸钠在足量的无水乙醇中超声分散10~20分钟,于60℃~80℃下搅拌反应18~36个小时,待反应液冷却至室温后,过滤得固形物用蒸馏水洗涤,真空干燥,得到改性碳纳米管。
9.根据权利要求7所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为含碳数为2~10的低级烷基醇。
